Leaking from the door. The turbo zone hose has popped out. I re-installed it and watched the dishwasher. The doors are stuck on the last rinse. She will replace it herself.

"Washer not filling with water or going into a spin cycle. Found the water pressure line full of gunk. Cleaned all the gunk out, now it fills with water and also verified that it goes into spin great. Agitates well too. Everything operating awesome."

"Freezer is filling up with water and freezing sheets of ice, which then leaks down onto the floor. Found a frozen rear drain. Steamed out all the ice. Cleaned out the sheet on the bottom. Temps good. Zero in freezer, 35 in fresh food."

"Water doesnt appear to be coming to the icemaker. Looked in the basement. They have a saddle valve. Turned it back and forth for awhile, then tried jumping L to V a number of times on Icemaker, wouldnt call for water. No voltage to water valve. Confirmed good water pressure to valve. Then after cycling Icemaker 5 times with no water, I did L to V again and could get it to call for water and fill. But when I cycle it, it doesnt call for water. Husband works for an appliance parts company. Quoted BB but he will order part himself and do repair himself. Showed customer how to replace it."

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I verified on time dry the dryer does not heat. I found the thermal fuse was bad. I jumped the fuse and it started to heat. I replaced the fuse and tested the air flow. The air flow is good and the dryer heats. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

"Found that lid switch plastic broke and wont sense that lid id shut to advance washer into drain/spin cycle. Also agitator dogs are worn out and only bottom half of the clothes were washing. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch and agitator dogs. Tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.Office: Owner was in a meeting and asked that office call back and collect payment later."

Replaced door latch and when door is closed it is now always recognized and starts dishwasher every time. Dishwasher is working good. I noticed suds when i did not add any soap. I suggested that finish brand dishwasher detergent be used.; pckd up 1 Agm76209501 (Door latch)

Replaced bad temp sensor. Made sure it was secure to evaporator with zip tie around the plastic connector sensor sits in. Note on door asking to level fridge and get tops of doors level. Adjusted right foot so tops of doors are level and fridge is level. Floor isnt perfectly level so fridge moves a tiny bit but can only possibly fix that with wooden shims under the corners of fridge.

"This is an all in one unit, ventless washer and dryer. I can hear washer pump running but not draining at all. Checked the the washer drain trap and found that it was clogged full of lint and backed up the bottom bellow to drain pump. I cleaned out the lint build up. Tested and washer is draining and working good. I showed customer and informed her since its an all in one that there will be a lot more lint and that this will be general maintenance that drain pump filter will need to be checked and cleaned out fairly often and to check that first if it it give drain error again.Washer is working good."

"Taking over 1 hour to get to preheat temperature. Found that broil element is not heating up. Found that wire is burnt off. Spliced new connector, tested and oven now preheats in normal time. Range is working good."

The customer said the dishwasher does not drain. I tried the drain cycle and the drain pump just made a noise like it was trying to work. I sucked the water out and removed the cover to the drain impeller. I found a rubber band was wrapped around the impeller. I cut the rubber band them pulled all of it out. I started a cycle and the dishwasher is working as it should. I ran a drain cycle and now its draining perfectly. No other issues found

Its a top load LG washer that often wont turn on. Sometimes they unplug it for a few hours and then when they plug it back in they can power it on. And it runs fine then. Sometimes the wife does voodo and then it works. I looked in MPH under no power complaint search and it would most likely be the UI or main PCB. Found that there was debris stuck in drain hose. I pulled out hose and found piece of broken glass in hose. Tested and dishwasher now drains and is workin good.

The fans and the compressor are not running. I verified its not stuck in defrost. I removed the operating thermostat and just the thermostat. I plugged the fridge back in and the compressor and fans started right up.Today I replaced the freezer operating thermostat. The compressor and fans started up.

"The customer complaint is the dishwasher does not dry. I hooked up the Newfi tool. The active code is for the heating cycle. The tool said to check the heater and the tco. I pulled the dishwasher out and checked the tco. I found the tco was tripped so I reset the tco. I started a heating test and the dishwasher is heating. I found black dust in the floor right under the wash pump. The heating is covered in calcium. Per the Newfi tool they recommend to replace the tco and harness. I recommend to replace the tco,heating element and wash motor kit. The top panel tr piece is coming off. I did give a quote but its not part of the estimate. I save the BB quote in BB. "

Today I reinstalled the control panel assembly. Both ovens are working and heating. I tried all the buttons and all are working like they should. The main display looks good but the clock and timer is a little dim.

