Dryer gives d80 error, which is an airflow issue. Found the vent longer than normal behind the dryer and it was folded over itself. Pulled washer out, got behind dryer, removed vent and shorted it and then reattached. Now its a clean run straight to the wall. Also took dryer apart and found a lot of lint in it. Disassembled the whole thing and vacuumed it out. Cleaned out bulkhead. Also found the noise was from a loose baffle screw. Reattached that and also added another couple screws that were missing. Now it runs nice and quiet. If error comes back they will need a vent cleaning. Last time they had it cleaned the cleaner couldnt go on the roof and do it all due to snow.

Icemaker flap isnt opening and letting ice out. Somehow the flap had come undone from the assembly. I uninstalled the UI and dispenser assembly and put it all back together. Now the flap opens and and closes how it should: also, I extended the water dispenser tube and it doesnt drip when it dispenses. Before, the waterline was above the dispenser housing opening which causes dripping.

The freezer and fridge were looked at by another company and in the process, the customer said the freezer was yanked on pretty forcefully. In the process, the freezer door lost the ability to close, especially along the top and upper right side of the freezer door. I looked at the fridge to see if the fridge was OK and noticed that it was tipped to the left. I adjusted the legs so that the fridge is level now and the door has a perfect seal all the way around it. Everything is good on the refrigerator. The freezer, though I ended up finding that the top of the freezer door is bent outward and so it is impossible to close it all the way. Please see attached photos.

customer states not cooling, we are 3rd company out, customer provided notes from previous service company, last company stated unit has Yoder loop leak, Schrader from low side missing and no filter drier installed, Installed Schrader and drier, pressurized unit and found unit leaking from Yoder loop inside cabinet walls, Pictures attached. Upon inspection, there was water in the basin. The marks that I saw were the overflow shoot going to the basin were gone meaning water leak through the door, took door apart and found that bottom door seal thats packed into frame of inner door was off on the left side broken From the tack to the bracket I put a stainless steel flathead style screw in in replacement of the tack did a pull test verified its working perfect and holding now the door gasket is held properly, not allowing water to go through the frame itself and into the water shoot done no leaks
