Customer stated the refrigerator reset after dispensing ice from the door. Inspected wiring at the main control board and found it okay. Removed the front user interface and found a pinched wire to the paddle switches. Adjusted the wire and UI placement, reassembled, and tested. Unit is now working properly. If issue returns, recommend replacing the main control, front UI, and side UI.

Customer stated oven displayed Sb error code and would not heat. Diagnosed unit in Sabbath Mode. Located instructions in owner?s manual and showed customer how to lock and unlock Sabbath Mode. Tested oven and confirmed proper heating operation.

Uninstalled double wall oven, removed control module, and replaced it with new part. Reassembled and reinstalled wall oven. Tested operation and verified proper working order.

Dishwasher had leak error. Found drain filter cap inside dishwasher loose, which prevented proper draining. Also found countertop air gap clogged. Secured drain pump filter cap and, with customer approval, bypassed the air gap and routed drain line directly to garbage disposal with a high loop. Tested dishwasher and confirmed normal operation and proper draining. Dishwasher is now working well.
Upon inspection, found failed pump and lower spray arm on dishwasher. Customer had the same dishwasher in the garage, as shown in photos. Transferred pump and spray arm from spare unit, cleared error codes, and tested. No leaks found and dishwasher is working great.

Observed customer had replaced water filter one month ago. Found opening where water line enters back refrigerator wall was not sealed, allowing warm air into the coil and water hose area. Resealed opening and moved tall container away from air vent. Informed customer to keep tall items away from vents. Unit is working properly.