The freezer evaporator fan was not working. Today I defrosted the evaporator and ducts. I replaced the fan and made sure its working good. I now get airflow into the fresh food.

"The was frost getting a code LC which is for a leak. Another company was out and put in parts but we dont know what parts. After there repair they were getting the E7 fault code. The E7 is for the van assembly not working. The vane spray arm will move forward and then sits there, it did not go back and forth. I followed the steps for the vane motor assembly and per the tech sheet I ordered and today replaced the vane motor assembly. I ran the dishwasher for about 15 minutes and it was working."

"New issue, first complaint was for noise. Net complaint was washable issue. Customers concern is its not washing as well as it should on the top rack. Upon arrival in inspection, I found a new chopper assembly had fallen apart and it was blocked with food and debris. I remove the food and debris and replace the chopper. Flushed the water line

Looks like it has the standard samsung ice maker ice maker issue. But customer defrosted ice maker and melted several components and auger assembly. Also the plastic evaporator and plastic cover which i have never replaced and dont know if it is a replaceable part. . With that customer the customer declined and I told him that he could try and contact samsung and see if they will do anything for him since this is a known failure of Samsung fridges.Customer said he will try that.

Unit making loud noise. Found in test mode two different problem. One the motor is loud and hardly was spraying. Also the diverter was louder then normal. "The customer complaint is the dishwasher will power up, and if they press start, it does not start the wash cycle and the dishwasher makes no noises. I verified the complaint by pressing start to wake up the dishwasher and then start again to start a normal cycle. The dishwasher just sat there And never filled with water. The display would change the time by jumping around on the display. I put it into a diagnostic mode and the stuck Key was the only fault indicated. I ran an entire diagnostic cycle and afterwords now the dishwasher is working as it should. I gave a quote to the customer for a new control panel at this time the customer declined and would like to see what happens."

Customers concern with the unit didnt drain consistently. Upon arrival and inspection from the rear main bearing was loose. Had about a 32nd slop. I notified the customer he wanted to go ahead with the repair anyway. The drain pump had failed was very loud. You could hear the impeller slopping around and it didnt rain. We replaced it with the LG motor and a drain great. I tested it twice.; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

"Replaced bad pre heat board. After that bake and broil still not coming on. Spoke with Viking for an hour, found the relay on the front of the unit is also bad. Should be sending out 240 VAC from both left side (left red to middle red) and 240 from left white to right orange wire. Only sending 240 from the left red to red. Zero from white to orange. We also did a necessary bypass of green/yellow wire to white/red wire on preheat board. Will not need to pull oven out when I come back. Additional charge when I come back for new relay WE ordered. The customer complaint is the washer does not respond and will flash the f6e2 lost communication fault code. I followed all the steps per the tech sheet for the f6e2 fault code. The main ccu is getting the correct 120 volts and I do get 5 volts dc at pins 2 and 4 and 12 volts dc at pins 1 and 4 at the display board. So the display board is get the correct voltages. The tech sheet says what to do when you DONT get the correct voltages but it doesnt say what to do when you do get the correct voltages. The 2 top replaced the parts are the display panel W11325569 and the main CCU W11322901. I would like to get appraisal for both parts in case it needs both. Most likely its just a bad panel W11325569 but its common to have to replace both parts at the same time. So one part could fix the issue or maybe both. I would try the panel display first and if that does not fix it then try the CCU board. Please get approval and then contact the customer with a update. ; O-emld tckt

Unit not draining. Vacuumed out the water. Removed the drain pump out and found a small chunk on a plate or cup. Reinstalled the drain pump and tested. Still no drain and drain pump was making. Noise. Vacuumed out water then quoted customer for new drain pump from blue book. Customer approved. Reschedule customer for Friday and ordered part from Sundberg; ordrng 1 W10876537 (DRAIN PUMP - TALL TUB)

H20 error. Plugged up water pressure sensor and software update were needed. I cleaned the sensor and tested the dishwasher. I updated the software its now ready to go.

