"It is giving them an E 23 error code. Ended up finding debris that had gotten past the first filter and was stopping water from getting to the drain pump. After cleaning that out it drains awesome. Customer said its not drying the dishes very well, tested the heater and it has 9 A of current which is spec, its heating how it is supposed to, recommended to customer doing finish detergent and using rinse aid. "Customer complaint is, HAS NO POWER. Inspected dishwasher and found the UI board is unresponsive. Board has 120 to it and the light on the board is flashing rapidly. Im pretty confident that the main board is bad, but it could be the UI board. Quoted customer to install new UI board. Installed kit with new board, UI and all the wiring harnesses accept the door wiring harness and I get the same results. Light on the main board is flashing rapidly, but UI is dead and not responding. Im going to order the door harness because its the only thing thats not been replaced. Installed new door harness and its still dead. I started switching out boards using the old and new together and still dead. I took out all the new parts and reinstalled the old original parts and now its working. I ran the dishwasher for over 20 minutes and its working great. Im completely baffled on this dishwasher, but its working now."

The washer started to drain then went into a spin and shut off. I put in on a normal cycle and let wash. I then moved to spin. It ran the neutral drain, it never stop, it right through a spin cycle and shut off. I tried it a few more times and its working. I ran a complete rinse and spin and its still working good. This is not a redo this is a new complaint and I verified that it was not caused by technician error. If this issue persists and they call back again please order a control board for return visit as we will know that it is not turning on the heater at the rinse cycle to dry dishes.Customers complaints dishwasher now is not drying. Turned on convection oven and it preheated and cycled great for almost 30 minutes. I even turned on the upper oven at the same time and it never tripped the GFCI. Theres like 4 outlets on this breaker, so I recommend that if it does it again to unplug everything else on this circuit and try it again. Also said they could try running a extension cord to another outlet and see if it works then. Otherwise oven is working great for me. Customer said it did it again as soon as I left. I took apart the lower oven floor and found the deflector is melted and hanging down onto the ignitor. I found a service bulletin for this exact problem. It says to replace the ignitor and deflector. "Replaced the leaking wash motor, it no longer leaks and runs great. Cleaned out drain pump, installed new drain pump but it leaks. I will need to return that drain pump. After cleaning out the old drain pump it actually runs great and does not leak. Everything is good now. Cleaned out the drain line as well. Could not mount the dishwasher flat since the floor is curved from all the water leaking. Once they replace the floor the dishwasher should sit flat again."

"I verified the issue. Frost is building up on the fresh food evaporator. There is a new service bulletin for this exact issue. I followed the step in the bulletin. I changed the defrost setting to a 8 hour defrost cycle. Door seals look good and the fridge is leveled as it should be. The tabs on the evap cover are broke . I watched the heat cycle for almost 20 minutes and it was heating, just short cycling. I cant access the back of the dryer to check airflow without destroying the vent. Its the plastic venting material. Dryer seems to be operating great. The vent is the issue. Advised customer to clean and replace vent before they use dryer again."
