"Dishwasher was giving an E15 error. I pulled out dishwasher, and could see no evidence of water leaking from the different parts, except a little mineral deposit under the water inlet valve. I tried running the dishwasher, but valve would just hum. Customer said waters on to the dishwasher. I checked under the sink and the water was turned off. I turned the water on, and it filled and ran and circulates great. Quoted customer for a new valve, but he said hed like to hold off on replacing it. He will use dishwasher and if it fills with water in the flood pan again, he will call us to have us order and put in a new valve."

Door glass broken. We preordered the glass so we had part first before arrival. I disassembled the door, cleaned all broken glass, and reinstalled new glass. Now unit is back to prior condition.

Replaced bad UI board. Unit is working great now.

The customer said the refrigerator has been cooling good since I reset the board. Today I replaced the rear main board. Everything is working good and it sounds normal. Today it sounded normal.

Tenants complaint was no water coming in to unit. Verified complaint would only add water on rinse cycle. Found the water level switch was all the way the smallest. I messed with the switch and it was stiff at first then got better. Tested and now its filling. Removed the switch cleaned it up reinstalled. Tested from small to big for filling. Agitation is working and spin and drain. Everything is now operating properly. No parts needed. was able to clean up and repair the original switch.

Unit not drying. Verified complaint. Wasnt getting any air flow out of unit and it was loud. Disassembled unit and found the blower wheel came loose. Tighten blower wheel. Also did a maintenance clean up on the unit and oiled rear bearing. Reassembled and tested unit is now working properly

"Taking four cycles to dry clothes. I found the drain line not looped up, and full of water. I drained that out and looped it up. I pulled out the filter and found a large amount of rusty standing water. I cleaned out the water and then took off the bottom panel and cleaned out a ton of sludge and lint. Cleaned out the fan area, and the vents between the fan and the filter and the back vent. I took temps for 20 minutes after cleaning it and it gets up to 200. I then had the tenant get a bath towel really wet, and put it in for 20 minutes on cotton sensor dry and it got much dryer. Customer said something about the dryer getting scalding hot before. Now its a max of 200. All cleaned and good to go.

Taking 36 hours to dry a load of clothes. Took apart dryer and vacuumed it out. Cleaned out the lint trap which had a lot of dryer sheet residue clogging it up. Then did a dryer vent cleaning. Airflow outside went from 7 mph to 24. Dryer is working great now.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING BOTTOM. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator door is sagging and the gasket is falling apart. Also its really rusty were its been leaking. Replacing the door gasket is not going to help. This is a really old refrigerator and its in rough shape. Refrigerator needs to be replaced."

Replaced LED light assembly for fresh food. Tested and lights now turn on/off when doors are opened. Refrigerator is working good.

"Replaced temperature switch, rollers, belt and idler pulley.. Tested and dryer now runs quiet and is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good."

"Customer complaint is, NOT FULLY DRYING. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a high heat cycle and it spiked to 245F before it cycled off. Now its quick cycling because its not venting properly and only getting to 200F. The vent is the problem. Advised customer to have the vent cleaned."

We installed the new ice maker and parts. I advised the customer to give 24 hours to make ice. The display was flashing the EC24 code last visit. We reset the power and the code went away. Today the code was flashing again. We reset the fridge again and it went away. There is no cooling issues and no defrosting issues. I could see the freezer evaporator and it looks good.

Replaced turn table motor and support. Tested and microwave now spins and is heating and working good.

Rack adjusters broken. Installed new kit. Works great now.

"Unit was dead. 120 vac was coming to main PCB. Checked connector to UIB, disconnected the 5vdc connector to UIB and reconnected, all power comes on now, runs on a cycle great."

The whole fridge and all the lights were off. I found a bad capacitor on the board. I quoted the customer for the board repair. I replaced the main board and now its working good. I advised them to give it 6-8 hours to cool.

"The customer said water leaks out from the door. I opens the dishwasher door and noticed the lower spray are was sitting on the distribution filter but not locked in place. I tightened the spray arm then ran the dishwasher. It ran for almost 30 minutes and never leaked. The spray arm looks good, its not splitting and has no cracks. The door seal also is good and has no rips or tears."

"Customer complaint is, STOPPED COOLING, THE DISP CONTROL IS NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. FF is 55F and freezer is 50F. Nothing is running but the lights. The display is just flashing when you press buttons. The main board has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new board and tested. Compressor and fans came on and started cooling. Refrigerator is now fixed."

The wash impeller was stripped and broken. We replaced the impeller and then tested the washer on the wash cycle. Its now washing like it should.

