The issue was water leaks past the door when it washes. Today the wife was home and before I started she told me that at one point she added the side mounting screws to help secure the dishwasher. When I removed the side mounting screws I found that, the screws were pulling the side of the dishwasher out. I remounted the dishwasher and made sure the screws are tight but the sides and middle of the dishwasher are not pulled out. I let run for a while and its not leaking now. It was leaking right away for me before but now its not. The dishwasher sounds quieter to now.
Customer complaint is, buzzing, wont start. Inspected and tested. Found the dryer would only sporadically start, otherwise the relay was just clicking. When the relay would just click, there was no voltage being sent to the motor. The main board has failed.

The complaint is the microwave went dead while they were not using it. I found the breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker and now its working good. I tried it several times and now its working good.

The complaint is the washer leaks into the freezer ice maker container and ice forms. I removed the ice maker and found a clump of ice in the fill cup. I cleared the ice and then found the fill tube was not in the correct position so when it fills water is spraying out the side of the cup. I pushed the fill tube in tight so it should not spray when it fills.

Code33 and water under crisper drawer. Found the water is coming from the evap drain. Pulled fridge out. Removed the drain hose and water came pouring in. The duck bell was clogged. Cleaned out the clogged, cut the duck bell, and reassembled. The code is coming from the heater. We cleared the code. Customer isnt using the ice maker anyway so he doesnt want that fixed at this time.

The customer said the whole unit stopped cooling very suddenly. They had another company out and someone tapped into the low side. The previous company said it had a bad compressor. I replaced the compressor based off the info I was given. I also replaced the filter dryer. I leaked checked with nitrogen and found no leaks or restrictions. I pulled a vacuum then recharged the system. I replaced the main board.
“The refrigerator is cooling now, which is why Phil came out. Which is great!
But, now the water dispenser is barely working. I called and was told I should try moving the refrigerator out to see if the hose is kinked. I can’t do this until my son is home. I don’t know what to do with the wheels in front.”
Customer complaint is, cooling ok, frost build up on the top of the door. it closes ok. door alarm doesn't work. This is a garage freezer. Inspected and tested. Temperature is 3F and it was in defrost when I got here. Theres frost on the inside top of the freezer. Door is sealing perfectly everywhere except the top right corner. Fan is working and door alarm. I was able to adjust the seal and its sealing good now.
“Matt was great. He arrived on time, was courteous and let us know what he was doing as he performed his checks. He gave our freezer a thorough checkout but no cause for the frost buildup was found.”
Breaker pops when the door opens on the microwave. Found a bad microswitch that had grease on it and in it. Also found a blown 20 amp fuse: replaced both, and reinstalled microwave. Door works awesome now.

Replaced motor and sump assembly, runs great now with no leaks. Sounds much better too when it circulates.