The whole fridge is dead with no power. I checked the outlet and it had power. I removed the rear cover to the main board. I saw that something shorted on the board. The fuse is bad. I jumped the fuse and plugged the fridge in. When I plugged the fridge it the board sparked and burned a little. I completely removed the board and left the cover off. I left the fridge unplugged. It needs a main board. I did warn the customer that something could have caused the board to fail but most likely not. Customer complaint unit wouldnt dry clothing on sensor dry. Disassembled unit and found lint plugged up the female end of connector. When disassembled last time lint must have snuck on there

"36 in fresh food. 0 in freezer. A big sheet of ice was on bottom of freezer, coming from the evaporator drain. Found the drain plugged. Ice has been then melting and leaking onto the floor. Steamed all the ice out, and was able to pour a 12 oz cup of water down the drain and it slurped and drained quick. Wiped everything down. Everything fixed."

"Washer has been making a grinding sound in agitate. Found the transmission is leaking oil and rusty water. Quoted for new one, but its 13 years old and he doesnt want to put much into it/ would rather buy new. I could not get it to grind on a wash full of towels but could visually see bad transmission."

Unit was leaking out the front right side. Customer showed a photo and was leaking right under the float switch. Run unit and found a good amount of suds. Cleared out suds the best o could. Ran unit three times to help. Then ran unit again for a long cycle. After 15 minutes checked again and had a bunch of suds. Found that the dispenser is leaking and thats whats causing the unit to suds then leak. Quoted customer blue book and rescheduled customer. "Dishwasher hums in the beginning of the cycle and then gives an error code. Tested it, the water valve fills the dishwasher very slowly. Spoke with Danby tech support and they gave me the part number for the valve. 32036398. ; saved tckt"

Customers complaint is not drying clothing. Verified complaint. The igniter would glow and would ignite the gas just fine. Heats up really fast then shuts the gas off right away. It vents under the deck and not able to reach it. Removed the vent from the unit and its working properly and doesnt heat up over 200 like before. And was getting 25 mph out the back. Customer has a venting issue. Not able to reach vent customer will have to hire someone to do correct repair or do it them self.

"Customer complaint is, F 21, F28 SUDS, HAS TO UNPLUG AND REPLUG AFTER A FEW MINITES TO GET IT TO FINSIH A CYCLE. Inspected and found the drain pump filter was plugged solid. Cleaned out filter and tested. Washer is draining and spinning great, but the drain pump is chattering and sounds louder than it should. It drained twice just fine even though its loud. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is still draining slow. I removed the drain line from the stand pipe behind the washer and its really gunked up. It looks like the stand pipe is gunked up and draining slowly. I advised customer if she continues to have problems, to have a plumber come clean the stand pipe and pee trap. Washer is now fixed."

Customers complaint fresh food ice maker not working. Fridge temp 40 and freezer was -2. Checked for error codes was getting a 39c error code which is a ice maker error code. Samsung just says replace ice maker for that code. Unplugged unit. Installed new ice maker. Then rebooted refrigerator. Checked for error codes and none are present now after replacement.

