Told him there is no guarantee on this repair because its kinda just putting a band aid on something that will fail again. Customer understands if it happens again needs replacement.

I loaded the washer with towels and got them soaking wet. I put the washer on a high speed spin. I did not find a big problem today. I did notice every time the drain pump came on the drain hose was hitting the back panel. I zipped tied the hose together so it would stop hitting. If it continues it could be a major issue with the spider assembly developing cracks in it.

Dryer is now heating great, but is getting to hot and I had to shut it down. Airflow on outside of house is only 8 mph and back of dryer is 25mph. With dryer vent disconnected, the heat is cycling perfectly between 200F and 130F. It looks like they used the flexible foil vent material inside the wall. Customer complains that frost builds up at the rear of the cabin especially on the right and left corners. Upon arrival and inspection I found the door seal and hinges looked perfect. I further inspected and found that the rear body instead of being flat and level with the rest of the door ceiling surface was rolled toward the back. When you close the door you could hear the air entering from the back of the unit through the failed seal because of an imperfection in the body on the rear of the unit. Please advise desired course of action. I do not believe a new seal door or hinges will fix this issue it has to do with the body and the top surface not being manufactured correctly. pictures attached.

"When you plug it in, the commercial washer begins adding water, and continues to fill with water. I took out the pressure sensor hose and checked that, and there are no leaks. I blew on the pressure hose and the pressure sensor on the other end never clicks. And always stays at 22.7 ohms resistance. With the washer filling with water, it stays at 22.7 ohms resistance at the sensor. Told customer Im fairly certain it needs a new pressure sensor, but it could also be a bad main PCB. I tried looking up the part numbers but because its commercial (coin operated) I cant find the part numbers.

Customer complaint unit is leaking. Ran unit multiple times and couldnt get unit to leak. Double check the door gasket and couldnt find any tears or small pin holes. Pulled unit out none of the valves were leaking all looked good. Customer was getting suds error code. And noticed out the back vent evidence of water leaking. Customer says they fill up the detergent dispenser full. Recommend using only 2 tablespoons at first then go from there. Checked all hoses and drain pump was pumping good. Customer is going to watch for the leak and let us know after trying less soap.

"Customer complaint is, UNIT NOT HEATING AND JUST STOPS FROM TIME TO TIME. 10 MIN LATER AND SHE HAVE TO RESTART NOW NOT HTNG. Inspected and tested. I started dryer on high heat for 60 minutes and watched it for over 30 minutes and it was heating perfectly and cycling between 205F and 120F and never shut down on me. I found a service bulletin for it stopping mid cycle and it says to replace the door. Installed new door and tested. Dryer is now fixed."

Unit wouldnt spark on top burners. Also customer stated about the oven having a delay ignition. Oven is working properly explain the igniter takes a while to heat up then light. Igniter lit the gas right away and no excessive amount of gas. The top burners every burner wouldnt spark and ever control wouldnt work. Would open gas but never ignite. Had to pull unit out to get to spark module in back. Was getting 120 when I turned the knob but nothing out. Please order spark module and reschedule customer. ; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is, FRZ ICEMAKER IS MAKING ICE BLOCK IN ICE BIN. Temperatures were at 0F In freezer. Inspected and found the ice bin is a solid block of ice. Removed ice maker and found one of the ice makers is completely full and is overflowing into the ice bin. I think the ice maker is not cycling properly. Needs a new ice maker assembly. Also customer wanted a new water filter. Installed new ice maker, filter and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed."

The complaint was the oven does not heat at all or just a little. I set the oven to 350 and put in my weighted thermal couple. After 12-15 minutes the oven beeped and was around 400. I let the oven cool and cycle on and off. I set to 400 and it heat up to 400 and then cycled back on. I turned on broil and the element got bright red. All the cooktop burners work as well. No issues found. I left the tenant a voicemail and told the office of my findings. I added pics of the elements.

"Customer complaint is, WON'T SPIN OUT FULLY, CLOTHES ARE WET EOC. Inspected and tested. Ran washer through a spin only cycle empty and it keeps stopping and filling with water to rebalance the load even though its not shaking or getting off balance. The suspension rods look good. Im ordering a new board and rotor. Installed new board and rotor and washer is doing the exact same thing. I tried a new hall sensor and still the same results. I removed the rotor and hall sensor. These LG top loads have had lots of issues with getting out of balance and the board and rotor usually fixes it if the suspension rods are good. Im going to try the stator. Installed new stator and tested. Washer is still doing the exact same thing. I put the new rotor back in and its still doing the exact same thing. Were over our limit for spending on this washer, so customer is going to need to replace the washer."
