The dryer will start but only run for a few seconds and shuts off. When the motor runs its loud. After trying to get it to run a few times the motor it burning and smells. I can hear the overload click on the motor once it cools down. The windings on the motor are bad and the motor assembly needs to be replaced. I gave the customer the BB quote for the whole assembly. I advised its more cost effective to do the whole assembly verses just the motor. The customer wanted to think it over and will let us know if they want to fix it. I created a estimate invoice.

"Customer said that Dryer smells like it was burning but then after a few cycles stopped. Customer also said it was taking 2 cycles to dry clothes. I tested heat and dryer was short cycling. I disconnected vent and dryer is cycling heat normally. I checked outside vent and saw that inside floor, vent is disconnected from outside dryer vent (see picture) i showed customer and informed them that itll need to be fixed and since its in the floor with finished ceiling, its not something we do. He will contact dryer vent wizard.Dryer lint was smoldering inside dryer and i explained that is because of dryer not venting outside lint falls inside dryer because of poor air flow. Dryer should work fine once vent is fixed."

Was getting e:15 error (leak error) I pulled out dishwasher and there was small amount of water on bottom of drip pan but can see water mark that there was more water in there that must of evaporated. Ran normal cycle for over 35 minutes and did not find any leaks. Only thing that was concerning was that there was a lot of suds and i did not add any water that could of possibly overflowed and it channels into drip pan. Also when draining the sink backed up but did drain right before dishwasher finished draining cycle.Mechanically as im here Im not seeing any leaks and all fucntions are working good. I explained to customer of what i thought could cause error and to use it as normal and if it happens again to call back and ill be back out. Dishwasher is working good and no leaks as im here.

The customer complaint is the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer and verified its not heating. I took the dryer apart and tested the heater and thermal fuse on the heater. I found the fuse is bad. I gave the customer BB quote plus advised I would shorten the dryer duct in the back. I replace the fuse and shortened the duct. The dryer is heating but its taking a long time to heat up. When I disconnected the dryer duct the temp went up faster. I advised the customer they need the duct cleaned ASAP. If the duct is not cleaned it can cause the fuse to pop early. Advised there would be a charge for replacing it again if the duct is not cleaned .; used 1 6931EL3003D (THERMOSTAT - REGULATING OR HI LIMIT) from stock

I lifted the top and found the belt was not broken, but the idler pulley wheel had fallen off the shaft. I gave the customer the blue book quote for replacing the idler pulley assembly. "Customer complained to get an error code at the spin cycle. Upon arrival and inspection I looked up the Error codes and found an F9E1 which is a long drain code. I found an F3E1 code, Who is also an F5 E2 code stored. I reset codes and found it would not drain. I pulled the unit and uninstalled it and check the filter I found the filter was plugged with miscellaneous clothing items. I remove them and re-tested it clearing the error codes. The washer finished service diagnostic mode perfectly and drained as it should. The washer is now fixed."

I ran rinse and spin and it fills, agitates, drains and spins. I ran quick cycle with load of clothes and it completed. I did not smell any burning and see any failures as im here testing washer. Customer said it was a normal load of clothes when it happened. I suggested customer use washer as normal and if it happens again notate the clothes that are being washed and when and what cycle it happened on to try and pin point the problem.Customer will use as normal and call back if problems continues."

"The washer does not spin, but drains. When you start a spin cycle, you can hear the motor engage and the water drains, but the basket does not spin. I removed the front and motor and found the motor coupler was not broken. I jumped the lid switch, and during the spin cycle, lift it up on the basket, and it slowly started to spin. I tried to remove the agitator so I can inspect the bell drive block but the center agitator bolt is completely rusty and not able to be removed without cutting it off. I gave the customer a quote for a new agitator, basket, bell drive, basket drive and transmission if needed. "

"Customer complaint was when I use the oven. The fan is loud and the microwave light is out. I verified the fan was loud and noisy and the bulb is out. I gave the customer a quote for the repair and then I replaced the oven cooling fan. The oven is working great and sounds much much better. When I went to replace the lightbulb, I found the new bulb is the wrong one. I looked it up again and the part number is correct and the bulbs shown in the picture is correct but the ball package was way too big. Im ordering another one. The door switches on the microwave look fine so either the fan staying on for a second half of the door opened is normal or its got a sticky relay on the main board. At this time the customer did not want to fix it.Today I replaced the light bulb. The new bulb worked a few times then popped. I went and got a new one then came back and replaced it. Now its working good."

I put old board back in and buttons seem to match up but when i start it it pops the breaker.So its back to square one to where it could pop the breaker even when microwave is not in use. I used noise filter but pulled out main board. Either touch pad is also bad and not matching up with control board. Or control board is correct part number but not right part. Also still cant verify if magnetron or transformer is bad since i cant even get it to fully turn on.Id say this one would need to be replaced. Touchpad, control, magnetron, transformer? We are going to go into a rabbit hole with this one id say have AHS replace it as uneconomical.; saved tckt"
