"Replaced bad board. Bake, broil and microwave work great now."

I replaced the upper rack manifold. The dishwasher is now fixed. It was heavily contaminated with minerals.

Dryer is giving a nP code. Which is a no power to the heater. Before disassembling took voltage at the outlet and was only getting 120 on the left side. The right side no voltage. Unit isnt getting 240. Tried to reset the breaker no luck. Customer will need a electrician to come out.

The Triple Crown burner does not like completely. I cleaned the burner in orifices and it began working perfect. The range just now fixed.

"Not running. Found a bad thermal fuse. Replaced, cleaned out internal vent and vacuumed lint out of dryer. Now it runs and heats great, checked vent outside, good airflow. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"

"Beeps after 2 minutes of running. This is a continual issue. Called Bosch tech support. They said the door is getting pushed out, because it beeps, keeps the time on the display, no errors, and flashes the red light under the door. I removed two shims from above the dishwasher, and it still had the stopping issue. Then found a screw on the lower left side that used to hold the trim that was no longer holding the trim in, but was pushing it out. Removed that screw so that the trim could go in all the way. Ran it and it stopped again after 2 minutes. Tried running it while pushing against the door. The rubber gasket is seated all the way so thats not the issue. When I applied pressure to the door, still beeps. Found when it fills that it doesnt fill much. Has the old original water line. When I disconnected the line, there was a lot of rubber debris on water valve filter, cleaned the rubber off, and replaced the water line, and now it fills and runs great. Only problem is during the fill it beeps about 20 times but light doesnt flash and it continues filling and running. Called Bosch tech support a 2nd time. They said the rubber granules very likely made their way to the circulation pump which would then sense a little resistance. They said customer needs to run dishwasher cleaner through it on a sanitize cycle a couple times and that should clean the residue out. ; used 1 HOSE3 (Kdw672pp 3/8' DISHWASHER HOS), and 1 Fitting2 (69A-6C DISHWASHER ELBOW) from stock, states that autho needed"

"Dishwasher is not drying. I found error codes for over temp states and 2 stuck button events. I tested the unit it tested fine no issues and the main functions performed as designed. After a conversation with the customer it sound possible that her pump is failing intermittently.The DW was working as designed when I left."

Customers complaint is the dryer does not heat. Upon arrival in inspection I found the thermal fuse was blown. Replaced it and watched the machine cycle that cycle great between 229deg and 116. The dryer is now fixed.; used 1 WP3390719 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

Not making ice. The ice room was 17deg. This is to high for the icemaker to cycle. The freezer temps were single digits but the temp was cranked as cold as it goes. This fridge has a failing sealed system.

Water dispenser not working after replacing filter found damage to the filter housing. Replaced that part then tested no luck. Removed the water line connection below the front of the door then tested now water is coming out. The line in the door is plugged tried to steam for an hour no luck I can feed a thin wire about 10 to 14 up the line from the dispenser. Its frozen inside the door. The steamer wont unclog it. Will need a new door. Insulation has failed and freezing the line. Door 242026456

"Customer complaint is at the beginning of the Spincycle. It will shut off and give the F 54 fault code. The 54 fault code indicates an issue with the rotor, spinning free. The customer has removed the basket and wash plate and theres no obstruction. I spun the basket by hand, you can hear the bearing make a roaring sound. I did a spin test and it never spins. In the spin it gives me the F 54 fault. Needs a new tub bearing kit. Today I removed the basket and then the rotor and stator. There was a lot of water leaking from the bottom and rust all over the stator. I used a wire brush and cleaned up the stator. I replaced the tub bearings and seal. I ran the washer on a spin and I still get the f54 fault. I ran the diagnostics test and it completed with no faults. I ran the spin test 3 more times, every time it gave me the f54 fault. The stator and sensor will need to be replaced . I called the customer for payment and gave him the update. The customer does not want to fix it now. The cost of the repair would be almost as much as a new one."

