Temperature shut up to 250? quickly so I stopped the dryer and told the customer they will want to get their vent cleaned out before they run it on heat. Otherwise it will blow out the fuse again.

We sucked the water out and started the dishwasher. We let run for a while and drained the water out twice. We could not see it leak anywhere. We did find a hose that looked like it was cut or melted in one spot. We cut the hose back about 3/4 inch and put it back on. We ran it again and still no leaks.

Washer is brand new and was bought at a scratch and dent store. Its so new I cant even find any information on it when I looked it up. Both washers power on and are working now when I tested them. Customer said that when it goes dead, both washer are dead. This has to be a problem with the electrical at the wall because both washers have their own cords and are plugged into the same outlet. I advised that this has to be a electrical problem, not a washer problem and to run a cord from a different outlet next time it happens and it should work."

Replaced ice maker and water valve. Tested and and works but in test mode there is no way to test the timed fill to see if cubes are full. I explained that itll take 24 hours to make ice and also explained that this mode on average makes about 3 pounds of ice in 24 hours. Since its an office fridge I wanted to make them aware.Also it is on a reverse osmosis system and next step would be to ensure it has the correct pressure per the manufacture specs for ice maker to preform correctly.Ice maker and water valve are working and they will keep an eye on the ice production can call back if they keep having issues.

"Dryer motor makes a loud buzz/hum when dryer is running. Then the dryer stops. If she waits 15 minutes she can get it going again, on timed dry. I replicated the buzzing sound, which is coming from the compressor. Verified that it does this after running for 20 or so minutes. The timer continues to count down, but doesnt resume running. Found that the rear and left side get extremely hot, which causes the dryer to overheat in the motor area, so the cooling fan and compressor continually run until everything cools down again. Recommended pulling out dryer further and angling it, and putting fan behind it when running. They will do that."

We put the few rags in the washer and ran it on a heavy cycle. The washer is working fine while it washes. We did a drain and spin and it got up to the high speed and rung the towels out good. No issues found. I advised that if it shuts off to record what if any lights are flashing on the display.

"Dishwasher stops mid cycle. Customer says after 45 minutes it stops. Top drawer. Bottom drawer has been working great. I found some broken glass in bottom drawer. Cleaned that out. Both drawers fill, drain, circulate great. I put into test mode and no error codes. I ran it through a test cycle and no errors. Ran it on a normal cycle, and it stopped and drained and beeped after 5 minutes. I took the rotors for the two drawers and swapped them. Then started both up, and both ran great. After one hour I called it good. Air gap isnt plugged. Dont see any physical signs of damage on rotor. Did find the rubber seal around the rotor was loose. I repositioned it. If this dishwasher acts up again, I would recommend replacing the rubber gasket that sits right under the filter and wash arm.

I reached my hand up into the top drawer from behind and found something wedged in there. I cant get it out. If we force the drawer open I think we are going to break something. "The fridge is a kegerator. The fridge froze, and all the beer in it exploded. Then the temps rose to 62 degrees which is what its at currently. No frost on evaporator. Compressor not running. Main PCB is getting 120 VAC but not sending any voltage to compresssor. Overload protector for compressor not getting any voltage from board. Windings on compressor are 5 ohms, 15 ohms, and 10 ohms. Compressor is good. Needs new main PCB. See attached photos, and please see if kegerators are covered. ; O-emld tckt"

