Customer tried using oven for the first time and it shut off. Found GFCI 20 amp oven breaker tripped. Reset breaker and tested oven. Oven operated properly for 2 minutes then tripped again. Reset unit and placed into test mode and checked each load individually. Each load operates properly. Started unit again and verified unit made 350? F. Problem likely due to moisture in hidden bake element from manufacturing, and tripping on GFCI breaker. Once element is dry unit should work great. If problems continue, new bake element #5304535239 will be needed. Informed owners of breaker operation and how to reset them if needed

Upon arrival customer states that fridge isnt cooling properly. Things are cool but not cold. Pulled top cover off and condenser coils were extremely dirty. Cleaned those off with brush and vacuum. Also big bock of ice on back wall of refrigerator. Fridge was packed to the brim, had to unpack all of it to get to evaporator. Had to steam out bottom of back panel to get panel off, that is why there is no cost on bottom in pictures. Evaporator was completely iced up mostly evenly but favoring the left side where refrigerant enters evaporator. Drain tube clear, door sealing properly. Steamed out the evaporator to clear it of ice. Called tech line and they advised me that a dirty condenser would cause this as there is no defrost heater on this model. Repacked fridge and advised customer to monitor temps.

Dishwasher makes a loud grinding sound when starting up. Then gives an E24 error. I checked sump area and couldnt find any debris. They said they have to sometimes reset it to get it to work. I disconnected the drain from the sump and checked for blockage and water flow which was good. Called Bosch and they said to check the check valve area. I did and there was food debris. Ran a bunch of vinegar through there and let it soak for awhile. Then tried again. Also recommended putting vinegar in bowls and running some loads. Also tested drain pump and it ohmed 90 ohms at all contacts which is what its supposed to be and that was at the board. Now with it flushed with vinegar it seems to be running better. Customer will let us know if they end up needing the part attached in the estimate.

Whirlpool top mount refrigerator, refrigerator section not cooling properly, found ice build up on evaporator coil not allowing proper air flow from freezer to refrigerator, entered system diagnostics, put into forced defrost, used steamer to remove ice build up, verified defrost heater is heating. Found restricted condensate drain not allowing condensate water to drain properly during defrost cycle which has caused ice to build up and block air vent from freezer to refrigerator, used steamer to remove all ice build up, pulled refrigerator, found restricted duck bill at condensate drain pan, adjusted duck bill so condensate water can now drain much better and is no longer prone to becoming restricted, verified condensate water is now draining properly, verified good air flow from freezer to refrigerator, advised refrigerator should be back to temp with in 24 hours.

I removed the top to access the water inlet valve assembly. Removed the hardware securing the valve to the washing machine and pulled the defective inlet valve. Installed the replacement valve and secured it to the detergent tank. Removed old water supply lines and installed new hot and cold water lines. Inspected water lines for leaks, none found. Allowed water to fill the tub to inspect for internal water leaks, none found. The washing machine fills, agitates, spins and drains perfectly, back to normal everyday use.

I disassembled the dryer to access the idler wheel, drive belt and heater coil. Installed new idler wheel, drive belt and heater coil. Inspected high limit and other thermistors. Cleaned the lint and coins from the inner cabinet. Assembled the dryer, plugged the appliance back in ave inspected for correct operation. The dryer heats, tumbles and has a strong airflow. Good for normal household use.
