"the blower wheel had come loose and slid forward, so it was rubbing on the housing. Im not exactly sure why that happened but I put it back on all the way tighten the bolt up again and I had it running for about 20 minutes. The customer complaint was water is leaking from the dishwasher while it runs. I pulled the bottom toe kick off and right away. I could see water was leaking from the drain hose where its attached to the sump assembly. I started the dishwasher with water and right away water was leaking out. There is a hole in the rubber. Today I replaced the drain hose and left the old one with the customer. I ran the dishwasher and drained the water out. No more leaks.

"Customer complaint was the oven would not bake. I started the bake cycle and the bake ignitor was not glowing. I pulled the ignitor out and tested it. The ignitor is bad. The customer complaint was the washer would not drain all the water out. I started the washer on a spin and I found the propeller was stripped and spinning on the shaft. The customer complaint was the dryer takes a long time to dry. I started the dryer on time dry made sure it started to heat. I found the dryer would heat for about 10 min then the ignitor would glow then shut back off. I found after testing the gas coils are weak. I replaced the coils and tested the air flow. Customer get a error code if the washer over suds. He was advised to add soap first before clothes. I replaced the lower main board. I started a cycle and its working as it should. No issues found today.

"Wont progress at spin. The rear main bearing had failed outright. The drum was locked up, I was able to free it but it made contact with the boot/tub. They declined repairs as the cost to repair exceeds value of a new one."

Loud squeaking when in hi spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found in the high spin there was a loud bearing chatter and squealing. I looked up the part and its no longer manufactured. Spoke with the customer and told him we could look for one and he said he didnt want that pursued he would just replace it.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER BEARDED ISSUE. Refrigerator was unplugged and completely defrosted when I got here. Inspected and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. I found the water line to the ice maker was pushed in to far. I recommended we seal the ice room and adjust the water line and see what happens because the ice maker is testing good. Customer approved work. Sealed ice room on the inside and outside and adjusted the water line. Tested ice maker again and it cycled and filled with water."

"Found that there are several things that are worn out. Customer said that clothes are wet at end of cycle. Dryer wont start. Water hoses corroreded. Found that dryer motor is weak and will start and tumble for less than 5 minutes then motor overheats and stops and motor wont turn drum and just hums. Bearings are worn, glides. Found that transmission is leaking oil and causing belt to slip and not spin out clothes very well. Replaced drain hose. Tested and no more leaks. Tested cycle and washer is working good.

Oven is heating but customer states it does not maintain temperature. I ran calibration and it was about 25-20 degrees cooler then what it is set at. I checked diagnostics and no stores errors. All functions are working. I adjusted internal temperature of oven up 15 degrees. After 40 minutes it was averaging temperature of 355 degrees. I did not find any issues. Customer will use oven as normal and call back if they have further issues. It may be intermittent.Oven is heating and working good as im here.

Customer says it is intermittent to where they will have puddle in tub and clothes wont be drained or wont go into spin. As im here testing it the washer completed whole cycle with load of towels and no errors. There is a service bulletin that the air trap will get clogged or the drain pump is intermittently failing every couple of load and then that is why customer will need to run a drain/spin cycle to have washer spin out clothes. Customer says washer will beep an error in middle of night when washer is not being used. Quoted customer to air trap and drain pump. Customer approved estimate.Scheduling extra time have to maybe pull out dryer to get behind washer. Built in laundry room.; schdld next appmnt for 10/21 FRI !

F! Error and beeps. Stuck key error. Needs new control board as membrane is part of that part. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed.

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE ONLY REACHES 57 DEGRS & FRZR WKS OK. Customer had refrigerator unplugged over the weekend and plugged it in last night and now it seems to be working. FF compartment temperature was 38F and freezer was 2F. The damper, fans and defrost heater were all working and testing good in test mode. I defrosted evaporator and watched it frost back over and after 20 minutes it was almost frosted over completely. I cant find anything wrong with this refrigerator. Everything is testing normal. I advised customer to check if the damper is open and the fan is running if it stops cooling again."

