I pulled off kickplate and felt cold draft so during this cold spell we had I am pretty certain that the drain line froze and that was the reason and now that its warmed up thawed and now drains. Tested other functions and dishwasher is working good.I advised that when we have cold spell again to pull off kick plate and leave doors open and have small fan to circulate air. Dishwasher is working good.

"Unit isnt cooling. The freezer just got warmer over a couple days. Started with soft ice cream now room temp. Checked for error codes and nothing would pop up. Im he fridge is getting warmer also. Its at 50 degrees now and the flex coil is room temp. Removed the panel over the control to look at the inverter board to see if the light is reading good which it is. Its solid red which mean it thinks the compressor is operating correctly. The compressor is louder then normal sounds like a small diesel engine. Found that all the fans and mechanics are operating correctly. Tried to force cool and still had no cool issue in the freezer the compressor did get a little louder also. Unit has a sealed system issue. Either with a leak, restriction or a bad compressor. Will need sealed system diagnostic and work"

"Today I replaced the door gasket. Their is no gunk or build up around the door and nothing at the bottom under the door and on the lower gasket. I made sure all the screws around the door are tight, I made sure the door hinge screws are tight. I raised the front legs as much as I could. Other than the water leaking from the door I have not seen it leak underneath. I pull it out every time and watch it. Its not that I dont know where it coming from I just dont see it leak water. Last visit was the only time I saw water leaking and it was coming out past the door on the left side. It still sounds like its not sealing time but it is better. If I push on the door real hard is sounds a little quieter. I let run for 35 minutes and it never leaked a drop."

Washer doesnt spin. In test mode I could hear grinding and crunching sounds. Tipped the washer back and found the transmission is leaking oil and is shot. Rotor and stator are broken as well. Called owner and quoted him blue book for the repair. His washer has a very similar model number to the 2016 recall. He will call Samsung to see if they would fix the washer even though it technically isnt a part of the recall. I recommended he try.

Plugged in new control board and still nothing. Plugged in new UI and still nothing. Called Bosch tech support and after long call found out that this had been serviced before at some point because the wrong wire was plugged into UI rather then the soap dispenser. So that shorted out the new UI and control board. Also looking into the removed plastic top facia and handle the plastics tabs are all cracked so i quoted that as well (see picture) due to new found issues customer declined.Canceling part and will return as DOA

"Customer complaint is, STOPPING MID CYCLE. Inspected and tested. The motor is struggling and loud when it starts up. I shut it off after 15 minutes and then it wouldnt start, the motor would just hum. The airflow on outside of house is 22mph. Needs a new motor, blower wheel and possibly a rebuild kit. Disassembled dryer and found the belt was fraying in a couple spots. Quoted customer $235. to install new belt and clean out inside of dryer. Customer approved repairs. The customer said it never heated after Nate left. The customer put a cup of water in the microwave and ran in front of me. The microwave was not heating. The microwave is up to high for me to take it down by myself. This would be a 2 man if we have to take it down. I removed the control panel and took amp draw while it was heating. I was only getting .90 amps. The high voltage side is not coming on. I check power out the board to the filter board high voltage fuse and I got 0 volts. I removed the door switches and tested each switch. All switches tested good. I put it back together. Now its all working. I tried 20 times and the customer tried it. The microwave is heating good every time. If they call back approve and send these parts. I will replace them both. DE92-03624B control DE96-00414D latch assembly

"The customer had a bunch of issue with the range. The clock and timer buttons do not work. The oven does not hold temp and sometimes the temp is 100 degrees to hot. I verified the clock and timer buttons do not work. I started the oven at 350. After it beeped that it was preheated the display showed 350 but according to my meter the temp was 510. The customer had a store bought thermometer in the oven and that showed 475. The oven cooled down to 335 and never turned back on. I turned the oven off and then back on to 450. The igniter was glowing for a long time but it never heated back up. I took a amp draw the amperage was 3.1. The oven will need the whole display assembly, main pcb, the relay board and temp sensor. Read notes below. Main pcb board EBR73811703EBR52349702 relay board Temp sensor 6322B62214A. I also need the whole panel assembly. Listed on the controller page. 2015. "Customer said that the unit stop cooling on Sunday. Today when I arrived, I open the doors and then all the sudden the compressor turned on. The compressor was running for a while, and the discharge line was just getting warm. I ran diagnostics and there was no relatable Fault codes. The compressor would intermittently turn on. If I tap on the main relay, it would eventually start. I gave the customer a quote and hes going to wait and see what happens. the customer may replace the board."

"Upon further inspection I found that the drain hoses were not installed correctly. I had assumed that dryer was working long before I had looked at it and reattached hoses to where i had found them when I arrived. But, I found that drain hose was hooked up to the water tank instead of the stand pipe drain. So when washer would try and pump out water it would spray inside dryer and short out the sensor and give the error. I hooked up drain hose correctly, direct to strand pipe drain and now no longer sprays water inside dryer and drains correctly. Dryer should be working good now."

"Customer complaint is, when this oven powers off n the middle of a cycle it will say 'cleaning' and nothing will be on in the cavity, no heat. Inspected and tested. Found foil was covering the entire left side holes on the bottom of the oven. Removed foil and preheated oven to 350F and watched it for over 30 minutes and it was cycling perfectly. Oven is testing good. I think the problem is with the foil covering the holes."

"Should not be a redo. Please submit for payment. Found a rivet that made its way down the lint trap into the blower wheel and jammed the blower wheel while they were doing their first load. Not a part from the dryer and I vacuumed out the lint trap and blower wheel last time I was here. Also, because it jammed the wheel, the motor twisted in place and popped the bracket off the back of it. Adjusted the bracket, reattached it to the motor, so the motor is securely clamped down now. "The washer makes a squeal type noise in the wash cycle. I filled it with clothes and during the education portion, it makes a squealing type noise. The rotor and stater look OK nothing was loose. Im fairly confident the noise is coming from the gearcase, but I advise the customer there is no way to be 100 percent sure. The wash plate is stuck on so that may need to be cut off to be replaced. "The customer said the washer takes all day to finish 1 load. At some point in the cycle it might trip the breaker. I checked for fault codes and the most recent was unbalanced load. The basket feels good, does not feel like a bad bearing. I ran a spin test and it got up to the high speed. The drain pump drains fast. I pulled the washer out and wanted to replace the hall sensor. When I removed the rotor and stator I found brown sludge all over the stator and hall sensor. I can see water leaking from the back of the tub bearing. Now it needs a tub bearing job. I replaced no parts. It will also need if repaired the stator, rotor and hall sensor. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"
