Customer reported garbage disposal not turning on. Found blade stuck, freed blade with pry bar, tested, and verified disposal now turns on. Also instructed customer on proper care and maintenance.

Customer stated unit had not made ice in years. Tested ice maker and found it operating properly but not filling with water. Traced issue to shutoff valve under kitchen sink being closed. Opened valve, tested, verified water returned and ice maker filled properly, wrapped water fill line in foil tape to prevent freezing, and confirmed no leaks.

Installed new drain hoses and ran test cycle. Unit is operating properly.

Replaced faulty drain pump assembly, verified pump covers are properly installed and drain hoses are clear, and tested operation. Dishwasher is working properly again.

Customer reported dishwasher stopped mid-cycle with drain error and standing water. Cancel drain worked, and no debris was found in hose or drain pump. Explained that the countertop air gap is a common source of drain issues and recommended bypassing directly into the garbage disposal. Customer approved estimate and unit now drains every time.

Upon inspection found complete defrost failure with compartment fully frozen. Steamed out evaporator area, replaced sensor, reassembled unit, and verified proper operation.

Took drain line off garbage disposal and found pistachio shell blocking flow. Removed blockage, shortened copper insert on drain line, reinstalled, and verified proper drainage. No charge for visit.

Customer reported dishwasher leaking from the door during wash cycle. Determined leak was coming from dispenser and liner. Replaced dispenser and door liner, started test cycle, and verified unit no longer leaks.
