Dishwasher does not turn on and/or start. Upon arrival and inspection I found a unit was torn apart. The dishwasher is not installed. The lower rack is missing five wheels. The inner and outer door is heavily damaged. The power switch has failed and it sends power intermittently to the main control board. When I jumped the switch and gave it constant voltage main control board would not respond as designed I believe it also has failed due to the voltage dropping during it start up over time. This unit is beyond poor condition. I do not recommend repair. Please call and authorizations see associated pictures. If they want to move forward with Repair we would need a power switch the main control board and inner door and five rollers for the lower rack. when I returned I would not reinstall the machine or reinstall the user interface as it was removed before I arrived.; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER NOT SENDING OUT ICE. Customer said that if they turn it off for a while, it will make a little bit of ice and then stops again. Inspected and tested. Ice maker cycles and fills with water. Took apart and found the ice maker evaporator is a ball of ice. This is the refrigerator that has the problem with the insulation breaking down in the cavity of the wall, causing the ice maker evaporator to freeze over and then stops making ice. This is a manufacturer flaw and theres no fix. Otherwise temperatures are good in freezer and FF compartment. Customer is just going to shut the ice maker off."

Dishwasher leaks an hour after it starts. I ran the dishwasher for over an hour and it did not leak. There were a lot of suds inside the dishwasher and I recommended they switch to finish. I did notice there was one spot around the edge of the sump assembly where it looked burned and melted. Customer thinks maybe your heater is bad in the dishwasher. I put the machine into service diagnostic mode and tested and heater is working great. There is a custom kick installed in front of the inspection panel on the dishwasher I was unable to do any testing or diagnosing because of those limitations. Customer will use the machine and get back with us if we need to return. I suspect that we have a bad inlet valve or a plugged up filter at the beginning of the inlet valve or something related that is causing the control board to turn off the heater.

Washer stops eight minutes into every cycle. I went and tested both empty and with a load and it ran perfectly. It was very obvious there had been too much soap used as suds felt over half the cavity. The unit was also not level and it rocked back-and-forth when its fun. The customer washed a rug and the hair on the rug has clogged the tub to pump hose. I cleared the hose and removed lots of hair. I flushed it all out the best I could. Customer complains that the GFCI blows and takes out three outlets when they use the second small oven. Upon arrival and inspection I found the oven is not on a dedicated circuit and also is on a GFCI circuit. Sadly this machine is not designed to work in this case. I pulled machine out checked the wiring to make sure there was no grounding or burnt wires. I tested by using the microwave power circuit and it worked perfectly. No further repair as possible as the electrical supply condition is not appropriate.

When we arrived the customer said that the freezer section is now warm and not freezing we removed the fezzes evaporator cover and found the evaporator had just some moisture on it. We put into test mode to cool the freezer evaporator and waited for it to run the whole test and cool the evaporator. The freezer evaporator never got a full frost pattern. It has a sealed system issue. We advised the customer that its not covered and to call GE.
