Upon inspection found previous company had not actually replaced the ice maker because unit had to be disassembled completely to access it. Found one ice cube blocking the ice maker from rotating. If issue returns, order ice maker part 5304532556 before repair because it is not available locally.

Observed unit runs but does not heat. Diagnosed failed thermostat and door switch. Customer approved estimate. Installed new thermostat and door switch, verified proper heating, confirmed vent pipe is clean to outside, and unit is working properly.