Found that heating element was bad open. replaced heating element and cycling thermostat. Tested and dryer is cycling heat on and off for over 20 minute. Dryer is working good.

Unit would randomly turn off then on. Disassembled unit and tested all sensor. Everything is testing good for the thermostat and fuses. Reassembled unit. Couldnt get it to have an issue. Did noticed the filter housing damaged. Customer then said it Was just the setting she had it on that was shutting off and now has been working great. "Found that the dryer motor is locked up, Blower housing is loose so the fan is hitting the front of housing. Needs idler wheel and belt also.Housing part is not in stock that i can find. "Customer complaint was the dryer does not start and it makes a humming sound. I started the dryer and I can hear the motor just home, but it would not spin, I could not spin the drum by hand. I removed the back cover and the blower housing to see if something was stuck inside. There is nothing stuck inside, so then I checked the motor. I found the motor was really hard to turn. I quoted the customer for a new motor and blower wheel. I was able to get the blower wheel off of the motor and replace just the motor itself. The dryer is working good now and heats good. The duct in the back is the white plastic stuff and its starting to melt in some spots. I gave the customer a rough estimate between 100 and 150 to have that duct replaced. It needs the new flexible duct. Please order the part and contact the customer to reschedule. "The customer complained was the washer would not drain the water out and they were getting a OE drain air fault. I put the washer into a drain and spin in the drain pump was making a noise like something was stuck inside of it. I drain the water out and removed the filter and found a piece of plastic that was stuck in the propeller. I filled the washer and put it into a spin cycle in a drain all the water out perfectly. I tried it a couple times, and it worked great every time."

"Customer complaint is, icemaker overflowing and causing ice block in ice bin. Inspected and tested. Found that when the ice maker cycled it wasnt dumping the front half of the cubes, so then it would overflow the tray when it filled with water. I removed all the cubes from the tray and cycled the ice maker 4 times and it was filling with the correct amount of water. I advised customer to use as is and if it does it again, we would need to replace the ice maker."

"Pops the breaker. I ran the unit for 30+ minutes. Could not duplicate the issue. The wall plug had something rolling around in it. It popped after I pushed in the unit. Customers complaint was unit was making loud squeaking noise when running. Disassembled unit found the idler pulley was busted and needed to be replaced. Quoted bluebook for replacement. Unit was making loud noise when tumbling. Disassembled dryer then found two rollers had failed. Replaced bad rollers and also oiled up the other two and cleaned them. Cleaned out all the lint and dryer then reassembled unit now unit is working properly. Used 4581EL2002h (2) out of truck stock; used 2 4581EL2002h (ROLLER) from stock

Unit was leaking. Found that during the fill cycle unit would leak. Removed top of unit and found the full hose was a little loose and spraying water all over. Redid the hose and tighten properly. Now unit is working great with no leaks. Ran unit for 30 min.

The flame was lower than the rest. I tried to adjust the pressure, but it was still the same. I then found that the orifice was dirty. I cleaned all four burner orifices, and now all four burner flames Are the same."

Customer complaint was when they shut the door and hit start. The dishwasher is not recognizing the door shut so it starts to beep and the display flashes. At first today it was working fine for me and for the customer but the more I tried the worse the latch was working. I made sure the door is not sagging down and I did raise the front feet but its still doing the same thing. It will need a new door latch.Today I replaced the door latch and adjusted. The door shuts better and works every time.

Customer complaint is the water dispenser slow of the door. Customer has replaced the water filter twice and is still slow. I removed the waterline from the main water valve in the back and make sure the pressure was good. Customer said another company was out and replaced the dual valve in the door. The valve in the back has not yet been replaced. Today I replaced the rear primary valve first. The water pressure is a lot better now. I will return the other valve.

