I dont know what it was but now fan is running so maybe something was lodged and preventing fan from running. I told the customer I have seen water back up from those drains during the spin cycle.

I found no leaks while here but the new floor is warped. The temp was 28 after about 10 minutes. I removed the damper assembly and found the little black cover was broken. Today I went and got the new damper from Sundberg. So today I replaced the damper assembly. I created a quote for replacing the garage disposal at attached to pics. I advised them to give the fridge 24 hours to cool.

The complaint was the dishwasher is dead. I found the power cord was disconnected from the dishwasher and it was not attached and not level. Whoever did the floor repair discounted the power cord. I reattached the power cord and leveled and attached the dishwasher. The customer said the water line for the fridge was also disconnected. I pulled the fridge out on my pad and hooked the supply line back out the fridge. I turned the water back on and verified theres no leaks. Water now dispenses from the fridge.

Unit would randomly not. I put unit in mode and found a few issues. One was the E4F6 code which is for the float. When I tested the unit after had the customers complaint where it added water but wouldnt start. I tested the float switch and was bad. Moved the float up and down a couple times and worked the rest of the time. The next issue is the upper spray arm never working. The diverter would try to move but never would spray the top rack. Will need new float parts and diverter. I removed the drain filter and found a wood stick from the swabs that they use. Cleaned out filter and ran washer through a rinse and spin empty and it worked great. I started a rinse and spin with a blanket and it worked great. I ran washer through a complete heavy duty cycle and it worked perfectly. I think the stick in the drain pump must have been the problem."

The customer complaint is the freezer temp fluctuates and she gets frost on the stuff. The customer had a thermometer in the freezer and fresh food section. The freezer showed 0 and fresh food was 40. I took temps of the freezer and after I opened the door the temp was 8. I left my thermocouple in there for 20 minutes and both her thermometer and my meter read 8.5. I noticed the fridge was low in the front and the freezer door would not close quickly. I raised the front wheels a lot so this fridge leans back and the doors shut faster. I advised the customer because of the automatic defrost the temp fluctuations is normal when you are watching thermostats. I found nothing wrong with it.

"No one is home for me to verify what is going on with the dryer. The only know what I had said. They are getting airflow fault code. I tested the air flow with my hair for tester and tested not good for electric dryers. I ran the dryer. Hi, hes with a thermocouple down the duck housing and a high heat the dryer gets to 190 and the low was 140. I disconnected duct on the back of the dryer and my high heat temperature now was around 178 hello was around 130. The only saved fault code was for plugged vent. Im going to advise the duct get cleaned."

The tenant was here at the unit. The tenant said the dryer will run for 5 min then shuts off and says the filter needs to be cleaned. They said the filter will be 100 percent clean and it still does it. With my air flow meter the air flow is poor for electric dryers. This is a electric dryer. The customer said the lint only builds up half way on the lint screen. I took temps on high with the vent connected the high heat would get up to 183. With the vent disconnected the high heat was around 171. Im going to advise the management to have the ducts cleaned. The dryer is working as it should.

"The tenants were not here so I could not ask and verify the error code they get. I put into diagnostics and the first code that came up was F4E4 and that for L2 Line voltage error. I checked voltages and they are good. These units will not get 220 or 240. Testing at the terminal block Across l1 and l2 I get 217, across l1 to neutral I got 120 and across L2 to neutral I got 120. I ran the heating test and it all passed. I ran the dryer on high heat and the temp was within range, the high was 154. According to the tech sheet its a voltage issue. The dispenser to tub hose and a rip in it. Today I replaced the hose. I ran the washer and checked for leaks. I tipped the washer back and I found no leaks. I cleaned hair off the bottom of the door glass and off the gasket.

Reassembled and reinstalled tested one more time and its working great.

"The customer said the dryer is making a loud scraping sound and does not dry. I turned the dryer on and heard the metal on metal scraping. I took the dryer apart and found several problems. The front drum sealIs loose, one of the front rollers has fallen off and the drum is cutting into the front bulk head and cut right through it. The dryer is caked with lint and some of it is burnt,Im surprised it did not start a fire. I added pictures to document it all. It will need several parts for the repair and I will need to spend a lot of time cleaning all the lint and just cleaning the parts. I need to glue the front seal back on, replace the front bulk head. Replace all 4 rollers and the belt. Please submit for approval. I advised the customer Im not sure if Wright Hennepin will cover this. I put it back together and it sounds normal. I open the door and closed it then tried it 5 times. I put my jacket in the dryer and it sounds fine.
