Door strike was broken inside the washer latch assembly. I took apart the assembly and got the broken piece out, and quoted customer for new strike and new latch if needed. Customer authorized both. I picked up the parts, replaced the strike, and then saw when testing that the door latch doesn?t lock. Before it most likely was stuck in the locked position and that?s why the strike broke.
