True commercial refrigerator is freezing product. They store flowers in it and they die over night. Found temp control will not cycle off when set to warmest setting. Is currently set to warmest setting and box temp is at 30 degrees. Will only turn off when set to off position. Condenser area running very hot. Checked condenser coil. Found was restricted with dust build up. Removed restriction. Found has a service fitting. Checked refrigerant charge. Found is not low on refrigerant. Contacted True commercial tech support. Tech support stated that if the coils are very restricted it will cause this issue as the refrigerator is entering evaporator coil at a high pressure. Recommend to allow several days of cooling to see if the issue is corrected. If not then recommends installing the True Commercial temp control kit.
