The complaint was it was not filling with water. The dishwasher does fill with water but the wash motor is not pumping. I found the plug for the wash pump was loose on the main board. I pushed the connector in tight and put a zip tie around the wires to make sure it wont pull back out. I put into diagnostics to reset the board. No more issues found today.