The customer complaint was the dishwasher does not drain. I put the dishwasher into a drain and I could hear the pump come on but water was draining slow. I tried to run a snake through the hose and suck whatever out with a vacuum. When that all failed I pulled the dishwasher out. I found the drain hose was kinked. I strained out the drain hose and rerouted it to the garbage disposal. I had to put a hard plastic tube around the drain hose to keep it from linking again.

Customers concern is hes noticing higher temperatures and moisture in the fridge. Upon arrival and inspection I found an F203 error that happens when the defrost time is extended for more than five consecutive defrost cycles. I checked the fresh food evaporator thermistor reading and it is within manufacturer specifications the mullion and the door seals looked great I found no leaking moisture. When I looked up on my Smart HQ device I could not see any long periods with the door had laid open. I was able to see however using the Smart HQ device that this unit has consistently ran higher on temperature then set points. Ive included pictures. I also noticed prolonged periods of time that the compressor ran trying to bring unit back down to higher temperatures. last time I was on site we did the software updates that were necessary as well as work with the defrost drain in the fresh food section. Part of the new software update is A change in how the machine defrost. This unit is showing evidence that the sealed system is weak or has a low charge and when the customer has noticed high temps and moisture I can see a correlation from when it defrosted and when they opened the door during the defrost cycle. ; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is, NOT WORKING / NO POWER. DISHWASHER IS STOPPING MID-CYCLE AND SHUTTING OFF. NEED TO UNPLUG/PLUG BACK IN. Dishwasher has the model and serial sticker removed. Inspected and tested. Dishwasher was dead when I got here. Power cycled it and it turned on. Ran dishwasher through service diagnostics and everything worked and there was no errors. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and after about 15-20 minutes it went dead. I put dishwasher in consumer error mode and dishwasher turns on, but then goes dead. Its acting like the CSM is tripping, but I cant find any leaks that would be causing it. Without the model number and not being able to pinpoint whats tripping the CSM, I would be guessing on parts."

"Customer complaint was the dishwasher does not drain. When I arrived, I found the dishwasher was pulled out, disassembled and disconnected from power. I hooked everything back up on the dishwasher and got it back installed. I removed the that covers the drain pump, impeller and found a piece of glass and a peanut stuck inside there. Found that there is a sealed system leak/restriction. Big ice ball on evaporator and evaporator cover (see picture) cannot fully verify model/serial but customer had manual. Either way will need to be called into autho for sealed system repair.

Squeaking. Failed idler bearing and worn rollers. I quoted replacement they declined they would prefer to repair themselves. I notified them another trip charge was possible.

Found that leaking from drain hose as clamp was not fully seated on hose of drain pump. Also too much soap was being used and over suds leaking. I suggested to change soap and use less soap as they have soft water. Ran test and all functions are working good and no leaks.

Drain pump continually runs even when washer is shut off. Found that relay is stuck on for drain pump. I managed to tap and get the relay unstuck and tested all other functions of washer and works. Control board will need to be replaced. Customer will think about the repair and call back if they want to proceed.

"Customer complained the unit stopped tumbling again. Upon arrival and inspection I found deep gouges and tooling marks on the pulley on the drive motor. I had not noticed them previously. I cleaned them up with a file and smooth and them out and installed a new belt and idler since the old belt had snapped. I put it back together and we watched a tumble for about 15 minutes customer request we leave this work order open until he gets in touch with us the beginning of next week. I asked the customer about previous service and he said other than us no one has touched it. But its obvious from damage that was in the machine before we came that this unit has been open and worked on may be previous to his ownership. There is an obvious dent underneath the bracket that holds the motor assembly from the underneath side. The bulkhead was cracked I was able to fix it with some foil tape. unit has a light rattle thats not surprising due to the body damage. "The customer complaint is the oven would not bake or broil. I tried to bake and the bake make two quiet clunks and I smell gas. The broil does not spark at all, but the broil element does heat up. Customer complaint was the dryer takes too long to dry. The air flow on the dryer was not that bad and the dryer was able to maintain proper temperatures. The air flow outside was around 15 mph. I gave the customer a quote to clean the dryer ducts. I clean the dryer duct and now the air flow was around 24 mph.