The customer complaint is the dryer does not heat. After verifying and testing we found the ignitor was bad. We found a crack in the ignitor. We gave the customer the quote for the repair. We replaced the ignitor and vacuumed up the lint in the blower. We ran the dryer and it heats up good now. The dryer was taken apart when we arrived. We put it all back together and reinstalled the dryer duct tube and hooked up the duct.

"Customer complaint is, GETTING NOISE IN THE FF SECTION AND TEMPS GOING UP AND DOWN. Inspected and tested. Customer had just unloaded refrigerator, so I couldnt get temperatures. Found theres ice on the left wall, but none underneath by the evaporator cover. I removed the evaporator cover and frost pattern looks good. Theres ice on the fan causing noise. I completely defrosted evaporator and fan and reassembled. Fan sounds great now. This is a problem issue with these because theres a service bulletin and it says to install the new air duct tower moisture kit. I installed the moisture kit last time and its still doing the same thing. I dont think theres anything wrong with this one, but the customer wanted us to check and see if it could have been defective. I found 2 different part numbers for the moisture kit. Can someone check and see if the one I installed part number WR49X26666 is the right one, or do we need to install part number WR49X32042. I dont think its going to make a difference, but customer would like us to check and follow up with them. "Runaway temps. Ran it and it heated to 450 before I turned it off, when set to 350 on bake. Has a bad board. We do not carry the relays needed. They want to keep the bisque control which is NLA. Office staff in meeting, so I couldnt get a quote for them, but I pulled the control board to send out and have refurbished if they agree to the repair. DW can you please call them ASAP and give them quote for refurbished? They are hoping for $300 or less after applying the $129 from todays trip. So $430 or less total. ; saved tckt"

Customer is getting moisture on the floor. Unit giving a PF code. And seams not drying properly. Ran unit and unit was having high temps up and over 200. Removed the from the vent it was normal. Which it was partially already removed. Also would explain the moisture if the unit cant vent properly there with be trapped moisture. I explained what I found they said they have been having an issue with the vent so it makes sense but the guy said it was all cleaned. I recommend maybe trying it unhooked and see what happens. Also recommend trying time dry and different cycles to see what it might give the code on. The control board has been replaced before for this issue. Today I finished defrosting the evaporator. I replaced the rear main board and the user interface control. I set the defrost to a 8 hour defrost and changed the mullion heater to cycle on all the time. I added some extra foam around the evaporator cover so warm air does not migrate around the evaporator.

"Dishwasher leaks from lower left corner. I ran it for 40 minutes and when water got really hot and steamy, it started leaking. Found both lower and upper spray arms plastic separating. Ordered both arms and theyre being shipped to customer. Also found what seems to be excess water inside. Drain wasnt looped up high. Recommended looping up drain sink high to prevent back flow.

"Customer complaint is, THE LED LIGHTS ARE OUT. Inspected and tested. Found the top LED module in the FF compartment has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new FF top LED light module and tested. Lights are working great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Was able to adjust the spring more to make it work properly. The door goes down smoothly and doesnt slam. Goes about 3/4 of the way by itself then half to lightly push it the rest of the way.

The whole unit stopped cooling. I verified the compressor had failed. I replaced the compressor and filter drier. I updated the main board. I purged the system and leaked checked with nitrogen. No leaks found. I pulled a vacuum for 12 minutes then recharged the system. Advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool down and 24 hours for it to be back to normal.

"Customer complaint is, UNIT IS NOT COOLING/FREEZING, FREEZER FAN GOING IS NOISY. Customer said that when its noisy, its coming from in the freezer. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 35F and Freezer is 3F. Compressor and fans are all running, but I dont here any noises and cant get it to do it while testing. I installed new evaporator fan motor and tested. Refrigerator sounds good. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, NOT ADVANCING THROUGH CYCLES, WHEN HITS START THE DOOR DOES NOT LOCK. Inspected and tested. This is a stacked washer dryer. Found the door lock has failed. Installed new door lock and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER CONTINUALLY SHUTS OFF WAY BEFORE THE CLOTHES ARE DRY. TIMED DRYING NO LONGER WORKS EITHER. Inspected and tested. Dryer is giving a tO error when I try to start it. This is a thermistor error. I disassembled dryer and found the thermistor has failed. Also the belt is shredding and the idler pulley is the old bushing style. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermistor, idler pulley, belt and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, OVEN IS HOTTER THAN SET. Inspected and tested. I removed the bake burner cover and inspected and ignitor and burner tube look good. I ohmed out temperature sensor and it tested good at 1080ohms. I started oven on a 350F bake cycle and it was averaging about 370F-375F. I recalibrated oven -10F and advised customer to use it and see if that helps. I showed customer how to calibrate oven if they need to go down more, but advised them not to go more than 5F at a time. Otherwise range is working great."