The customer said the dishwasher was giving the water tap error. I found the dishwasher is still not filling with enough water. I removed the hose from the dishwasher and put into a bucket. The water supply is very low. The customer removed the water supply hose and found a chunk a rubber came out the end of the hose. This hose come with the Bosch dishwasher. I replaced the fill hose. Now the pressure is good and it fills with the correct amount of water. ; used 1 48337DNS (DISHWASHER INSTALL KIT) from stock

"The customer says that dishwasher will randomly stop there in a cycle and will beep as if theres a fault code or error, but does not display a active fault code. I put it into diagnostics and there was no active fault codes. I ran the dishwasher and it did not act up for me. The customer did show me a video of it happening.It will beep and flash time remaining. The most common part replaced for their issue is the latch assembly. At times the drain pump is also louder than normal. I created a estimate for parts and labor to replace both parts. I did advise the customer the latch is a educated guess."

The customers said they clean it but it still smells. I checked it over and found nothing wrong. The drain hose is down the drain pipe the correct distance. The hot and cold are working. This model does not have a clean washer cycle. I advised them that it will never clean the washer as good as a newer model. I said when they clean it to use the sanitary cycle with all the options.

The dryer was noisy then popes the breaker. The customer said some of the felt was coming out. He cut it and still used with small loads. I pulled the front off and find the whole top bearing was destroyed and the seals was off. The drum had rubbed against the light wires and shorted. I quoted for the whole repair plus fixing the wires. I fixed the bad wires and replaced the bearing kit. Its working great now. ; used 1 WE49X20697 (DRUM - FRONT GLIDE KIT) from stock

Unit wasnt cleaning dishes well. Disassembled the drain filter to get the chopper. Found a bunch of debris that got into the chopper over time. Which will cause poor washing. Reassembled after cleaning and now unit is working better

"Customer said ice, broken and water does not dispense from the refrigerator. The customer said he had a filter to replace. I removed the filter then noticed the ones he had were not right for this fridge. I put the old one back in and then tested the dispenser. Now its dispensing water. I verified the ice maker assembly is broken. I replaced the ice maker assembly. The water is still dispensing good. I showed the customer how to replace the filter and purge the air out."

"Washer banging around. Shaft on gearcase very rusty and missing bolt that attaches agitator to the shaft. Also missing agitator dogs. Bolt is rusted and broken off in shaft so it needs new transmission. Belt, and dogs. "

Replaced bad ignitor and fixed rear left burner. Works great now. ; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

"Trim piece on right side is malformed and folding over itself, creating extra padding making it harder for the door to stay shut. Because of the wooden mount behind it, new trim would do the same thing. Customer said they were totally fine with me removing that folded section of trim. I put it on an express cycle and ran for an hour and it did not stop. Runs great now."

"Found that leaking from corners. Looks like door seal was twisted but was still ok. Adjusted seal, ran full cycle and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.If problem continues order door seal."

Checked temps when I got here. 11 in the icemaker area. Zero in freezer. Icemaker and fridge passed all tests. Needs new Icemaker. Attached quote. Its not available but customer would like it installed when one is available. ; saved tckt

Was making loud noise during drain. Verified complaint. Removed the drain pump and found some plastic and a chunk of glass the pump still looked good. Reassembled unit and cleaned out the filter and sump. Tested unit and its operating correctly now

Unit has a sealed system issue. Unit was unplugged. Plugged unit in and watched the evap for a frost pattern and it never built a pattern even after 30 minutes. Unit has a sealed system issue

"Found that clutch is worn out and not catching to spin out clothes. Customer approved estimate. Replaced clutch, tested and washer now spins out clothes and is working good.; used 1 285785 (CLUTCH) from stock"

"The customer said the dryer does not heat. I found the ignitor was not glowing. After testing I found the flame sensor was bad. The belt is also dry and cracked. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the sensor and belt. The dryer is now heating. ; used 1 WP40111201 (BELT - DRUM), and 1 WP338906 (SENSOR) from stock"

Led lights are out. Tried to removed the freezer led because that is the most common to go out. Removed the light then shorted the wires together to see if that light was causing its. So its another light in the series. Will have to replace the freezer light because it broke during removal ; schdld next appmnt for 1/25 WED !

