I ran load of towels and completed whole cycle and spun out clothes. I was not able to replicate issue and did not see any malfunctions. Customer did state that in that load, there is some marks that were on her clothing but didnt seem like the clothing was stuck.Tenant will use washer as normal and record if issue happens again.Also I checked for waterline of the fridge and there is a waterline and shut off right behind fridge that can be easily hooked up.Tried calling Hale but went to voice mail. Bad compressor previously diagnosed, confirmed when I found open line status between start windings. I recovered the refrigerant from the sealed system, amount recovered indicated that a refrigerant leak was not present. I cut out the defective compressor and old filter drier, cleaned out remaining lines with nitrogen and brazed in a new compressor, filter drier and low side access. I pulled a deep vacuum for a dual evaporator system, moved the three way valve to the home position and charged the cooling system with 4.76 ounces of refrigerant. I updated the main power control board to operate the upgraded compressor. The high and low side pressures indicate 100% flow of refrigerant throughout the sealed system. I told the customer that in can take 24 hours for their refrigerator to reach set temperatures. ADH73150210 filter drier TCA38151706 compressor used

Icemaker stopped making ice at the same time that they needed to replace water filter. I cycled icemaker twice and it cycled perfectly both times. I found that some water had frozen in dispenser line to icemaker. No leaks or drips and good water pressure now though. Customer said her husband didnt install water filter in correct on the first try, and the valve tried to send water to icemaker but it would have been a trickle. If it stops making ice in future I would want to come back with a new icemaker. But its working awesome now. Job complete.

Upon inspection found that there was debris and pressure which hose located on the left side of washer tub clear debris, tested unit on super and heavy duty wash cycle. Let it fill up all the way pressure switch stopped filling, agitated perfectly. There was no leaks from any poses drain hoses drain pump seals waterlines in the back or plumbing under the sink. Unit is good to go done.

Took unit apart gave customer quote because it needs outer tub assembly with bearings and seal. Customer stated that they will be moving in the near future so I advise I could take it apart and try to clean off the bearings and add lubrication that is as much as I can do to temporarily fix it advised if the noise continues to get worse its time to get a new one. Also stated to let it sit for 24 hours to let the lubrication really work its way in. I tested it for 20 minutes straight after cleaning, upper and lower bearing assembly Done.

customer complaint was not agitating and leaking from bottom. Ran through test mode, everything was operating as it should be . Couldnt find any signs of leak. Also ran through quick cycle and everything operating as it should. Square trade sent a lid which is confusing as they said its leaking from bottom. No signs of any leaking . Will return lid they sent. Recommend not bulky loads, less detergent . Asked them to try to get evidence of leaking or not operating properly If the issue persists with pictures or a video .