Found that there is a lot of ice build up behind the evaporator and water/ice underneath crisper drawers. Needs drain kit. Sending customer estimate and he will call back if he wants to proceed. I did inform customer that refrigerator will need to be unplugged and allow it to defrost 24-48 hours before I come back.

Replaced spark module and switch. Tested and all burners now spark and light. Cooktop is working good.

Unit leaking out the front. Found the defrost drain in the freezer was a bit ice dam so when defrosting it drips out. Quoted to steam out ice dam and clear out drain. Customer approved. Steamed out the ice dam now unit is working properly.

Frost and ice building up around the bottom of the rear cover in the fresh food section. Found 2 ft of ice built up and drain iced over. Steamed it for an hour. Cleaned it all up. Poured a glass of water down. Drains great now. Made sure fridge was level. Called beko tech support and we checked all temp sensors and all pass and read correctly. Fans running well too.

Ran full cycle with load of clothes and did not find any leaks. I suspect that it was an out of balance load and when in spin mode it sprays water and likly went up and over the lip of the wash tub and leaked. I did find that the agitator dogs are worn out and not fully washing clothes. Customer approved estimate to replace those. Tested and and washer now fully agitates. Washer is working good and no leaks.

Right side of oven panel looks like it got kicked and knocked loose. Bent outward towards the bottom. Took the screws out. Bent the panel back how it should be. Redid all the screws. Customer says it looks good now.

Cleaning dryer and maintenance repair. Disassembled unit. Unit is in good shape. Back rollers removed cleaned and oiled. Also did the idler. Cleaned up all the lint. Cleaned the blower. Wiped down inside unit. Reassembled and tested unit is working great. Customer has a really short exhaust vent also cleaned that for the owner. Unit is working properly. Nothing needs replacing. Good cleaning took care of it.

Found the back left knob wasnt turning. Found the valve siezed. Installed part and tested unit. Unit is working properly also bubble tested for leaks. Everything is good reassembled unit. Tested working properly.

Customers complaint is smells like burnt cigarettes. Tested unit for 10 minutes only could smell is a light lint burn smell. Removed the top of the unit checked the board found nothing discolored or any signs of damage. Smells fine also. Next checked the blower wheel and heating element on the back of the unit. All looks good and tests good. Next removed the side of the unit. Removed duct work. Checked for a clogging of lint nothing all cleared. Called tech line. Went through pretty much everything I did. Checked over everything nothing mechanically I can fix. Customer vent goes out the roof so its long. They use a leaf blower to clean vent. I explained. If you havent had it actually cleaned it could be all jammed up inside. Customer will watch unit. I recommend getting vents cleaned.

"Not running, drain pump just humming. Found some plastic debris in the drain pump. Cleaned out drain pump. Also, waterline to dishwasher was leaking, tightened that and didnt see any more drips. Found water in flood pan, possibly from drain pump overheating and leaking since all it was doing was trying to run but couldnt. Runs and drains great now."

Front two burners are not lighting. Found that the burner was just dirty. I cleaned clogged gas holes and showed customer for future reference. All burners are lighting and working good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING. Customer said somethings dry good, but her towel loads are taking longer. I found the lint filter is plugged solid with wax from the dryer sheets. I showed this to the customer and advised on cleaning regularly if she is going to use dryer sheets. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and watched dryer cycle for over 20 minutes and its cycling perfectly between 210F and 105F. Dryer is testing good, its just a filter issue."

They had their garbage disposal removed recently and since then the dishwasher doesnt fill with water. I started a wash cycle and the water valve hummed but didnt fill. I disconnected the waterline from the water shut off under the sink and no water is coming out. Customer will call their plumber to come back out. Looks like maybe the plumber installed the shut off valve backwards.

Customers complaint not draining. Went to removed the drain hose. Notice it had a back flow trap.Found the trap was all plugged up and isnt allowing the water to drain. With it removed it drains just fine. Couldnt clear the trap. Removed the trap. Hooked up to the disposal and made sure I had a high loop. Tested. Works good, no leaks, and no back flow.

Broken belt. Replaced belt. Vacuumed out dryer and cleaned and oiled rollers. Reconnected vent with vent tape. Runs great now.