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER IS LEAKING AND FREEZING UP. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 37F and freezer was -1. The ice maker keeps freezing up and Im not exactly sure why. Customer said that its been worked on for the exact same problem at least 6-8 times and it never fixes it. It sounds like from the customer they have already replaced lots of different parts for this issue and it keeps doing the exact same thing. If were going to do anything with this, Im completely guessing and think we need to replace all parts associated with the ice room compartment. "The customer said the washer basket is lower than normal and the washer takes 3 cycles to wash the clothes. I started a cycle and the wash plate barely moves in the agitate cycle. I removed the wash plate pulsator and found the center bushing thats pressed into the pulsator is stripped and fell out. The washer is hanging down like it should, nothing looks broken. The customer said the front 2 burners take longer than to heat the pans than they use to. The oven gets to temp and then does not maintain temp. I pulled the range out on my floor shield and checked the voltage at the back of the range terminal block. Across the red and black wires I got 242 volts. I did find the ground wire was attached to the neutral wire so I moved the ground wire to the ground strap on the range. I put my weighted thermal couple in the middle of the range on the center rack. I set the oven to 350. The oven preheat and got to 380 before it cycled the heat off. I then let cycle on and off and I recorded the high and low temps. I took 3 highs and 3 low temps then got the average. I put a pot with water on all the burners. Today the burners are working and heating up the water. While I has the front 2 burners on and could hear a little cracking from the 2 dual burners. The 2 front burner switches are slowly failing and starting to short. I would like to order and replace the 2 front switches. 333348333355332350Average was 342I raised the oven temp up 10 degrees. "Customers concern was the washer started making strange sound, and then smelled like it was burning. When they plug it back in it makes a weird, clicking noise. Customers complaint RIGHT SIDE OVEN IS NOT IGNITING PROPERLY AND SMELLS OF GAS. One of the igniters was weak and wasnt lighting so the gas would come on prematurely and gas would build up. Quoted customer to replace igniter. We replaced both igniters and now unit is working properly. One other thing is the right side griddle isnt working. Found it was the thermostat was bad. Has no response. Will need new thermostat but dont see any available. I said we could take a look and see if something would cross over and work and let her know. Unit wasnt making ice looks like it cycled one batch. No errors present. Goes through test mode fine. Nov way to test the ffull bucket indicator laser with a iPhone. "The customer had the microwave on the counter when I arrived. The microwave would not heat and the turntable would not spin. I found the top switch was broken. I quoted and replaced both interlock switches. A clip for the top switch broke but I was able to fix it by putting a zip tie around the switch and holder. The microwave is working good now. Not igniting. The module has failed. The burners are very dirty Abbas the burners need to be adjusted. This is a college rental. The land Lord decided not to fix and replace it with an electric range for safety reasons.

"Customer complaint is, TAKES ALONG TIME TO START AND LEAKING. Inspected and tested. Found water is leaking from the solenoid seal causing it to not drain. Needs a new solenoid kit and seal. Installed new solenoid kit, push on nut, seal and tested. Now its leaking from the sump underneath. This dishwasher is really old and the plastic underneath is brittle. Im going to try replacing the sump inlet assembly and if that doesnt fix it, we would have to completely rebuild the sump and pump assemblys underneath and thats going to be over our limit. Installed new sump inlet assembly, cap, cover and screws. Tested and dishwasher is working great and no more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed. Customer is replacing the old copper supply line with a flexible one."

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. REFRIGERATOR IS ONLY 50 DEGREES AND EVERYTHING IN THE FREEZER IS THAWED. Inspected and tested. Both freezer and FF compartments are 57F. Fans and compressor are not running. I put refrigerator into test mode and thermistors tested good, the fans are all working. I tried the compressor test and everything worked perfectly. I power cycled refrigerator and now the compressor and fans are running and its starting to cool. Everything is testing good. Im going to follow up with customer this afternoon. I followed up with the customer at 4pm and they said temperatures seemed to be back to normal. Dana can you you follow up with this customer on Monday and confirm that refrigerator is still cooling. The customer said that dishwasher will get loud at times during the wash and drain cycles. I ran the dishwasher and the wash cycle sounds good. The customer said that when it drained thats when it made the noise. The drain pump sounded normal operation and drains good. I removed the drain pump and found a toothpick was down inside the drain pump housing. I removed the toothpick. I advised the customer the sound from the drain pump is normal.

"Poor drying quality, blocked vent. Noise is due to a rattle it is a stacked unit. Temps were 250s and it was short cycling. They will get the vent cleaned."

