Customer stated unit was noisy. Replaced all suspension rods, started a test cycle, and verified no more excessive noise. Diagnostics, agitation, and spin all tested properly.

Upon inspection found fried hidden bake element. Ordered and installed new hidden bake element, and unit is now heating properly.

Upon inspection found all components operating properly in diagnostics, but a control board error code was stored. Replaced the board, ran recalibration, and verified proper operation.

Found the back clip broken and parts are NLA. Fabricated a metal bracket and secured it with a metal strap. Customer approved the fix and the unit is working properly.

Found ice maker tray stuck in a twisted position. Installed new ice maker and ran test cycle. Unit is working properly.

Customer stated dryer was leaking water below the door. Found a straw in the gasket causing the leak, cleaned the gasket, verified steam function was not leaking, cleaned the blower wheel, and advised customer to keep the gasket clean. If the problem persists, a new gasket is recommended.
