Removed fresh food evaporator plate assembly, steamed out ice buildup, installed new defrost heater on the suction line to prevent future frosting, replaced failed evaporator plate assembly and fan motor, and verified refrigerator is cooling and sounding normal. Also confirmed drain is clear.

Customer stated refrigerator was making noise while running. Found slight rattle from compressor area, pulled unit out, added foam tape to key contact points, ran test mode, and verified quieter operation. If noise returns, customer should pull refrigerator out slightly from the copper water line behind it.