Control board is bad. No display and makes beeping sounds. Buttons beep when pushing but wont do anything. Getting power to the board but no display.

Replaced convection element and temperature sensor for oven. Tested and oven preheated within 20 minutes and temperature is correct with what it is set at. Oven is heating and working good.

"I called Aline tech support and they said to hold ice and freezer button for 10 seconds and that should force the ice maker into test. When i did that the ice led was blinking continuously but nothing was happening. Zline said to replace ice maker, I replaced ice maker and when i turned back on the refrigerator the ice maker cycled and fills zline tech support said it should be fine now. Ice maker used was shipped to customer from zline."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKS. Inspected and tested. Found the dishwasher was leaking from the left side of the door because it was hitting a screw and not closing all the way. I tightened the screw up and now its closing and not leaking. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, leaving film. Customer said she bought new glasses and its leaving a film on them and sometimes theres white spots on them. Inspected and tested. Ran dishwasher and its got the correct amount of water and good water pressure when its circulating. The water is really hard going to the dishwasher. Also found the hose underneath the sink didnt have a high loop. I put a high loop in the hose underneath the sink. Dishwasher is operating completely normal. The problem has to be with the hard water or soap. Recommended customer try using a different soap and advised that the dishwasher is not going to have good cleaning results with hard water."

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER ISNT WORKING- CUST RECENTLY REPLACED IT & IT ONLY SENDS OUT ICE ONCE A DAY. Inspected and tested. Found the wires are severed at the bottom hinge. Repaired wires and tested. Ice maker is now working. If this happens again, we will need to replace the door to fix this issue."

Customer says it gets LC error and she unplugs for for a day and itll work for almost whole cycle and then beeps gain. I pulled out and ran dishwasher for over 45 minutes and did not find any leaks. Only thing i saw was maybe more than normal soap suds that I think could leak into pan but i didnt see any leaks when I was here.I informed customer to use less soap and use as normal and if happens again to call back. Also to have run it for so maybe its running for couple of hours before I am there.Dishwasher has is not leaking and is working good as im here.

"Not spinning out. The transmission is leaking oil everywhere. Quoted for a new transmission, belt and clutch. Chance we would need to replace agitator plate. Just the transmission though the customer didnt pay much for this washer and will replace it."

Installed bake element from last diagnosis W10779716. Reassembled unit then tested unit to make sure the bake element is working. Everything is working properly now; used 1 W10779716 (ELEMENT - BAKE (ALL OTHERS)) from stock

Installed igniter switch WPW10181456. Tested unit multiple times and its working properly

"Dean at Viking failed to communicate when we spoke. The part number he gave us for the door assembly was only the door skin. We needed a complete door, I spoke with him and he sent a parts breakdown. See pics for additional pieces needed as the door frame is bent and the door is rubbing on the body of the cavity. Customer was understanding but we need to get this right.; saved tckt"

The customer complaint is the dishwasher will fill but not wash the dishes. I started the dishwasher and let it fill. I could hear the motor hum but it would not start to wash. I tapped on the back of the motor and it started up. I advised it would need a new wash motor. I gave the customer a quote for the whole repair. The customer declined and will try calling Whirlpool again.

Unit wasnt draining well. Tested unit right away to verify complaint. Found the drain pump sounded good but was a weak stream. Found that the unit had a air gap and that was causing the issue. Bypassed the air gap then tested unit multiple times for leaks and everything is good

Installed 6/ 37575 springs again per speed queen tech line. Tested unit didnt hear any noise.

"The customer said it blows the fuse in the microwave and the circuit breaker. I found that the primary and monitor switch were bad. The fuse was also popped. I quoted for the 3 switches and fuse. I replaced all 3 switches and the 20 amp fuse. Its testing good now. ; used 3 MICRO8 (1/4' MICROSWITCH), and 1 MICRO2 (20 AMP FUSE) from stock"

The customer complaint was the washer shakes and leaks. The washer shakes bad and the gasket in the front came loose. I checked the bearing and it felt good. I ran a spin and it sounds good. I found the front gasket clamp fell off. The gasket is stretched in the front and full of mold. I removed the access panel and found the front left shock is broken. Thats why is was shaking so bad. I gave the customer the quote for the whole repair. Because of the age of the washer the customer declined the repair and may buy new. I created a estimate.

