When you try and use bake or broil the cooktop continually clicks. Called Frigidaire and thats how its designed. Tested it 20 times and it operated how its supposed to. Talked with office and they said it clicked for a couple minutes straight when they tested it. I went back up to unit and checked microswitches and they test good, the switches behind the control knobs. They said the bake/broil knob also comes off super easy. I made an adjustment to the spring behind the knob and it is on nice and secure. Case number for my call which verified its operating to spec is 1003998505.

There was a day where the fresh food section was 57 degrees but the display said 37 and there was no alarm for high temps. Door wasnt left open. Since unplugging and replugging in fridge, it has run properly with no cooling issues. I inspected and did not see any abnormal frost patterns, and door gaskets are good. Called Frigidaire support and they said that by doing the power cycle that fixed it. These control boards can be very sensitive. Customer mentioned that sometimes she feels like there is something going on with the electrical in the house which could definitely cause a little glitch with the board. Everything is operating great now though, and the case number is 1004001833

The refrigerator went dead after there was a power outage. I checked with my new fee device and it confirmed the problem. I called GE and we tested numerous components and it turns out the main control board is shot. It is no longer available as of December 2020. I checked to see if anyone could refurbish it but there is no one that will refurbish it. I called the owner and left a message, letting him know that they will need to replace the fridge.

Not making ice. Went to test mode and its not dispensing water into ice tray. Found that its frozen up steamed out the ice blockage. Then did the service Bolton for this issue the heater that goes around the field tube falls down so you have to re-enforce it with some Insulated tape. After the repair tested now units working properly. It can take 48 hours to start producing ice.

More than likely not enough moisture in the clothes so it stopped the cycle early . Showed her on sensor dry that the time will drop if it doesnt sense enough moisture . Employees said after running the washer theyll find a puddle of water in front of it. I ran the washer for an hour and there were no drips or leaks from any hoses or anything internal. I did end up finding that water was leaking from between the door and the bellow. There was a good deal of crud built up in bellow. I cleaned out the bottom of the bellow including the drain holes that were completely plugged. Also did a thorough cleaning of the door glass which was caked in scum. Now the door seals well against the gasket and water doesnt pool in the bottom of the bellow like before. Ran it for another 15 and no drips or leaks from the front now.

On arrival inspected unit, found evap fan motor had open windings 120vac to fan and not spinning, inspected evap and it had full frost pattern, no excessive frost either, replaced evap fan motor bc/ not working and replaced defrost timer for customer satisfaction, Unit now cooling, instructed customer to allow 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation, customer also stated IM wasnt working, tested and found water shutoff to IM and Ice bucket missing, turned water on and tested, IM harvesting and filling in test cycle, checked no leaks after filling video submitted, leak sensor is under fridge. Gave customer PN from missing ice bucket and turned water back off to fridge, instructed customer once ice bucket is reinstalled they can turn water back on to unit and it should produce ice. Instructed customer that once water turned back on recheck for leaks to prevent property damage ; pckd up 1 Wr60x162 (Evap fan motor)
