I replaced the heating element, wash pump assembly and the bottom door seal. I got the dishwasher back in and secured. I ran it and found no leaks. No more issues found.

Installed new cold and hot water valves. Subsequent testing revealed no more leaks, and the appliance performed flawlessly during various cycles.

The washer does not start a cycle when the start button is pressed. I found the door is not locking. I tested the lock and found its defective. I quoted for the lock replacement. I replaced the door lock assembly. The washer now locks the door and goes through a cycle. I put into rinse and spin. The water drains fast and it spins. I adjusted the drain hose so only 8 inches of the hose is in the pipe.

The oven will preheat but not cycle back on after preheat. I tested the bake ignitor and it only draws 2.89 amps. The ignitor is weak. I replaced the bake ignitor and now it heats up fast and will cycle on after preheat.

Customer states the oven doesnt work Cycled and tested found the unit trys to preheat. Checked the amp draw on the igniter found no amp draw. Pulled unit out checked the igniter for any voltage found it was at 15 volts. Removed the panel and checked at the board, there was 120 volts at the board. Traced wires down. Found a spot where the wire for the igniter was pinched and grounded out. Removed the oven top and side cover repaired the wire. Put all covers back cycled and tested the oven now works. Put unit back and tested the burners and oven all working correctly at this time.

Replaced hidden bake element, now it heats great. Got to 350 when set at 350 in 9 minutes. Customer mentioned that the little oven indicator light isnt working now. We switched the light with the clean light: they were happy with that. Everything works great now.

Customers, complaint unit not starting and giving a DR air code. Tested door switch and found it had failed. We dont carry the exact match but had a GE door switch that matched all amps and wattage and voltage. Installed that one with customer approval once installed tested multiple times and is working properly. Also made sure the vent was installed correctly. The rollers and idlers sound good. This unit for the age sounds and runs great.

When the customer was turning the start switch nothing was working. I found the timer knob is broken in the middle. I replaced the timer knob. Now they are able to select a cycle and when they turn the start switch the dryer will start.

The customer said the dryer does not heat. This is about a 30 year old dryer. I started the dryer and after a few minutes the ignitor was not glowing. I pulled the ignitor out to where I could test it but still left the wires attached. I put my amp clamp around the ignitor wire and tried it again. All of a sudden the ignitor started to glow. I shut it off and reinstalled the ignitor. I started the dryer and now its heating and cycling.
