The customer said that the machine was shaking pretty bad last week but now its working fine. The washer is sitting in a disaster pan and I think what happened was the washer move forward and was resting on the front edge of the pan causing to be unlevel. I put four towels inside ran on a small load and did a spin cycle and it was normal shaking and vibration. I did advise the customer to get the vibration pads and put them under all 4 feet and then also download the SmartHQ app to check for any software updates.

Customer complaint shes noticed and dripping coming from her refrigerator. Upon arrival inspection I have found a built in KitchenAid 48 inch fridge. There were two active trips coming from the lower section of the body through the liner. I looked inside both fresh food and freezer sections and found the source of water was on the fifth shelf of the FF section. There was a tray of freshly baked something and a live head of lettuce that was the source. The water transferred down the shelves through the back of the fresh food section and made its way into the liner where the outer stainless steel tucked into the liner at the bottom of the fresh food section. I dried it thoroughly and watched for 10 minutes. The leak ceased once the source was identified and cleaned. The fridge is now fixed. I cycled the ice maker and it harvested perfect. No leaks.

"dishwasher has been having issue where it fills up with nasty water. I found the drain line was not looped up at all. Theres also a slow drain down the kitchen sink. I recommended getting the kitchen sink plumbing cleaned, and I looped the drain line up as high as I could. There is not much drain line to work with. When I was getting ready to go the customer mentioned that sometimes the dishwasher is flaky and it wont start or it will stop. Found a failing control board and quoted the customer for that."

The washer is getting the f7e3 shifter error. I made sure the basket and wash plate spin free and nothing is stuck under them or on the side. I cleared the error codes before I run a test. I ran calibration and a diagnostic cycle twice. Im getting the same error every time. I tested the shifter clutch and connections just like it says to. Everything is testing good. I did find the screw that jolts the rotor on a little loose. I tightened the screw but still getting the error. I need to order the control. Main control W11419051; ordrd 1 W11419051 (Control)

"Customers complaint is freezer does not get down to temperature selected on the door. The customer has the freezer set to -6?. At -6? ice cream was melting, bread was not frozen and meat was soft. They had a thermometer inside in the coldest it would get to was 12?. They said it was actually up to round 22? but when they took the food out it got colder. I put a thermocouple inside on the back panel and waited 30 minutes. The temperature only got to 9?. I removed the evaporator cover and found that the evaporator has a partial frost pattern. I put the freezer into a diagnostic mode so the compressor ran on high speed. After half an hour I still do not get a full frost pattern.
