Found waterline inside washer was spraying water when filling, fixed that issue then the washer wouldn't drain properly, found a clog in pump housing, after alleviating blockage with the test drain cycle found water coming up through floor drain, advised I can't do anything with that because a plumber is needed, ran and got drain cleaner to see if that would fix the issue, did not, advised they can't use it until a plumber comes out to alleviate drain issue in plumbing, done on our end.
