Customer stated washer would not fill. Found drain hose inserted too far into standpipe causing siphoning. Corrected hose installation, secured with zip ties, and verified proper fill and operation.

Customer reported dark streaks on clothes. Cleaned agitator and filter, flushed tub with hot cycles and cleaning solution. Inner basket stuck to transmission shaft but performed deep cleaning cycles to remove buildup. Washer operating as cleanly as possible and advised additional cleaning cycle.