The customer said that she heard a buzzing sound from the freezer and if she opened the door the noise stopped. Today its was quite but we did find a little frost forming around the freezer evaporator cover. We removed the cover and there is no serious issue. We melted the little bit of ice around the fan shroud and dried it all up. We put it back together and it all sounds normal. The 2 deli drawers are cracked and she would like them replaced. "Freezer is cooling as im here. Customer said that it got to 50 degrees and everything was thawing. Customer then unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in 4 days ago and it had started cooling at that time.Cutomer said this has done this twice before. Customer did say that the sides of the freezer were warm to the touch when freezer got to 50 degrees but they could not hear or feel the fan running when pushed the door switch, but the lights did go off.Since freezer is working as we are where only thing it sounds like is the evaporator fan wasnt running? We verified the lid was broken. We replaced the lid and verified it locks and the washer starts.

Unit not cooling. Found everything was on. The fans running but not the compressor. Was getting 120 to the inverter. Removed the inverter. Ohms out the compressor its good. Quoted customer for new inverter. Customer approved. We carry the correct GE replacement. Installed part tested and compressor kicked on and sounds good. Unit is now working properly.

"Complaint is there's water in the washer at the end of the cycle. I ran it on a full cycle, and the utility tub isn't draining. So water siphons back into the washer after it drains the water out of the washer. They need to have a plumber come out to get the utility tub draining."

"Customer complaint is, HEATS BUT NO AIRFLOW, HE CLEANED EVERYTHING OUT. Inspected and tested. Found the blower belt is broken. Customer approved repairs. Installed new blower belt and vacuumed out bulkhead. Tested and dryer is working great and heat is cycling perfectly between 205F and 130F. Dryer is now fixed."

"Right front burner only sparks once or twice and doesnt ignite ever. I cleaned the burner head up well, but still wouldnt ignite. Then I pulled out range and redid the wires on the spark module. Now it ignites great.

Replaced bad drain pump. Took awhile because its in a tight spot and I had to uninstall dishwasher. Replaced pump though and now it drains and washes great.

The fresh food section is not cooling well. The fresh food was 54 degrees. We found the fresh food fan is not working and there is some frost build up. I quoted for the repair then replaced the fan motor and defrosted the drain. I ran the update and l is working well.

"Customer complaint is, THE SURFACE UNIT BURNERS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Customer said the back 3 burner buttons dont always respond. If they power cycle it, it usually works again. Inspected and tested. All buttons are working for me. I inspected board from the back and everything looks good. Range is testing good."

The dryer does not heat. After testing we found the thermal fuse is bad. Also the heater wire terminal connectors are arced and shorting. We replaced the thermostat kit and repaired the heater wire connections. Now the dryer is heating good.

Unit is leaking because broken filter housing replaced housing. Tested multiple times and now working properly

Today we replaced the freezer evaporator fan motor and the fan blade. It sounds normal today. I set the temps to 38 and 0

The compressor would not start. Today we replaced the compressor inverter. The compressor started right back up and its cooling. I advised them to give it the rest of the day to cool down.

"Taking a long time to dry clothes and its been giving a lint error. I put it on timed dry and ran it, and it shot quickly up to 260 and stayed there. I then climbed behind the dryer and disconnected the vent and ran it and the warmest it would get was 180?. Explained to customer that there is an obstruction in the vent. Dryer is good."

Replaced clutch and pressure switch. Tested and washer now fills and stops at correct water levels.

Two things drain pump making loud noise and tripping breaker. Started unit drain pump is loud. Checked the pump and found some plastic stuck In there. Removed debris and now its quiet. ran unit for 20 minutes and never tripped the GFi. Explained to customer. Explained if happens again try running a cord to no gfi outlet. It could have been the drain pump also. Everything is tested good. Customer will try it out and let us know

"Customer showed me photo of water on the water line of the new valve that was installed. It was not leaking or wet when I got here. I reassessed the issue and found that the evaporator drain was clogged and water was overflowing from drain hose onto water line. Because the water valve was leaking last time i assumed that was the only issue but it was also the clogged drain line. I unclogged drain, tested and now it drains into drip pan and no longer leaks onto floor. That should fix the leaking issues they were having. Refrigerator is working good."

"Lid switch is bad and wont go into spin mode unless push real hard on lid. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch, tested and washer now drains and spin. Washer is working good.

Found that dishwasher had a lot of suds that was overflowing and leaking. I used the cascade soap pod and that is too much soap. I recommended to use finish dishwasher pods as those have less suds. I showed tenant. Mechanically dishwasher is working good and no leaks when there is no excess soap suds. Tenant will switch soap and see if that works.

