Issue is wash machine seems to be leaking. Filled unit let agitated spinel couldnt see any drips. Filled deep filled drained four more times nothing explain to customer what we found. Couldnt find any leaks at this time. Highly suggested getting some water sensors to put back there so if it does leak or has an issue, you can stop it or figure out exactly where its coming from. Theres also a lot of water looking like its coming from the dryer vent. I dont know if its coming from the dryer vent or the washing machine, but also showed them that issue.

Freezer over frosted. After they defrosted it they had it unplugged and plugged it in 48 hours ago. Since then, it has not over frosted. Speed queen top load washer customer said was tripping the circuit breaker. Tested the washer and dryer outlet and it tested good. Started wash cycle on large load with warm water on premium press cycle. Monitored washer fill with water and begin agitation. Disassembled washer. Looked for any exposed or damaged wiring. Unable to find any damaged or exposed wiring. Started gas dryer to allow dryer to run while washer is also running to see if this would make the circuit breaker trip. Monitored washer drain, fill, agitate and reach high speed spin. Monitor entire wash cycle. Unable to get washer to trip circuit breaker. Motor and drive board are not overly hot to the touch. Possible that washer may have been over loaded causing excessive amp draw from drive motor or the main board causing over heating. Advised if issue returns to check load size and to try running an extension cord to a different outlet to rule out a weak outlet or circuit breaker.

Complaint is that the display goes black/to sleep after a few minutes. I called Thermador support and they explained that its an energy saving function built into it and there is no way to change that particular setting. The microwave is connected to a wall oven and the wall oven keeps the time on that display so Thermador has it so the microwave display goes to sleep, and you can still always see the time on the wall oven under it.
