It needs the switches. The model tag is hard to read and I cannot get a model pull up. There is a tag on the harness but that number does not pull up either. "The customer says when they try to use the oven it will spark, make noise and pop the circuit breaker. I pull the oven out and remove the top cover and found the black wire at the terminal block is completely burnt up. This is commonly from either the screws being too tight and stripped or not tight enough. Today I replaced the burnt block and power cable. The oven was heating up good."

I jumped the lid switch and then started a normal cycle and the washer filled and agitated, and was advancing. I let it advance until it went into a rinse. "The customer said people were over and using the oven. They said the oven did not bake right and when they put their hand in to check the temp it felt cooler than their oven. The customer set the oven to 350 and started the bake. I put my weight thermal couple on the middle of the rack. After it beeped 350 my showed the temp was 375. I waited for to cycle. The oven was maintain the temperature better than most ovens built today. The low was 354 and the high cut out temp was 357. I advised the customer is anything its running a little hot, she said leave it and dont adjust the temp. The customer said it bakes fine for her. It was her company that said it was not baking right."

The customer said the washer was leaking a little water. They did not use it after it leaked the one time. I pulled the washer out away from the wall about 1 foot. I loosened the top while I ran it. I let fill then start to wash. I do not see water leaking. I ran the wash for a while on every cycle. I ran a diagnostic test activating all the water valves and it never leaked. I inspected the full hoses in the back and they are not leaking. I tipped the washer back and found no water leaking.

Unit would randomly not. I put unit in mode and found a few issues. One was the E4F6 code which is for the float. When I tested the unit after had the customers complaint where it added water but wouldnt start. I tested the float switch and was bad. Moved the float up and down a couple times and worked the rest of the time. The next issue is the upper spray arm never working. The diverter would try to move but never would spray the top rack. Will need new float parts and diverter. The complaint was the dishwasher is dead. I found the power cord was disconnected from the dishwasher and it was not attached and not level. Whoever did the floor repair discounted the power cord. I reattached the power cord and leveled and attached the dishwasher. The customer said the water line for the fridge was also disconnected. I pulled the fridge out on my pad and hooked the supply line back out the fridge. I turned the water back on and verified theres no leaks. Water now dispenses from the fridge.

When the compressor comes on there is a high pitch rubbing sound. When I put pressure on the door and when I pulled it out on my pad the noise stopped. The noise sounds like its coming from the compressor internally. I raised the front feet and the noise stopped. I advised the customer thats all I can do. The front drum sealIs loose, one of the front rollers has fallen off and the drum is cutting into the front bulk head and cut right through it. The dryer is caked with lint and some of it is burnt,Im surprised it did not start a fire. I added pictures to document it all. "The tenants were not here so I could not ask and verify the error code they get. I put into diagnostics and the first code that came up was F4E4 and that for L2 Line voltage error. I checked voltages and they are good. These units will not get 220 or 240. Testing at the terminal block Across l1 and l2 I get 217, across l1 to neutral I got 120 and across L2 to neutral I got 120. I ran the heating test and it all passed. I ran the dryer on high heat and the temp was within range, the high was 154. According to the tech sheet its a voltage issue. They said the filter will be 100 percent clean and it still does it. With my air flow meter the air flow is poor for electric dryers. This is a electric dryer. The customer said the lint only builds up half way on the lint screen. I took temps on high with the vent connected the high heat would get up to 183. With the vent disconnected the high heat was around 171. Im going to advise the management to have the ducts cleaned. The dryer is working as it should.

I tested the air flow with my hair for tester and tested not good for electric dryers. I ran the dryer. Hi, hes with a thermocouple down the duck housing and a high heat the dryer gets to 190 and the low was 140. I disconnected duct on the back of the dryer and my high heat temperature now was around 178 hello was around 130. The only saved fault code was for plugged vent. Im going to advise the duct get cleaned."
