Found that the high limit on the heating element is open and cut power to heating element. It had a reset button on it. I reset and dryer is cycling heat good. I suspect that when vent was cleaned either the condo had shut off blower for their venting service or was clogged when customer used dryer and tripped the high limit. I tested heat with vent disconnected and cycled to 170 and when i attach vent it cycles to 175 so venting is good now. I suspect that vent cleaning caused clog and caused the limit to open.If problem continues would need to replace element which comes with high limits and thermistor. Customer will change placement of dishes and use less soap and then see if that makes a difference. Dishwasher is working good as im here.

I adjusted the ice maker fill tube and sealed the cabinet with siliconed. I cycled the ice maker and checked for any faults. After a couple minutes the fault e 40 ice box fan popped up. I ran the fault test again and cleared the e 40 fault. It did not come back while I was there.

Then while running it, found water running down the front of the washer too. The drain in the bellow was plugged up so water filled up too high on the door glass and leaked. Cleaned out the hole with a tiny pipe cleaner. Now it drains well and doesnt leak. Also cleaned glass off on the bottom of door. Customer will call to pay."
