Customer stated unit would fill with water after cycle was complete. Diagnosed leaking inlet valve that was continuously dripping into machine. Replaced inlet valve and tested. All functions are operating properly with no leaks.

Replaced compromised bake burner and verified unit is now operating properly.

Dryer is heating and operating properly. Unable to find any issue. Advised customer not to put soaking wet clothes directly into dryer and to run an additional drain and spin cycle in washer first. Unit is working properly.

Installed parts from previous diagnosis and ran through test mode. Ice maker fan is now operating. Advised customer unit should begin making ice within 48 hours.

Disassembled dryer and installed missing support roller. Inspected remaining rollers, belt, and idler pulley and found them in good condition. Reassembled dryer and verified proper operation.
