Frigidaire refrigerator customer stated will make a loud noise. Customer showed me a video of the loud noise. Sounds like a fan motor making contact with ice build up. Unloaded freezer. Disassembled freezer. Found no ice build up on or around evaporator fan motor. Made minor adjustments to fan motor blade. Reassembled freezer. Possible that product may have been being pushed against back wall of freezer causing fan motor to hit shroud of fan motor assembly. Pushed on back wall and am unable to recreate loud noise. Cycled ice maker. No loud noise heard while ice maker harvested and filled with water. Loud noise did not present itself while on site. Advised of issue continues to power off ice maker to see if that changes anything with issue. Ice maker does not have it own fan motor and uses the evaporator fan motor. Advised to try not to have product pressed against back wall of freezer.

I removed ice maker and turned valve on and no water. I disassembled door and have water coming out at the valve, but when I hook up the ice maker water line nothing comes out. The ice maker water line is either plugged or frozen. Customer is going to unplug refrigerator and see if they can thaw it out. Otherwise the door would have to be replaced.

Has leaked a couple times from lower left corner. I inspected all hoses and could not find any leaks or tears in them or the gasket. Ran it a few times. Then customer mentioned that she waters down the detergent before she puts it in the dispenser, and then she hears the watered detergent running down inside the washer. She demonstrated for me. I can see that when the drawer is all the way out and she does that, the water and detergent runs down between the front of the washer and the detergent housing. Told customer to just put detergent straight into the dispenser and dont mix it with water.

I replaced the defective defrost timer in the fresh food user control assembly. Plugged the refrigerator in and verified that the cooling cycle began with the compressor running. I double checked that the refrigerator that I previously repaired in a different home was down to temperature , required another defrost timer and its working perfectly.
