Found that the high limit is open and wont start motor. High limit is open due to thermistor is out of range. Customer approved estimate. Replaced both thermistor and thermostat. Cleaned out inside dryer of lots of hair. Tested with vent disconnected and dryer is cycling heat normally and working good. I attached vent and vent is clogged. Heat spikes high. Dryer vent will need to be cleaned before dryer will work efficiently. It goes up through the roof.I could not get ahold of customer again to collect payment and to let him know that dryer vent will need to be cleaned. I replaced the monitor switch and it was working good. Today I found all the switches tested good but a tab was broken on primary switch bracket. I replaced the switch bracket that was sent and all 3 switches. Soon as I put the bracket in place one of the clips holding the primary switch broke. Found right away the back left spring came unhooked. Was able rehook it then test it. Agitate was working ok but the spin was extremely loud and unit is shaking badly. Unit will need a gearcase for sure. The tub ring is shredded from falling when the spring came lose. So need the tub ring. The drain pump is making louder then normal noise my guess is plastic is in there from the tub ring but Its still draining ok. Im sure the gearcase has been a problem for a while and has gotten worse and worse. The tub has some scraps but I think its fine. Added a photo of the quote. Please get approval for repair. The customer said the microwave went dead. They think it had something to do with the door. I verified there was some slop with the door and the monitor switch was sticky. I replaced all the parts from the door kit that was sent. The 20 amp fuse was popped. I replaced the fuse. I tested the microwave and its working great. I noticed that after I set the clock it was telling me to set the clock again when I would open the door. If I open the door all the way the door loose power. "Customer complaint was the dryer does not start when start is pressed. I move the dryer drum by hand in the belt did not feel broken. I pulled the unit out took the dryer off of the washer and disassembled the dryer. After testing I found the fuse on the blower housing was bad. I gave the customer a quote for replacing the part and I replaced the blower fuse. I put everything back together and now the dryer runs. I did an airflow test and the airflow was OK but not great. I gave the customer a quote for cleaning the dryer vent duct. I cleaned the dryer vent from the outside. The airflow is better, but because of the Situation of the dryer duct run the air flow will never be perfect. I advise the customer to have the dryer duct clean yearly."

The customer complaint is the dishwasher gives the e15 leak fault and runs the drain pump. I pulled the dishwasher out and I found some water down in the bottom of the base. I dried up the water and ran the dishwasher. I let run for 30 minutes and made drain and fill 6 times. I never saw it leak from the bottom. I found the 2 back screws on the sump were loose. I tightened all 4 screws. I found water was leaking in the back from the water line connection. The connection was loose. I tighten the connection and now it does not leak. No other issues found today.

Customer said dishwasher wont start beacause it doesnt see that door is shut but it wont happen all the time. As im here door shuts and dishwasher starts and recognizes that door is shut. I could not get it to fail. Tested and all other functions are working. Im not %100 what issue is but I can assume that it is the door latch as that is the only switch that tells dishwasher to advance once the switches are activated by the door. I checked door latch and wires are secure and is good.I made sure that dishwasher is mounted correctly so that tub cavity is not twisted and not hitting door latch. Only other thing i saw is that the touch panel is cracked above the power button but is touch pad is functioning fine.I explained to customer that since it working every time that i can guess its the switch but not full certain since its working good. Customer is getting a strong smell when using oven. They are in a remodel right now and just had some staining done. Since then a smell has been. They called center point and the red flagged the oven because its burning to much carbon or something. Which is just the stain burning.
