High limit, vent, return air thermistors and safety thermal fuse all pass tests. The motor and timer are online and fully functional. The dryer vent to the outside has great airflow. The vent hose between the appliance and the wall isnt rigid at all, it was bunched up between the dryer and the wall. Heat isnt evacuating properly when the vent is bunched up and too much heat is activating safely measures that prevent fire. I recommend replacing the aluminum covered vinyl with semi rigid duct work to allow for maximum air flow.

Customer states it is taking 2 cycles to dry clothes no regular normal dry. I tested temperature on timed dry on high with the dryer vent attached and it is getting to 230 degrees. I disconnect vent and it cycles to 190 degrees. I disconnected vent and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Connected vent again and now cycles to 200 degrees which is good.I informed customer that on normal cycle and normal dry will use the least amount of heat and uses sensor dry. If there is mixed clothes and lighter clothes may get dry while heavier clothes would still be damp. If problem continues, I suggested to use more dry option or timed dry and see if it is still taking 2 cycles to dry clothes.

Upon inspection of unit, used thermal coupler to detect fluctuation and temperature unit was calibrated 20? hotter and was still messing up. I put the calibration back to zero and heat probe isnt detecting proper temperature increase or decrease in temperature. The garbage disposal was backed up, water was not able to drain and then back flowing into the dishwasher, then leaking out creating the E30(leak) error code. I cleared the garbage disposal, cleaned out the water in the dishwasher drip pan and verified that water drains without leaking. The dishwasher is back online without leaking out creating fault codes.No need for further repairs or hardware replacement.

The wash motor was receiving voltage but water was not circulating. I removed the wash arm at the bottom of the appliance, along with the fine particle collector. I found an orange seed lodged in the wash motor impeller, preventing the motor from working. I removed it and tested my repair, the dishwasher is repaired and good for normal, everyday use. No need for further repairs or hardware.

I removed the freezer evaporator panel. I replaced the ice room fan motor and the freezer evaporator fan motor. Secured the evaporator panel back in place and set the freezer drawers back in their spot. Verify that the freezer door opens and closes smoothly. The fresh food air tower to replace the air fan at the back of that tower as well. Replace the fresh food fan motor and assembled the fresh food air tower. Secured drawers and shelves in place and plugged the refrigerator back in. Ran quick cycle with towels. It completed cycle. But i found that the Hot and Cold water was switched and was using all hot water when it was set to cold wash. I switched water hoses, that is correct now.There is no problem with draining or wash as im here.Customer doesnt speak English and im not fully sure the issue they were having but as im here the washer is working well. But it sounds like the washer was out of balance and washer itself was trying to rebalance the load and never fully spun out.
