"Giving an OE and UE error code, half of the loads. I ran it a few times on express wash and drains and spin. It drains great. But it did sense an out of balance laid after running it on an express wash with towels in it. I found the nut on the stator was loose. Tightened the nut. Went all the way through great. There is a plastic flood pan the washer sits on and its upstairs, so the shaking of the floor doesnt help things."

Found that the bolts that hold the balance weight on the left side snapped off so the balance weight would rattle against the tub causing the noise. Because one bolt snapped the other over time looks like it got loose. I I couldnt extract the bolt but was able to add tightness and secure the other bolt that still holds the weight in place. I explained that outer tub would need to be replaced and would be spendy. Maybe bolt could be drilled out but would be hard and labor consuming. Customer was ok with just tightening the other bolt and using washer like that.If problem continues would need to quote customer for new outer tub and bolts which would be over cost of new washer at that point.

"Customer complaint is, WONT SPIN. Inspected and tested. Started washer on a rinse and spin and it filled, agitated and drained. But did not go into a spin because the washer was half full of soap suds. I cleaned out the soap suds and ran washer 2 times before I got all the soap out and now its spinning great. The customer is using powder detergent and its all over on the inside of the detergent dispenser. I cleaned out dispenser. Advised customer to use a lot less soap and if they continue to have problems to try using a different kind of soap. Washer seems to be working great now, but Im not completely convinced theres not another issue here. It worked both times I tested it after getting all the soap out. It we get called back out for the same issue we should go back with the main board and inverter board, part numbers DC92-01803J and DC92-01531C."

Customers complaint unit wasnt drying. Turning on unit and the igniter was working and kicked the gas on so we had heat. Checked airflow and there was a big blockage from lint at the end of the vent. Cleared that out and was getting 19 mph to 20 mph out the vent which is good. Watch heat and was getting to 205ish then would go off. Watched for 25min and was still good. Told the customer was probably just the blocked vent. Showed him the peep hole to see the flame and said if cloths dont seam to dry again he could look in there and see if through out the cycle the flame is lighting. If it happens again will need coils.

Customer complains that after we ran the self clean on the lower oven UI went dead it locked and would not respond. Upon arrival and inspection I found the thermal fuse failed. I replace the failed thermal fuse and machine reset an opened as designed. I tested by running the bake cycle on both upper and lower oven to 350?F. The cooling fan ran great the whole time. I recommended the customer service from using the self clean option as this is known to cause a problem with this make and model. Customer complains of high temperatures. Upon arrival and inspection I found the freezer was at -1?F the fridge central cavity was 45?F. The fridge was way over full and improperly loaded see pictures for details. But I tested for airflow and air temperature from the air dampener the temperature was steady at 13? but it was blocked by food. The freezer door was held open by a pet toy when I arrived. There was frost present in the freezer. I advise the customer she needs to follow the instructions in her owners manual and properly load the fridge and freezer. Due to the excessive moisture buildup I recommended a hard defrost and cleaning per the owners manual.
