The customer said the noise now was more of a knocking sound and sometimes it got worse. I verified I could also hear the noise. I pulled the dryer out and I found a screw that was removed from the rear bulk head laying on the ground. I put the screw back in. I took the dryer apart and checked the rollers. The right rear roller felt rough. I replaced just the right rear roller. I put it back together and ran it. The dryer sounds normal and does not make the knocking sound.

The temperature setting for the FF compartment is set colder than the recommended setting. Refrigerator is testing good. I recommended turning down the FF compartment temperature setting and see if that makes a difference."

It used cold during rinse and thats why no fill. I turned on both valves, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. I informed customers about water valve being shut off and she has no idea. I suspect thats why it could of been leaking into the drum even when washer is not in use because of the little pressure for the valve to shut off completely.Customer will use the washer as normal and if the leak continues will think about replacement water valve for washer.

Tested washer and soap dispenser fill holes were dirty and I just clean a little bit of the holes. i tested fabric softener fill and it did. I showed customer that in the manual it shows to use a small amount of fabric softener and then to dilute it with water until max fill line before it will empty the contents in washer during the rinse cycle. Customer will try that and if still doesnt work the soap dispenser housing would need to be replaced. Customer will try it per the instruction manual and will call back if they want to housing.

"The customer said within a week the freezer stopped cooling well and now the fresh food is not cooling well. The compressor is running hot and loud. I was unable to get a low side pressure. The high side was around 90 psi. When I unplugged the unit the high side pressure stayed around 90. I recovered the refrigerant and there was a lot still in the system. This all indicates a bad compressor. I replaced the compressor, filter drier and the main control board. I leaked checked and purged with nitrogen. I pulled a deep vacuum then recharged the system. The low side suction pressure was right around five psi, and the high side was right around 100 psi those pressures are normal. Operating pressures. There was not a lot of heat coming off the condenser when I was done but the pressures look good and the compressor was running a high speed. Advise the customer to give it 24 hours before it gets down to normal temperatures."

The customer said she washed some glass jar with paper on them. The dishwasher would not drain all the water out. Today I found water sitting in the bottom. I pressed cancel drain and it started to drain it but it was slow. I ran a tube down the drain hose to loosen up what was stuck. I then put into a drain and put the end of my vacuum in the drain hose and sucked out water and some of the paper. I hooked the drain hose back up to the garbage displays tried it again. The dishwasher drains good now.

"The customer complaint was the ice maker stopped making ice and water was leaking out the ice compartment. The freezer temp was above 20 and the freezer display was flashing HI. Today when I arrived the customer had it unplugged but for only a few minutes. I plugged it back in and let run for about 30 minutes. The fresh food was set to 43 and the freezer was set to 0. The fresh food temp was good, the freezer was between 9-17 degrees. I removed the freezer cover and the evaporator had barely any frost on the coil. I checked pressures and the high and low side were lower pressures than normal. I replaced the filter drier and installed a valve on the compressor. I leaked checked the system but found no leaks. I pulled a vacuum and then recharged the system and added a leak stopSealant. The high side pressure was 100 and climbing and the low side was around 20 and dropping. I advised the customer to wait 24 hours for temps to recover. I put it into for cool and the freezer was getting a good frost pattern. We turned the water back on and the ice maker."

Either low water pressure under 22 psi coming to fridge or bad water valve. Customer has filtration system in house, changes it every 6 months, its due for a change. Tech support said to have him take filter out and put in bypass in fridge and it should not have leaking valve issue anymore. If it still does after doing that, and after changing water filtration filters, then it needs a new valve. He will call and let us know either way."

"The complaint is the whole unit will not cool at all. When I arrived, I found the refrigerator was unplugged. I plugged it back in and put it into force cool mode. The customer had the freezer evaporator cover removed because he said it was icing up and he defrosted it. I could see that the evaporator fins had been bent over and did not look straight anymore. The evaporator had no frost on it. I had added nitrogen and I could hear it leaking out of the freezer evaporator. The freezer evaporator has a hole in it and it needs to be replaced. it also has a defrost problem thats why the evaporator had been icing up. I checked the heater and bi metal and they both are good. It will probably need the rear main control board and it needs the freezer evaporator. I gave the customer a quote. They will talk it over and let us now.

"The complaint is the dryer does heat but takes a long time to dry. I put the dryer on a time dry high heat, and the high heat temp only got up to about 98 degrees and then cycled off. It did this a few times. I moved the dryer to the left and removed the duct elbow from the dryer. The elbow and inside the dryer was full of lint. I vacuumed out what I could. I ran the dryer with it disconnected and the high temp was up to 199 degrees. I hooked the duct back up to the dryer and the high heat again is in the 90s. The issue is the dryer duct from the dryer to the outside is plugged up somewhere. The duct needs to be cleaned by a professional duct cleaning company.