"Please call not text, she goes by Kim. The board fried. Before that, the control panel only partially worked. The rubber seal is very misshapen. Needs all 3 parts. I told the customer its a 350 Autho after she asked, then called her and let her know after I left letting her know its authorization so I dont think itll be an issue getting this approved. Found that the floating tub seal is bad and leaks onto motor. Also the top ring is cracked. Customer declined repair and will purchase new washer.

"Customer said the dishwasher would start it would first drain and then you could hear the wash motor come on and then drain again and then shut off all within the first 30 seconds . I put into diagnostics and the only error code that came up was for the drain pump. Further instructions I remove the drain pump and inspected for blockage. The drain pump is clean and clear. I ran diagnostic cycle and it failed wash and drained good. I am ordering and will replace the drain pump first, then the module if needed. Customer was trying to use self clean but the door wouldnt lock could hear it try but would error out. Unit needed the door latch assembly. Disassembled to get to latch installed new latch then reassembled unit. Tested unit a couple times and its working great. Installed W11029221

Customer daughter was there doing laundry and door latch busted. Found that the door was loose and wasnt lining up the with the latch. The plastic clip in the dryer was busted had some left over from another repair so put on in that was correct and retightened the door and its now good

"Dryers idler pully is squealing, and the motor seizes up and hums. Has a bad motor. Quoted for motor, pully and blower wheel in case I cant get the wheel off the motor shaft. Attached quote. Did not increase for ++ upgrade. Just charge what the low blue book rate shows. ; ordrd 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) and 1 W10841144 (Motor) and 1 279640 (Pully)"

Found that the oven always has broil even in test mode when im testing other elements. Also missing one of the LED number bars. Control board needs to be replaced. Quoted customer they will think about it and call back if they want to proceed. (See picture)

The complaint is the display leds flash. It did it for me but only for a few seconds. I replaced the main board. I had to extend the dryer vent to get the dryer hooked back up. I told the customer what I had to do to the dryer vent.

"Fridge was room temp. I turned it back on and sealed system worked great. Evaporator frosted over uniformly. I put into forced defrost and it defrosted per spec. The start relay has to be sporadically failing. Either that or compressor, very unlikely its the compressor. Installed new start relay and is running and cooling great. Told tenant to give it 24 hours. ; used 1 PR041 (COMPRESSOR RELAY) from stock"

"Need the following parts: 00298564, 00263099, 00361113, 00265832. The section of drain line that runs under the dishwasher, up to a connection on the back, left side. In the photo attached its behind the shiny yellow water line. Its a tight install and customer informed me the wood floor is especially soft and scratches easily, so I did not pull out the dishwasher today but could see where it was leaking. Attached quote, explained it will be one of these four parts but wont know which one for sure until its pulled out and uninstalled. ; saved tckt"

"Washer is leaking brown liquid into the tub. Found its rusted at the very top outer ridge of the tub, under the balance ring. Quoted for new tub and oversized shipping. Customer will pass, will call us if they change their mind."

The customer said it leaks from the bottom left. I pulled the washer out and inspected the hoses. Everything looked ok. It never leaked for me. The bottom of the door glass was dirty and had hair on it. I cleaned the glass door.

Customer intermittent will leak and not drain. Found that all function is working good. So it appears that valve is not fully shutting. Valve would need to be replaced. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed. (See picture)Water valve part# WD15X10015; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is, NOISY AND NO HEAT. Installed new magnetron, capacitor, diode and 3 new door switches. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed. ; used 3 MICRO7 (3/16' MICROSWITCH) from stock"

"Customer complaint is, NOT SPINNING, NOT DRAINING. ERROR CODE, NOT SURE WHAT? Customer thinks it was a Ld error, but not for sure. Inspected and tested. Theres no stored error codes. Everything was working great in test mode. I started a load on a rinse and spin and it worked perfectly and the clothes are spun out. Washer is testing good."

