Customer complaint is, greasy oil spots on clothing after washing. Inspected and tested. I removed the softener cup from the agitator and its full of black soap scum. I filled washer up and let it agitate and didnt see anything greasy. I think the spots are coming from soap scum buildup. I recommended customer run a heavy duty washer through the washer on the hottest heaviest cycle.

Customers complaint dishwasher wont turn on. First thing I did was check outlet. Its a gfi and it tripped. Restarted dishwasher. Drains fills washes heater kicks on. Unit is working properly now.

Unit making squeaky noise. Verified complaint then disassembled unit. Found that the two back rollers are seized. Customer approved installed part also cleaned up the dryer and oiled the rollers. Reassembled and tested unit is working properly now.

Today we replaced the filter manifold. The water is now being filter and dispensing good. Its not making the loud noise when water comes out anymore.

Replaced both Icemaker and water valve. Works great now. The old valve was frozen in the dispenser portion.

Customer complaint is, makes a grinding noise upon start up and goes away after a little while, drying ok. Inspected and tested. I disassembled dryer and found the drum is rubbing on the frame. The front and rear bearings are good and the glides are good. I tried adjusting the drum so that it rides further to the back and cant get it to move anymore. I dont think theres anything else I can do to make this not rub. It looks like the outer casing is maybe warped a little. I showed this to the customer and advised that theres nothing else I can do.

Customer complaint is, the control panel is none responsive. Inspected and tested. Found the plug was falling out of the wall underneath the sink. I plugged it back in and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Not heating. Replaced bad thermal fuse. Vacuumed out dryer and cleaned bulkhead. Air flow is 32 mph behind dryer. Wasnt able to check air flow outside because access to it is through neighbors yard and they have spiked fence posts and a lock on gate.

Customer complaint is, will not fill up hot or cold water. Inspected and tested. Found the supply hoses are flood safe and there both tripped and shut. Customer approved repairs. Installed new supply hoses and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.
