The bake element was bad. Today we replaced the bake element and tested the oven. The bake element is working good now.

Lights flickered in kitchen and display turned off on oven. I checked voltage behind it and its only getting 120, not 240. Red to white is 120. Black to white is 0. Customer is having electrician come out.

Customer complaint was the rear condenser fan not working, arrived part was already shipped. Installed new fan. The customer will hook up the ice maker at a later date.

Replaced ice maker and water valve. Tested and informed customer that it could take up to 24 hours to make ice. Refrigerator doors are even and is working good.

Water drips pretty bad from water dispenser every time you dispense water. No reverse osmosis. Filter change doesnt change anything. Checked water line where it dispenses and saw calcium build up. Cleaned that up with a pick. Took dispenser housing apart and saw waterline was tilted in a way that caused water to spray forward and then build up around it and drip. Adjusted it so it sprays straight down now. No drips now. Customer tried it out. Much better.

Found that igniter is weak and not turning on gas to heat oven. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is heating and working good.
