Removed most of the water and tapped on the pump and it came on and drained the rest of the water. I removed drain pump and there was nothing plugging it up. Washer is going to need a new drain pump. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is now fixed."

"The customer complaint is the freezer and fresh food section are not cooling like they should. The customer had ice cube trays in the freezer filled with water and the water would not freeze. I removed the rear evaporator cover. I found a ball of frost accumulating on the top corner of the evaporator. That indicates a sealed system issue. I advised the customer it has a leak or a restriction. The repair would be replacing the evaporator, the drier and recharge the system.

"Its a ventless dryer thats been leaking a lot of water when it runs. Its been leaking water when it runs every time. I took the lower front panel off, pulled out the drawer, and took out the 6 screws on the bottom panel. Under the panel it was full of water and lint. Especially in the back, where there is a drain the lint goes down into the bottom pan. I cleaned all the lint and water out, its super clean now. I also cleaned out lint from the blower fan area. I got a towel saturated with water on a rinse and spin cycle and then ran it for 20 minutes in the dryer. Zero drips."

"This customer is not the easiest to deal with.Called tech support and took apart dryer for the squeaking and found that the felt is causing the squeak against the drum. I can pull front felt back and squeak stops. Needs new front felt part shows not in stock. Also called tech support for dryer that when using normal dry it is a damp dry as it only uses 500 watts and in timed dry it uses 1800 watt for heating is what tech support explained to me. Only gets up to about 115-120 degrees max. I showed customer to use Super dry if set on normal or customer will keep using timed dry.Also customer wants us to install water actuator devices on her water lines behind washer. Do we do that? If so what do we quote? I would have to pulled out stacked washer/dryer out of closet but seems pretty straight forward. Customer wasnt home, so I was able to find 2 bath towels and ran it through a speed wash cycle and it worked perfectly. The board was sending 5VDC to the sensor which is good. I did not see excessive vibration while I was testing. Customer is going to try and put rubber feet underneath it and see if that helps.

The flame never came back on after it shut off. I hooked up Hass. There was only door error codes nothing related to the issue. I ran the auto test and it passed. I tried it again on all the cycles and it does the same thing. The air flow is good and I tried it with the duct removed. Its still not cycling back on after the first time. Having same issue as before its been working great till lately. All igniters look clean. I cleaned them any way. Couldnt get the issue happen when I was there. Tried different burners boiling water on each and never had an issue. Let customer know I cant get issue to happen for my self. I said we could try the other igniters but its a educated guess because we cant get the issue happen all the time. Informed we could just change the rest of the igniters but not sure if that would do or not. He said the last time we did just one and it worked for half a year. We like to try the igniters. Looks like we put de81-02696A igniter in last time. Please quote with the dishwasher repair; ordrng 5 de81-02696A (Igniter)s

"Light keeps flickering. Got the shelf we needed but didnt come with the light. In it. Tried to swap over the new one but didnt work the plastic screen busted and everything for the lamp busted. Needs the led strip the led light holder and the screen added photos. I cant get a clear image off my phone. Customers house has no service phone says SOS wont let me even call. Customer forgot Wi-Fi password. They use Wi-Fi to makes calls. We need to source other parts. Looks like it should have been assembly. "It fills and drains in the first couple minutes, then runs drain pump for 5 minutes, then shuts off. Wont progress. But you can put it on the spin and drain and it will run through that ok. Spoke for awhile with Beko tech support, they said it needs both Front pressure switch 2801561800, and Level sensor 2833830400. DW can you please order these and schedule customer for my return? "The whole refrigerator is not cooling at all, both sections are not cooling. I can hear the compressor buzz and then click. I pulled the fridge out and pulled the cover off. I found the compressor has been replaced before. The customer said the compressor was replaced last February. I tried a new compressor relay and a hard start. The compressor wont start it just makes a loud humming sound. The compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. I added pics. ; saved tckt"

"Not draining with error. Upon arrival and inspection, I found the laundry was closed in the tub and it was locked. I put it in the service diagnostic mode and unlock the door. We removed the clothes and started draining water. In the end we found two seashells, and the hairball had lodged in the 90? elbow and caused the issue. We cleared the hoses put it back together tested it and it finished the rapid wash cycle with four towels perfectly. The washer is now fixed

"Fridge was not cooling. On arrival and inspection found the automatic, defrost circuit was not being energize. I had power at the board but not to the heater. I changed the wiring back and found a loose connection at a molex connector. I received the molex connector and loose wire, and it began working as designed.

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER IS NOT WORKING. Customer said it started working again after he called. Also said the plastic guard/ shoot that directs the cubes into the bucket is cracked and sometimes falls out of place and jams up the ice maker. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 1F. The ice bucket was almost full. Optics tested good. Ice maker cycled and filled with water while I was looking at it. Ice maker is currently working great. Customer is just going to use it and see what happens.

Dryer is condenser dryer that had a outside vent hooked up so was sucking in air but actually blocking air. Also the condenser was full of lint and hair build up. Appears that since vent was attached and it probably was blocking airflow and condenser was clogged also blocking air flow caused dryer to overheat and shut off until it cooled off and would run again. I explained to customer that condenser needs to be cleaned and not to use vent since the dryer is sucking in air and not blowing out air.I disconnected vent and showed customer where condenser is to clean it. Dryer is running continuously.

"Customer complaint is, STARTED LOAD AND WALKED AWAY. HEARD LOUD NOISES AND RAN BACK TO UNIT, IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF WASH CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Washer is noisy while its agitating. I inspected drive hub and it was good. I tipped washer back and found a plastic water bottle cap was stuck in between the motor and shield. I removed and tested again and washer sounds great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKS FROM THE BOTTOM DURING THE WASH CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Started washer on a heavy duty cycle empty and let it fill, agitate and then drain, but there was no leaks. Customer put some clothes in the washer and I ran it through a rinse and spin and when the washer did the wave force check, it leaked out the back right side. Theres a crack in the outer tub about 3/4 of the way up.

The customer said when they run the dryer sometimes the circuit breaker trips. The customer now thinks the breaker trips when they run the washer and dryer together. The washer and dryer are in a room with other utilities and has a freezer on the same circuit as the washer and dryer. I ran the dryer and washer at the same time. The breaker never tripped for me while I was testing. I took the front off the dryer and inspected the igniter and wire connections. The igniter looked good. When I put the front back on one of the door switch wires got in the way and was almost pinched. This dryer has been serviced before so its possible that wire was pinched and I did not notice it when I removed the front panel.As of today the dryer is working and does not trip the breaker. I advised the customer that with all those appliances on one breaker its possible the breaker is weak and may need to be replaced.
