Sometimes the washer continually fills with water. Sometimes it thinks its filling but doesnt fill. It gave an error code but they were not able to grab the error code. I tried getting it into service mode but it wont let me: I called tech support and they had me try to get into test mode but we couldnt.. they said if washer hasnt been cleaned in a long time there could be suds in the pressure sensorHose throwing off the sensor. Sensor could also be damaged. Recommended having customer do an afresh tub cleaning, and if that doesnt fix it, to then replace the pressure sensor.

I removed the pulley cover and slid the drive belt away from the motor and transmission pulleys. I slid a new drive belt onto the motor and transmission wheels. I found one fault code stored in the memory of the machine , F7E4, points to an issue with the shifter. I removed the magnetic motor ( stator) and found wet hardware everywhere, the main tub seal is defective and needs to be replaced. I was going to replace the clutch and shifter but the leak would ruin brand new hardware. I used my SmartHq device to inspect for stored error codes and to access an owners manual. There were two codes stored that were 20 days old but nothing more recent than that. The error codes referred to insufficient voltage to the cooktop, there a 50 amp circuit breaker that is marked for the cooktop, but I didnt verify power to the unit. There was a firm ware update available that I completed for the unit, it took a few minutes but it complete the process. I looked up information related to the use and care for the cooktop. The odd noises created between the left burners are a result of magnetic fields interacting, these sounds are normal. No repair needed at this time.
