Customer complaint is, unit is dead again. Inspected and tested. Fuse is blown again. Door switches test good, there's a little wear on the switch holder. Installed new choke kit and fuse. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

The customer said the whole refrigerator stopped making ice and cooling very quickly. The refrigerator was unplugged and the water was off when I arrived. I pulled the unit out and plugged it back in. I took the low side and high side pressure. The low side with the compressor on was 55 psi and the high side was about the same. I unplugged the unit and the low side pressure did not change. I plugged it back in so the 3 way valve went back to home position. I replaced the compressor and filter drier. I added nitrogen until the pressure was up to 200 psi. I checked for leaks by listening and applying soap to all the joints. I found no leaks. I then purged the system and pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I updated the main board with the tool. I recharged the fridge with 4.7 ounces. I told the customer to give it 6-8 hours to cool and 24 hours before they pack it full again.

Replaced parts with the switch kit, tested and microwave turns on and is heating and working good. I did notice that the clock is dim and customer was aware but microwave is heating and working good.

Found tons of charred lint in the dryer. Ran the dryer after vacuuming a bunch of lint out and discovered it has a bad motor. It hums and buzzes. Needs new motor and blower assembly. Quoted for new motor. Would possibly need new blower wheel too He will think about it and call us.

Dryer is not heating. The coils had failed and the dryer dropped. Had a 50% restriction. I replaced the dryer duct with the stock 8 ft replacement and replaced the coils. The dryer is now heating.

The customer said the freezer is cooling good and very cold, but the fresh food section is not cooling very well. The temperature in the freezer was zero and the temperature in the fresh fruit was around 50. I open the door and listened and verify the fresh food fan is not running. I hooked up the diagnostic tool, and it said there was no feedback from the fresh fan. I removed the covers and replaced the fresh food fan and ran the firmware update. The customer had the rear access cover removed. We pulled it back out and put the cover back on. I advised them to allow 2 to 3 hours for the fresh food to get back to temperatures.

Not heating for more than a few minutes. Found bad gas coils. Replaced them and vacuumed out dryer and bulkhead. Before with vent connected it got up to 190 after 3 minutes. Now it can get to 190 in 10 seconds. Now it runs up to 230. Runs well.
