The customer complaint is the freezer temp fluctuates and she gets frost on the stuff. The customer had a thermometer in the freezer and fresh food section. The freezer showed 0 and fresh food was 40. I took temps of the freezer and after I opened the door the temp was 8. I left my thermocouple in there for 20 minutes and both her thermometer and my meter read 8.5. I noticed the fridge was low in the front and the freezer door would not close quickly. I raised the front wheels a lot so this fridge leans back and the doors shut faster. I advised the customer because of the automatic defrost the temp fluctuations is normal when you are watching thermostats. I found nothing wrong with it.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER NOT SPINNING OUT VERY WELL. Customer said about half the time its working, and the other half its not spinning out all the way. I removed the drain filter and found a wood stick from the swabs that they use. Cleaned out filter and ran washer through a rinse and spin empty and it worked great. I started a rinse and spin with a blanket and it worked great. I ran washer through a complete heavy duty cycle and it worked perfectly. I think the stick in the drain pump must have been the problem."

"Unit isnt cooling. The freezer just got warmer over a couple days. Started with soft ice cream now room temp. Checked for error codes and nothing would pop up. Im he fridge is getting warmer also. Its at 50 degrees now and the flex coil is room temp. Removed the panel over the control to look at the inverter board to see if the light is reading good which it is. Its solid red which mean it thinks the compressor is operating correctly. The compressor is louder then normal sounds like a small diesel engine. Found that all the fans and mechanics are operating correctly. Tried to force cool and still had no cool issue in the freezer the compressor did get a little louder also. Unit has a sealed system issue. Either with a leak, restriction or a bad compressor. Will need sealed system diagnostic and work"

"Today I replaced the door gasket. Their is no gunk or build up around the door and nothing at the bottom under the door and on the lower gasket. I made sure all the screws around the door are tight, I made sure the door hinge screws are tight. I raised the front legs as much as I could. Other than the water leaking from the door I have not seen it leak underneath. I pull it out every time and watch it. Its not that I dont know where it coming from I just dont see it leak water. Last visit was the only time I saw water leaking and it was coming out past the door on the left side. It still sounds like its not sealing time but it is better. If I push on the door real hard is sounds a little quieter. I let run for 35 minutes and it never leaked a drop."

"Upon further inspection I found that the drain hoses were not installed correctly. I had assumed that dryer was working long before I had looked at it and reattached hoses to where i had found them when I arrived. But, I found that drain hose was hooked up to the water tank instead of the stand pipe drain. So when washer would try and pump out water it would spray inside dryer and short out the sensor and give the error. I hooked up drain hose correctly, direct to strand pipe drain and now no longer sprays water inside dryer and drains correctly. Dryer should be working good now."