The complaint is the main display is totally dead. The burners still work. This is a electric range. I pulled the range out and inspected the main board. Im getting 120 volts into the main board. I tested to see if I get any dc voltage out of the main board . From the plug that looks like it supplies power to the display I do get 12 volts and 5 volts dc out of the main pcb board. I gave the customer a quote for the front display board. Im ordering the part. ; ordrd 1 DG94-03583A (ERC CONTROL)

"Customer complaint is, TEMPS ARE UNEVEN IN THE OVEN. Customer said cakes are cooking to fast around the outside and taking long to cook the inside causing it to fall. Inspected and tested. "The customer complaint was the timer does not work. When she sets a cycle and presses start it will not start, she has to fiddle with the timer knob to make it start. I tried the timer and I could tell the knob was slipping. I removed the knob and found it was cracked in the center so the metal sleeve was slipping on the metal timer shaft. I swapped the knob with the knob for the wrinkle care. The customer said she never uses that knob so it was ok. The customer said the oven was running hot and cooling uneven. I removed the oven bottom and cover. I started the bake and it started right up in about 15 seconds. The flame was a little large and the base of the flame was lifting on the burner tube. I adjusted the air shutter so the flame is more relaxed and tight against the burner. I tested the oven temp and found it was over heating by 50 degrees. A new thermostat is not longer available. I tried to adjust the knob but I could not adjust down 50. I set the oven 50 degrees cooler and then it was heating to the desired temp. The customer is the only one that uses the oven so she was ok with that.

The customer complaint was she is getting white lint or a white substance on the clothes. She also said sometimes the washer shakes real bad in the spin. I first entered the diagnostic mode to check for fault codes. No codes were present. I ran the test cycles and every function is working as it should. The front of the washer was not level so I raised the front legs. I found the drain hose was down the drain more than 9 inches. I pulled the drain hose out and kept only 6 inches in the drain pipe. I put 2 zip ties around the pipe to hold it in place. The customer is only using 1-2 teaspoons of a h.e soap. The customer has never cleaned the washer before and they live is a city with really hard water. I advised the customer to clean the washer monthly with a washer cleaner. No other issue found today.

Found that idler pulley is worn out. Customer approved estimate. Replaced idler pulley and cleaned out inside dryer of lint built up. Tested and dryer now tumbles quietly and heating and working good.; used 1 WPW10547292 (IDLER PULLEY) from stock

Installed all parts from last diagnosis and then tested multiple times no leaks and everything is working properly

"Unit beeps but power button doesnt light up, it doesnt run, drain or fill. Called Danby tech support, confirmed power button is getting 120, and sending 120 to board. Spoke with JR. Needs a new main board and start button. ."

Still not fully draining. Found the little flap in the drain line was partially stuck shit. Loosened it and now it isnt getting stuck shut anymore. Drains awesome.

"Replaced control control last time and replaced defrost timer this time. Refrigerator turns on, compressor is running. Refrigerator is cooling and working good."

"Found that compressor is not running. Found that compressor inverter board is shorted and not sending power to compressor. Customer approved estimate. "Found that the drain pump fins are broken and not draining out water. Also found that bearings are going bad and is loud during spin. I informed customer but they wanted to go ahead and replace the drain pump knowing that bearing is bad and is not worth it to fix and a new washer would be needed.They wanted to get this working for next few months then will replace washer.Replaced drain pump, tested and washer now drains and spins. ; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

"Fresh food not cooling. Confirmed that the defrost heater comes on. Sensor on evaporator tests at 8000 ohms or 85 degrees even though its covered in ice. Has a bad sensor. Ordered a new one, steamed off evaporator. Coming back Tuesday to install. ; ordrd 1 WPW10384183 (Temp sensor)"

Replaced belt and idler kit. Tested and no more burning smell. Washer is working good.

Customers complaint not spinning clothing out and shaking. These GE top loads are known for shaking badly. Hooked up SmartHQ and had a error code for unbalanced load. Otherwise nothing. Put unit in spin watched RPMS. Unit was getting to correct RPMs and sounds normal. Also checked the drain pump. The agitator and everything is working properly. Updated unit with new software update

Wont drain. The dishwasher was stuck mid cycle. I reset It abs it designed perfect. I watched 2 complete rinse cycles with no issues. I educated the customer on resetting the dishwasher if it is interrupted during the cycle and wont restart.

"Customers complaint over heating, burn marks. Customer is getting brown marks in white clothing. Checked the temp of dryer at medium heat high at 150-155. Which is perfect high is 180. Again perfect. Unit sounds good and is heating properly. Nothing mechanical wrong. Possible that clothing is running on seals but even if we put new seals on still will have the clothing touch seals. Cleaned out unit then tested. Unit is working properly"
