Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Repairs completed August 1, 2023 to August 3, 2023

Beko RangeAug 1, 2023Chanhassen, MNTechnician: Adam

Model PRDF34550SS

Installed new parts from last diagnosis. Also did the service bulletin for lubricant the knobs. Tested unit its working properly and the knobs turn freely.

“I really like the experience I had with the customer service team and the reach out that they did notifying me about my part status an appointment scheduling. The repair technician Adam was very cordial and very thorough. He stuck with the problem until it was completely fixed. One downside note is that the appliance was left with many fingerprints and needed to be clean thoroughly before we could use it again. However, I would highly recommend this group for further service needs.”

Put unit in test mode tested all features. Everything mechanically working properly. Unit spins out good. Without any no issues. I explained to customer about how picky these units are. They said they mix laundry. I explained have to pants with pants. Shirts with shirts. Towels with towels. They will try that out. Also gave some other great pointers.

“Adam is a very friendly guy who did a great job educating me on our washing machine issues.”

The customer said periodically he'll see some water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. I removed the bomb to kick panel and the insulation on the panel was wet but the insulation in the door is dry. I can see where water has dripped and leaks from the waterline connection. I tightened up both connections and water is not leaking anymore. I ran the dishwasher and no water is leaking from the dishwasher.

“Phil was courteous and identified and addressed the issue. We are completely satisfied with his service.”

GE WasherAug 2, 2023Monticello, MNTechnician: Matt

Model GTW460ASJ6WW

Customer complaint is, every once in a while theres a little water coming out the bottom. now its becoming more frequent. Inspected and tested. I filled washer all the way to the top and drained washer in test mode and no leaks. Started a speed wash cycle and watched it fill and agitate and still not leaking. Washer is not leaking while testing.

“This was a really great experience. The service was easy to schedule, the technician was on time and efficient. I felt like he was really honest with me which is nice. I don’t know anything about appliances so I sometimes worry that I’ll get up-sold on things- not the case at all. Also, after my visit my washer was acting funny. I called back and they helped me reset it over the phone and it’s back to normal. Great, reliable service.”

E1 error. Drain pump runs after dishwasher runs for 4 minutes. They had a plumber doing work and after water was turned back on, dishwasher does this. Pulled out dishwasher and dried up all the water in the basin. Then reinstalled dishwasher and ran it. Mounted it on both sides, as prior it was only mounted on right side. Water leaking from where the disc inside the dishwasher attaches to the water inlet. Tightened the disc, so that it doesnt run down the inside of the basin now/ no leaks/ runs great.

“Nate did a great job on fixing our dishwasher. He was prompt, polite, professional. Highly recommend!”