The customer complaint is the water does not dispense out the door. I tried the dispenser and it does not dispense water. I thawed the line out and now it works. I moved them temp from 7 to 3 and advised to keep the dispenser light on. I quoted for the heater kit . The door feels like it has some ice in the door.

"Customer complaint is, NO DRAIN. Inspected and tested. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed glass and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, NOISE WHILE SPINNING, BUT IT WON'T SPIN OR AGITATE. Inspected and tested. Found the belt had fallen off because its all oily underneath from the transmission. Needs a new belt and transmission. Washer is only 6 months old. Customer is going to call GE."

"Customer complaint is, EC E 15 FLASHING LCD SAYS WATER TAP. Inspected and tested. Found the water is leaking underneath from the zeolite container, because the nut that holds it in place on the inside is cracked. Needs a new nut. It looks like this is a known issue, because now the nut is metal. Part on order. ; ordrd 1 00636865 (Nut)"

The customer said that the freezer felt warm then by the next day the whole unit was warm. When I arrived the fridge was unplugged. I plugged it back and all the fans started and the compressor started. The customer said there was no frost in the freezer and the freezer was warm. I removed the evaporator cover to see if any frost builds. After 20 minutes the compressor is cool and none of the discharge lines are getting warm. There is no frost on the evaporator and theres a strange noise from the evaporator. It sounds like the refrigerant can barley flow into the evaporator. It looks like the compressor has been replaced because there is a valve on the low side. The filter dryer was never replaced. I advised the customer it had a sealed system and its not repairable.

"Found that gas coils fail and stops heating after 10 minutes. Customer approved estimate. Replaced gas coils, tested and dryer is heating and working good.; used 1 5303931775 (COIL KIT) from stock"

"Customer said was getting motor error. Stopped mid cycle and had water in bottom. I went to power on and see if dishwasher would drain and then the motor started sparking and smoking then whole dishwasher shut off.Motor shorted which then shorted out control board. COntrol board has power but not turning on dishwasher anymore. Due to costs of motor, control board, labor, it is uneconomical and would cost more than replacement.I informed customer to try and contact LG since the motor has a 10 year warranty and see if LG will do anything for them."

"Replaced timer, tested and dryer is cycling heat normally and is working good."

"Customer complaint is, COOKED 2 PIZZAS AND A LITTLE LATER NOTICED THE POWER WAS OFF. BREAKER IS GOOD. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed."

Found that its leaking from tub from what looks like tub ring. Also motor will intermittently start and stop. Also drain pump is squealing when running. Transmission is leaking oil.I was out here as a COD call and notated all these things stating it was not worth it to fix but then the customer remember that they had AHS so then went through them for dryer and now washer again. Can you look up old notes from this customer and add that into this work order when sending to AHS stating not economical to repair as i stated before all the work was done with the dryer.Transmission 134737100; motor 134159500; motor cap 131212301; drain pump 131268401; tub seal 5303279394; tub ring 131551103.Either way customer wants cash out as they do not want this fixed.; saved tckt

"The customer complaint was the dishwasher will fill but never kicks in to wash the dishes. I started the dishwasher, it filled them the motor just made a soft hum. I tapped on the motor with my screwdriver. I had to tap it a lot then finally the motor started. It ran for about a minute then stopped. I tried tapping on it again but now its just humming and makes a clicking sound. The wash motor is bad and needs to be replaced. I gave the customer a quote for the whole repair. The customer will talk it over with her husband then call us back if they want it repaired."

Dryer does not heat. Blown thermal fuse was replaced and we cleaned the dryer. It cycled great 195deg-112. The dryer is now fixed.; used 1 6931EL3003D (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

I replace the inlet valve with the correct 120 V valve and it ran perfect. The washer is now fixed.

