Lots of frost build up inside freezer. Found that wire basket was not inserted correctly and preventing freezer door from closing; so warm air getting in and creating the frost. I aligned wire basket and cleaned out big ice chunks. Door now closes and is sealing. I suggested to customer to get rid of all the frost is to let let fridge defrost for 24 hours with doors open then itll be back to normal.

There was a stuck button error, over suds error, multiple unbalanced load errors, and a long drain error. Customer had a load in so we tested watching it through a drain and spin and it finished well and as designed. I watched it empty and Balance rang and tub looked perfect. I ran through a UI console test and all the buttons worked and function as designed. I advise the customer to watch her load size and even out the load and drain and spin when it wont complete of its own accord."

Customers complaint is the garbage disposal does not work. Upon arrival and inspection I found the unit would not turn and it would blow the overload. I removed the bottom panel but could not find a manual auger release or crankshaft. I reinstalled it removed power and removed obstacles from the sink bucket side. I removed three pieces up and then ran disposal. The disposal ran perfect. I ran a whole load of ice through it and a fair amount of water the disposer is now fixed

"Customer complaint is, DISPLAY BOARD SHUTS OFF MID CYCLE, RESET AND WILL USUALLY QUIT AGAIN. Inspected and tested. I ran the washer for over 25 minutes and it was working great. The main board is the most commonly replaced board on this washer. Quoted customer to install new board. Customer approved repairs. Im going to order the display board just in case. I ran the washer through a complete quick wash cycle and it never failed. Started it on a normal cycle and watched it for almost 25 minutes and it never failed. Customer approved installing main board even though Im not a 100 percent sure thats the problem because it never failed for me. Installed main board and tested. Washer is working great for me."

I replaced the leak sensor and it started to work. I ran it for a while and found no leaks. The sump motor was louder than normal and had a grinding sound. I replaced the motor. When I tried it again the LC error came back. I replaced the case break and diverter seal. I replaced all 4 parts. Its working good now.
