"The customer complained was the washer was not draining out the water, so were not spin. I started in the washer on a spin only cycle neck hear the drain pump kicking in home very loud. Gave the customer a quote for removing the drain filter, boot and looking for whatever couldve been stuck. I removed the drain trap boot and found a bra under wire was stuck inside the boot, and the propeller on the drain pump. I removed the wire and put everything back together. The washer now fills trains and spins good."

I slid the washer dryer combo out and took voltage at the terminal block. Across the red and black I was getting 211. I then tested the High limit thermal fuse and found it was bad. The customer complaint was the whole unit is not cooling. When I arrived I found the whole unit was warm and the customer had it plugged in but turned off. I turned the refrigerator back on and was waiting and listening for the compressor to start. I can hear the compressor hum and then click. I pulled the unit out and test the compressor. The compressor test good across each pin. I quoted the customer for a new start device and then I replaced it. The compressor started right up And its starting to cool down. Dryer is leaving marks on clothes. Upon arrival and inspection I found the felt seals were burnt causing the marking on clothes. We talked about replacing the seals but ultimately her dryer duct was blocked it was only flowing at 6 miles an hour. Spoke with the customer she asked us to only clean the dryer duct so I did and I was able to increase the dryer duct speed by 10 miles an hour. The temperature in the cavity looked great after the cleaning and stayed under 220?F. The dryer will still continue to mark close but will not overheat. The dryer is now operating with the correct temperatures as designed.

Upon arrival an inspection I found the rear bearing had a 1/4 to 3/16 play. It was pretty bad. I told them we can gladly do the work for them but Failure is eminent for the rear main bearing. Being that it was in a very nice space with no floor drain I recommended they replace it sooner than later. They declined service at this time.

"Customers complaint was the icemaker will make ice, but it does not always dispense. The ice is getting jammed up inside the ice bucket, if the customer tapped on the bucket, then it would loosen it up enough where it would dispense ice. The customer also said that food on the left-hand side of the refrigerator was freezing. Today everything looks fine but the customer had the temperature set to 44 degrees. "Not running. Just beeps. Pulled it out after finding no power coming to the main PCB. Redid the wiring for the high limit fuse and checked to reset it. Not sure if it was open, but I pressed the button. Didnt feel like it was tripped. Checked heater which was good. Found loose wiring in junction box too. Redid that. Runs great now."

Customers concern as shes washing the same typical load she has for three years and the machine is not performing as she expects. Upon arrival and inspection I checked Smart HQ and she had washed 19 loads. We had three errors because of unbalanced loads although customer has stopped the machine and redistributed loads whenever she hears it banging. we put a standard load in and watched it in the machine filled to the capacity of 30 gallons that was 15 inches deep. I confirm this with GE and this is the new standard that came loaded with the new control board.. no repair possible machine is working as designed.

Customer complaints of her downstairs dryer takes multiple drying cycles to complete. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dryer duct was over 50% blocked. The flapper was laying on the ground underneath it. it was about 11 miles an hour outside and 24 miles an hour inside. I want to head and uninstalled it and watch the temperatures for four cycles and it cycled between 185? and 117?F. When I run the dryer hooked up the temperatures claim end of the 220? range. The dryer looks great. I recommended they have the vent hood replaced that goes through masonry and they have the vent professionally cleaned.

"Customer complaint is while they are using the induction cooktop the whole cooktop will shut off and theyll get a H flashing and it beeps the whole time. Then they reset power to the range to try and fix it. Sometimes when they reset power is still does not work. Customer said it was not working at all but it did work for her son today. I tried to enter the cooktop diagnostics but it would not enter the mode. I then put a pot on one of the burners and turned that burner on. It started to heat for a few seconds then the cooktop powered off. I tried it again and it worked for much longer. I tried one more time to enter diagnostics and then the whole cooktop controls went blank and it beeps. According to the tech manual it will need the cooktop user interface. "Customers concern with the washer is its locked his door and the drain pump is running constantly. She also noted a error code. I found the following stored errors F03E01 multiple instances- water level error, f05e02- door lock. I cleared the errors and ran through a service diagnostic test and it passed perfectly. There were a lot of soapsuds in the machine that couldve caused this error. With the customers permission to use some white distilled vinegar and ran a rapid wash cycle and the suds cleared it . I quoted a Pressure Sensor and a control board on the off chance this is an intermittent failure issue and not related to the over sudding problem. Please call and collect."

The customer said now it leaks less and out the front. I pulled the fridge out and removed the panel. I found water was leaking from the green ice maker tube. The green tube was split and brittle. As I was back there it noticed the condenser fan was not working. I had no power to the fan. I pulled the main board out from the front. From the red wire for the condenser fan to neutral I was getting 120 volts. When I checked resistance through the red wire I found it was open. I found the red wire off the board was pulled away from the main molex connection. I pushed the wire back in and put a zip tie around the red and a black wire so the red wire does not come back out. The condenser fan was a separate issue and was not caused by negligence. Can we get something for the extra work done today?

Theres a service bulletin for this exact problem. It says to replace both the UI and main board. Installed new main board and still dead. Installed new UI board and dishwasher powered up. Tested dishwasher and its working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."
