Found sticking switch and electrical not up to code. Got switch working properly, but customer will have electrician inspect and update electrical.

Upon inspection, found unit needed thermostat and heater assembly. Ordered, picked up, and installed heater and thermostat. Verified dryer is now heating properly.

Upon inspection, found display buttons were hard to press. Customer stated another company had replaced board previously. Disassembled unit and found plastic protective film still on board, which was interfering with touch panel. Removed film and tested operation. Unit is now working properly.

Found hinge latch that secures oven door during removal was loose and flopping open on its own, which prevented door from closing properly. Tightened rivet so latch now stays in place. Door opens and closes normally and wall oven is working properly.