"The customer said both sections have stopped cooling and it does not make ice. I verified both sections are warm and nothing g is running. The fresh food is above 40 degrees and the freezer is above 20 degrees. I put the fridge into diagnostics and there are no fault codes. I took it out of service mode and still would not start up. I then did a 40 second hard reset. Now the compressor came on and all the fans. This is a common failure and it will need the rear main board. "Customer complaint is, DOOR SEAL CAME OFF. Installed new door seal and tested. Now I see why its falling off is because when they installed the dryer, they must have switched the door swings and its not lining up because its upside down. I disassembled door to flip it around and some of the plastic brackets are broken so you cant flip it and the glass brackets are missing. The door seal is going to keep falling off with the door like this. This is going to need a whole new door. I cant see that they sell it as one assembly, but looks like it comes in 2 parts and one is NLA. I need the whole door. Can someone see if this is covered and see if they can find a new door. "Complaint is that its not cooling. Today it was on and running when I arrived I found that the fresh food side was in a vacuum about 15 psi, and the high side was about 75 psi. I removed both covers and both of the evaporators have very low frost pattern. I checked all the evaporators and all over for leaks and I ended up finding die leaking from the bottom of the condenser. Today I replaced the condenser and dryer. I purged and leaked checked the system with nitrogen and found no leaks. I pulled it into a deep vacuum less than 400 microns for about 20 minutes. I installed all the bins and shelf parts that were sent. The customer wants more bin replaced. Please submit for approval. Ship the customer the bin parts please if they are approved. While brazing I kind of melted the condenser fan and bracket EAU62025701 . It didnt seem to make a difference and they still work. Customer was ok with it I just said I would note it. When i shut door i can see LED show 37 degrees but when i open door it goes blank.I called tech support and they said the user interface board is bad according to those symptoms. I checked wires and wiggled them and the UI did come on and is working, so appears that UI is the issue.Please find part and quote customer.User interface board 611598901; O-emld tckt"

Getting weird power issues. Finally figured out that the outlet in the garage is wired wrong. L1 and N are switched and N was getting 120v to ground. Moved wine fridge to another outlet that is good. Plugged in and no power to compressor. Found that cold control is broken. Needs new cold control.Please look up part and contact customer with estimate and eta; saved tckt

Found that the LED boards are bad. Getting 12Vdc but no light. Looks like the LED board part is NLA and only comes as an assembly. Please check for both parts if the LED board is not found. Unit died. 120 VAC at the junction box. Hooked up newfi device and it is unable to communicate with UI. The main PCB is a solid green light. Quoted for new UI. Coming back Thursday to install. ; ordrd 1 S/WD21X31902C (UI board)

Found that the dishwasher is getting e:09 (heating error) checked heater and it is open. Customer approved estimate to replace heat pump (motor) Ordering part and rescheduling.Scheduling 2 hours as it is hard wired and have to pull it out.; ordrd 1 12011015 (Heat pump (motor))

The drain pump was locking up and not drain all the way. Today I replaced the drain pump. I ran and tested the dishwasher. It now drains good.

Customer says leaked all over floor. I ran full diagnostics and ran dishwasher for over 30 minute and doula not find any leaks. I can see that the kick plate foam has gotten wet. Nothing leaking from inside door. Only place with water marks is from underneath the water float. I did check the nut and it was loose. I added pod soap and found that it oversuds and would leak from front. I showed customer and told them to use finish pods. They will change soap and call back if problem persists.

Water is not leaking from the fridge or from anything we replaced. Water is leaking from the copper water line that comes out the floor. I can hear water hissing from the copper waterline and then it leaks into the basement. I advised the customer to contact a plumber to replace the shut off valve and replace the water supply line.

Hooked up my gage it equalized at 26 psi. Hooked up nitrogen pressures to 200 psi and found a leak in the evap. Installed new evap heat exchanger and filter. Once installed pressure tested. Made sure no leaks. Vacuumed and held. Filled with Freon. Tested unit is working great also installed new gasket. unit is working properly.

Leaking out the front of the fresh food section and temps being off. Found the drain clogged. Removed the back cover to remove drain hose and cleaned it out. Disassembled to access the fresh food evap drain. Found the evap on had about 10% of the frost. Unit had a compressor replacement hooked up gage and equalized at 30 psi so its starting to leak. Explained about the sealed system repair. She said she doesnt want to fix it. Still cleared the line for the customer, so she can use it till she replaces
