Complaint was constant beeping and unit would not run. Found BLDC drain motor error. Discovered broken piece of rack stuck in motor impeller. Removed obstruction and restored operation. Customer is not interested in replacing broken rack piece. Job completed.

Washer stopped mid-cycle and final spin light kept blinking. Checked for stored errors and found none. Ran quick cycle with load and it completed normally. Suspect washer had gone out of balance and stopped. Showed customer how to hold start button up to 10 seconds to cancel a cycle and restart. Washer is working properly.

Customer stated unit would not spin. Found belt had fallen off idler. Performed preventive maintenance and inspected components with no other issues found. Reinstalled belt and tested. Unit is now operating properly.
