Replaced faulty auger assembly, cracked ice tray assembly, leaking donut gasket, and ice maker. Verified drains are clear, air flow is proper, ice maker filled correctly, and ice cabinet is sealed. Refrigerator is back online.

Upon inspection, found loose gas line connection causing faint gas smell. Used meter to show customer that gas leak was gone after tightening connection. Unit is now operating properly.

Ran a test before replacing sensor probe and power supply board and found temperatures fluctuating excessively. Pulled unit out, replaced power supply board and temperature sensor, then ran another test cycle and showed customer the proper cycling pattern.

Customer stated in-door ice maker was spilling water into ice room during fill. Disassembled unit and found scale buildup on inlet water line. Cleared scale and tested operation. Ice maker now fills normally without spraying or leaking. Refrigerator is operating properly.
