Customer stated dishwasher was not washing. Diagnosed failed motor assembly. Obtained part locally, installed motor assembly, and confirmed dishwasher is now working properly.

Customer stated they received an email from the warranty company about a recalled part and received the replacement in the mail. Found burner tube was sent for replacement, installed new part, tested unit, and verified proper operation.

Customer stated washer had louder-than-normal rumbling during agitate and spin. Found drain pump clamps not inserted correctly, causing vibration noise. Realigned bracket, tested with load, and verified no more rumbling. Washer is working well.

Replaced compressor, condenser, filter drier, and three-way valve, then recharged system. Tested and verified refrigerator is beginning to cool.

Upon inspection, found water supply not connected and ice maker turned on. Advised customer that the ice maker was causing the noise.

Customer stated dryer was making a loud noise during all cycles. Found lint buildup on blower wheel, cleaned unit, reassembled, and tested. Dryer is now operating properly. Customer also reported an occasional second noise, which was caused by the unit being pushed too far back and the gas line rattling against the rear. Verified venting was connected properly and advised customer to keep unit slightly pulled away from wall.
