Customer complaint is, growls when filling, water level has decreased. Inspected and tested. Found both water valve filters were plugged. Cleaned out both filters and tested. Washer is filling great and sounds good. Washer is now fixed.

Not heating. Made sure airflow was good, and cleaned out vent both for bulkhead and going through the wall. Replaced bad fuses. Runs and heats great now.

Ran test mode and pump runs but slowly draining. There is something stuck in drain line. I was able to fish it out and looks like small piece of rubber that was blocking drain. Tested and dishwasher now drains fully and all functions are working good.

Sensor reads good. Cycles good. Control board and reed switch are good. Confirmed Icemaker itself is good. Reason why its leaking water is because water is continually dripping into Icemaker. Either low water pressure under 22 psi coming to fridge or bad water valve. Customer has filtration system in house, changes it every 6 months, its due for a change. Tech support said to have him take filter out and put in bypass in fridge and it should not have leaking valve issue anymore. If it still does after doing that, and after changing water filtration filters, then it needs a new valve. He will call and let us know either way.

Dishwasher hasnt been cleaning well lately. Recommended they switch to different ditergent. Also tested water and it tests hard at 7, recommended putting water softener salt in the softener basin. Also recommend using cleaner, and I mounted the dishwasher because it wasnt mounted. Ran it, it heats, drains and circulates awesome.

Installed parts. Reassembled unit and tested multiple times. everything is working properly. The door is opening and shutting correctly and staying closed properly.

Installed new drain pump. Once installed tested multiple times for leaks and make sure its draining properly. Everything is now working properly. Reassembled unit and reinstalled back to original mounting spot.
Found that the dishwasher wash motor is bad. Getting power to it but not running at all to clean dishes. Also found that the Diverter has been leaking. Also not filling with much water. Needs new sump/motor assembly and water valve.Customer declined and will replace dishwasher.
The customer complaint was the ice maker stopped making ice and water was leaking out the ice compartment. The freezer temp was above 20 and the freezer display was flashing HI. Today when I arrived the customer had it unplugged but for only a few minutes. I plugged it back in and let run for about 30 minutes. The fresh food was set to 43 and the freezer was set to 0. The fresh food temp was good, the freezer was between 9-17 degrees. I removed the freezer cover and the evaporator had barely any frost on the coil. I checked pressures and the high and low side were lower pressures than normal. I replaced the filter drier and installed a valve on the compressor. I leaked checked the system but found no leaks. I pulled a vacuum and then recharged the system and added a leak stopSealant. The high side pressure was 100 and climbing and the low side was around 20 and dropping. I advised the customer to wait 24 hours for temps to recover. I put it into for cool and the freezer was getting a good frost pattern. We turned the water back on and the ice maker.
