Upon arrival customer stated that the machine seems to be making a rattling sound when it is draining. From the way the customer from the way the customer described it it sounds like it's an issue with the drain pump but I could not recreate the sound. Open up the drain pump and inspected it to see if there was anything inside and couldn't find anything. Clean some gunk out of the pump. Reinstalled and tested in the machine sounds okay at this time. Customer is going to try and capture a video if the sound comes back. If the customer calls back please request a drain pump from SquareTrade

Customer states that last weekend when it was very humid outside she opened the dryer and there was water drippings on drum and door. Contacted speed queen tech support. Tech support stated the only way to something like that to happen would be if the vent was restricted. At this time the dryer is operating as designed. Customer states that it didnt drain and wouldnt power on to try and run a drain cycle. Customer tried sometime later and then it did turn on and started working. I ran diagnostic mode and checked all settings and all functions are working. Only issue i see if that there was excess suds in washer from ezdispesnse feature. I showed customer and changed the setting to low to reduce the amount of soap used due to excess of suds.I cannot replicate issue customer was having but possible due to suds and now with reduced soap will work fine.Washer is working well as im here.