"Customer complaint is, DETERGENT DISP , RINSE AID EMPTIES DURING THE 1ST WASH AFTER FILLING, ALSO STOPS WITH A CODE. I20. Customer said that when they fill up the rinse aid compartment, its empty after running dishwasher one time. The i20 code is a drain error. Dishwasher had standing water in it when I got here. I canceled and drained and pump was running, but not draining. I removed hose from garbage disposal and found it was plugged at the garbage disposal. Cleaned out plug and tested. Dishwasher is draining great now. Also found the sump filter was plugged solid. I showed this to the customer and advised on cleaning regularly. Quoted customer $376. to install new dispenser. "When I arrived I found the new freezer module was not installed. I installed the freezer light module and all the lights on that series is still dim. I replaced the light board in the back. Now after I plugged it back in all the lights that were dim are now not on at all. I put the old board back in and it was still out. I removed the top cover in the fridge and checked for loose or broken wires to the light modules. I disconnected the harness and plugged them back in. Now all the lights are on except for one on the ice compartment. I added a picture of the one that is out. This is the part number of the light module needed. If we ordered them order 2 of them. "Customer complaint is, GAS OVEN NOT HOLDING THE TEMPS. Inspected and tested. I removed bottom panel and inspected the ignitor and everything looked good. Its got the spark electrode ignitor. It doing some really weird stuff. The first time I tried it it only clicked once and didnt ignite. I turned it off and back on a couple times and there was no clicking. I tried the broil and still no clicking. I tried bake again and it ignited on the first try but then went out. I tried again and then it ignited on the first click and started preheating. It only got to 300 and then went out. A couple minutes later it ignited on the first click and finished preheating. The ignitor wiring harness is the new style with the rubber coating. Pulled out oven and tested from the board and found the DSI board has failed. Quoted customer $433. to install new board. Customer approved repairs. Part on order. ; ordrd 1 WPW10511278 (DSI board)"

"Replaced broken user interface. It works great now and doesnt have to be taped to stay on the ceiling. They have had the fridge plugged into another outlet with an extension cord per my advice and it hasnt tripped since doing that/ so the outlet behind the fridge, definitely needs to be fixed along with the breaker box. Outlet is coming out of the wall, and I let their office know that when I was here last time. Also, they complained that the fridge smells. I couldnt verify a smell, but I recommended putting baking soda in there.

"The complaint was the whole unit stopped cooling very quickly. I pulled the fridge out and plugged it back in. I verified the compressor is running but it has failed. I replaced the compressor, the filter drier. I purged the system with nitrogen and found no leaks. I pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes and got it down to 230 microns. I updated the main board then recharged the system with 4.7 ounces of 134a. I advised the customer to give it 6-8 hours to cool and 24 hours to be back to normal."

"Customer complaint is, WILL NOT BAKE OR BROIL, ELECTRIC DISPLAY IS ON GOES UP TO 150 THEN CUTS OFF & BROILER NO WORK. Inspected and tested. When you start a bake or broil cycle it runs for a couple minutes and then shuts the cycle off. I tried power cycling it and still doing the same thing. The broil element is fried. I tried disconnecting the broil element to see if that was causing it and it still shut down. Bake element and sensor ohmed out good. I disassembled control panel and inspected the board and couldnt find anything visible wrong or fried. I plugged range in and turned bake on and was going to do some testing from the board, but it started working and preheated to 350F. I reassembled everything and tried preheating to 400F and was working and preheated. Customer declined repairs and is just going to use as is for now."

"The complaint was the fresh food temp was going up, the freezer cools fine no issues with the freezer. When I arrived they have the fresh food section packed with bags of ice. I removed all the drawer and shelves. I had to use the steamer to melt the ice built up on the back of the fresh food evaporator cover. I removed the cover and put into defrost. The fresh food heater come on. The evaporator was not frosted up. The ice was only on the very top and some ice was stuck around the evap fan. We melted all the ice and put into forced cool mode. The fans and compressor all come on. We put it back together and then took it out of defrost. Again all the fans and compressor come on. I am not finding any issues. I advised the customer that maybe the fresh food door is not getting closed right all the way and warm air leaks in. I explained the importance of making sure the door was shut tight."

Could not find any mechanical malfunction.I did find that there was no high loop underneath sink and could be back filling from sink.I added high loop and suggested that they get finish dishwasher cleaner to clean out inside of dishwasher of grease and hard water build up. Suggested to use heavy or longer cycles to ensure a good wash cycle. Now with high loop and while Im here dishwasher I working good.

We pulled it out and started it. There was just a little water sitting in the bottom but not enough to lift the float switch. We watched it and it never leaked. Today I cleaned the door gasket, checked the bottom seal, checked the spray arms and tightened the fours screws inside for the sump."
