"Top rack isnt cleaning well. Found the connector on the spray arm for the top rack had come off. I reconnected it making sure the clips are clipped in right. Also, middle rack sometimes doesnt want to release and slide out without a hitch. I used some grease to grease the connector the middle rack attaches to. Now it slides out nicely. If it has issue again in future with it catching, would need to order the two parts for the middle rack in attached photos. Everything works great now though. I put a large measuring cup on top rack and it didnt fill with water. Needs sprayer tube guide 8079113-77. Spoke with Asko tech support and they said this does affect how the water sprays through the top spray arm. I made sure there was no blockage in the elbow attached to the spray arm. I tried cycling the ice maker, but nothing happened. I removed the ice maker and it was full of cubes and looked like it was jammed. I cleaned out all the cubes and reinstalled and ice maker cycled, but did not fill with water. I cant get the ice maker to cycle by jumping it. Unit giving unbalance load code and making noise. Customer had a load in unit when I arrived and just started spin. Heard the noise. Sound like something rubbing. Removed the back and checked the rotor bolt which is good and snug. Tested unit to finish spin. Unit did take a bit to get balanced and was shaking good. Once it amped up rpms and leveled out properly and spun out perfectly. Clothing is rung out.She said when she got the unbalance load there was rug in there. That even on a new unit can give a uneven load code. Customer this time had clothing and towels mixed so it was an unbalanced load. Explained that they should try to towels with towels and shirts with shirts to balance equal weight when its wet. Customer is going to think it over and test it and let us know.

The dishwasher will run for a few minutes then stops and beeps. I found the dishwasher was full of water and it would not drain when I put into a drain. The drain pump hums but does not pump the water out. I sucked the water out and removed the drain pump. I found a chunk of ceramic stuck in the drain pump. Now it drains good and washes.

"Leaking, The fridge leaks when it is defrosting. The relay is bad on the control board as well the compressor did not shut off when I put the fridge into forced defrost. The drain hose does not produce water but instead the water leaks from the body of the fridge on the RH side midway back. The drain hose has failed in the insulation the board is NLA.

"The dryer drum was very hard to turn. I found the belt was not installed correctly. The idler pulley was the old style and the rollers were the old style. I quoted for the new rollers, idler and belt repair kit. I replaced the parts and vacuumed all the lint out the dryer and the duct. The dryer sounds good and air flow is good.

"Front burners not igniting. Found the front left was disconnected from the wire to the ignitor. Tightened up that connection and cleaned burner, and it ignites great now, but the gas line to the burner assembly is kinked bad. Ignites but needs new gas line. Also, spent a half hour cleaning the burner for the front right. It sparks well now, but wasnt igniting. I found a broken gas line. Also, all the ignitor lines were chewed through. Needs new spark ignitor wires. Could not confirm correct part numbers. Please see attached photos.
