Not heating. Failed Coil kit was replaced. I watched temperatures itit cycled between 126-220 deg.

Customer said that it would stop mid cycle and say no rinse. I found that the cold water valve was shut off to the washer and the hot was barely open. It used cold during rinse and thats why no fill. I turned on both valves, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. I informed customers about water valve being shut off and she has no idea. I suspect thats why it could of been leaking into the drum even when washer is not in use because of the little pressure for the valve to shut off completely.Customer will use the washer as normal and if the leak continues will think about replacement water valve for washer.
The drain was improperly ran. The drain hose had a protein blockage. I cleared out the hose and installed a high loop. The hose plumbing needs revision. The customer was notified, it has been leaking before our arrival.
Makes bad noise and metal hanging out of the seal. I removed a pair of tweezers from the front glide and tested the dryer. Its now quiet and heating well.

I replaced the board with the updated part. The beverage cooler is now working as designed.
The customer complains that the flex drawer gets a little too cold. Upon arrival at inspection I found the drawer was being used for beverages, but the settings were not properly selected. I hooked up my smart HQ device and looked at the data. It appears the drawer is being left on open for longer periods of time throughout the day some of these times for 15 minutes. I walked through best practices with a customer and educated her on how refrigeration works. I recommended that she use the beverage setting to keep issues from happening.

Found that the gas coils are bad and will stop turning on the gas after coils were warm. Also customer said the dryer would squeak loudly. Customer approved estimate to replace coils and repair kit which replaces idler, rollers, belt. Replaced those parts, tested and dryer is running quiet and cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.
Installed new water valve. Had customer turn water on and there was no leaks. Cycled ice maker. Everything working properly without leaks. Reassembled unit; still no leaks after 30 minutes.

Customer complaint is, making noise when it is filling into the washer. Customer said its just when the cold water is filling. There house is just over a year old and they just had a water softener put in. I removed the fill hoses from the back of the washer and the cold water side filter had that orange media from the softener tank in it. Hot water side was good. I reassembled and filled with hot and cold water and it sounds great now.