Installed burner and switch. From last diagnosis and now unit is working properly. Installed WB30X24111 element WB24X25013 switch.

Customer complaint is it wont dispense water off the door and leaking inside the refrigerator and ice in the bottom. Today the water dispenser was working. Advise the customer to keep the temperature of the freezer a little warmer and keep the light on dispenser on. Ice was accumulating down at the bottom because water is leaking out of the icemaker. microwave from built in. Then plugged in to a outlet on the counter. The microwave is working properly. Found that the out for the microwave built in to the oven wasnt sending power. Disassembled oven and found a power fuse to the microwave had blown. Installed fuse now unit is working properly used 00413608. Tested multiple time and it works great

Customers complaint was oven not working. Tested the broil the igniter glowed red then did light the gas. Bake on the other hand nothing would happen. Disassembled bottom of the oven and found the bake igniter was bad. Quoted customer for new igniter and installed new part. Installed door lock tested unit and it was leaking took the front off and noticed the whole plastic tub was busted. Customer is going to replace unit and removed the lid lock to return

"Customer complaint is, WONT SPIN. Inspected and tested. The motor is just humming. I disassembled dryer and found one of the front rollers was seized up and there was a piece of the motor broken off. ."

Installed bearing from last diagnosis. Now unit sounds with no issue. No loud noise or error codes. Tested unit multiple times it worked great.

"Customer smells gas sometimes when using oven as well as he thinks there is too much gas smell when using cooktop. As im here the cooktop lights right away with minimal gas smell before it ignites. I also checked oven and igniter pulls 3.25 amps and bake burner ignites and i dont smell much gas. I explained the cooktop is normal to smell some gas as igniting the burners but oven with igntier seemly to be fine shouldnt have gas smell. I suggested its much more common for weak igniter to have a gas smell for oven but im not seeing that as in here. Customer will use as normal and call back if they still have issues.Update: i replaced igniter because i dropped my screwdriver on it and broke it, customer was watching so i replaced it no charge.; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock"

Found that stirrer motor is loud and making grinding sounds. Also the vent grille plastic tabs are broken and falls off.Customer had home warranty that i called and gave estimate to for the repair. If customer gets approval she will call back and parts will need to be ordered and rescheduled.

Refrigerator is cooling as i am here. All foods in freezer are frozen and refrigerator is cold. I checked evaporator and has good frost pattern. Damper opens and closes. Condenser fan is running. I turned refrigerator temperature warmer and refrigerator shut off. All functions are working good and refrigerator is cooling as im here.I informed customer of this that there is a 30 day warranty though AHS and to call back if they are having further issues. Refrigerator is working good as im here.

Customer complaint was the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer on time dry high heat and I heard the dryer ignite. After it cycled the first time the igniter would glow and the gas coils would chatter but no gas came through. The gas coils are weak. I also tested the dryer air flow and it was poor. I quoted for the coils and the dryer duct cleaning. I replaced the coils and cleaned the dryer duct. The dryer is heating good and the air flow is perfect. ; used 1 5303931775 (GLOW IGNITER & SENSOR) from stock

The customer complaint was the oven was not heating to bake. I started the oven bake and the ignitor took a long time to flow and never let gas in to ignite. The bake ignitor is weak. I quoted the customer BB for the ignitor. I replaced the bake ignitor and made sure it got to temp. ; used 1 5303935066 (IGNITER - OVEN GLOW BAKE) from stock

"The customer complaint was the dishwasher will start but then a few minutes later it stops and maybe shows zeros. I started the dishwasher it first drains then fills. The pump sounds like it runs for a second then nothing. I pulled the dishwasher out and tested voltages. The control supplies power to the heat pump air a few seconds then nothing. No related fault codes. Their was 2 codes, one for bad drain pump but that happen when I disconnected the drain pump and the other was for water not filling. I ohm out the motor and it was good. 15 ohms across all terminals. I advised that it would need the mail controller. I was unable to locate the part.