Spoke with Bosch tech line. Tested system the windings on the motor. The motor is bad again. Need motor 12008381. Which is covered under the warranty but labor is past the 60 day warranty. Will need to pay for labor; ordrng 1 12008381 (CIRCULATION MOTOR/PUMP ASSM COMPLETE)

"Customer complaint is, DRAIN ISSUES, BROKEN SPRAY ARM RETAINER CLIP AND WILL NOT DRAIN- BAD PUMP? Customer broke the clip that holds the spray arm in when he was taking it apart. Inspected and tested. Found the air gap on the counter is plugged. Customer cleaned out air gap and now the dishwasher is draining great. Customer is going to replace the spray arm base himself."

"Not draining. Cleaned sludge out of the drain line, so thats clear now but drain pump just hums. Seized up. Quoted for new drain pump. This dishwasher will take a bit to get out. Please schedule me for a double time slot. ; ordrd 1 W11412291 (Drain pump)"

"Fuse was dead. Replaced 3 bad microswitches and a bad fuse. Tested microwave and it runs great now. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #), used 3 MICRO7 (3/16' MICROSWITCH), and 1 MICRO2 (20 AMP FUSE) from stock"

Replaced a bad leaking water valve. Confirmed no leaks now.

Replaced bad convection fan motor. Cleaned all the grime off of the fan blades. Much quieter now.

"Replaced rear felt seal, vacuumed dryer and cleaned and oiled rollers. Runs and heats great now."

"Has been freezing up behind evaporator cover, and drain lines were plugged. Installed drain kit, which includes new drain lines, insulation, and heat probe. Replaced bad temp sensor. Confirmed forced defrost works so thermistor is good. Told customer 24 hours until totally cool. Verified drains drain well now. ; used 1 DA82-01415A (DRAIN KIT), and 1 DA32-10104N (TEMP SENSOR) from stock"

Customer complaint is the fresh food section is warm and on the display is flashing the H1 in the fresh food display l. The H1 indicates the fresh food is too warm. I remove the damper assembly and found that its not opening. In diagnostic mode when I cycled the damper did not open and made clicking sounds. The damper is defective.Today I replaced the damper and reset power. The H1 came up again but its still above temperature. I advised the customer to give 24 hours for it to cool down.

The customer said the dishwasher will not drain and they smell something burning. I found the dishwasher was full of water. I pressed the cancel so it would drain. The motor started for a second then stopped and I could smell electrical burn smell. After a few seconds the motor clicked then tried again. I sucked the water out and removed the filter top. The impeller is clear and turns by hand. There is signs water is leaking into the motor. I found the center of the lower wash armIs damaged and pieces of metal from the arm are laying in the dishwasher. It will need the lower wash arm and pump assembly. Today I replaced the lower spray arm and the wash pump motor assembly. I ran the dishwasher and it sounds good and pumps good.

"Customer complaint is, Customer complaint is, VERY HOT SMELL AND MELTED SOME CLOTHES. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element has failed and is grounding to the housing assembly. Needs the whole heating element housing assembly. Also needs new rear bearing. Installed new heating element and rear bearing kit. Installed new sump from last diagnosis. Reassembled unit tested multiple times for leaks and unit is working properly.

Installed new control board from last diagnosis. Once installed and reassembled. Put unit in to service mode to test all the functions. Everything tested good through test mode. I did notice lots of suds. Customer is liquid detergent. Recommend using less soap. Showed the amount of suds and then used some oil to cut it down and drain it out. Installed W10751502 board; used 1 W10751502 (CONTROL BOARD - MAIN) from stock

Washer wont spin out clothes. Washer getting E52 error which is motor error. I ran test and it will agitate but never go into high speed spin. MCU is bad and would need to be replaced.Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed (see picture for estimate)MCU part# 134618213

"The customer complaint is the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer on time dry high heat. After a few minutes the dryer is not hot. I checked for 240 at the dryer and it gets the 240. I took the dryer apart and tested the heater fuse. The hi limit fuse is bad. I quoted the customer for replacing the fuse and thermostat. I replaced the hi limit fuse and thermostat. I ran the dryer on high heat with the dryer duct on and off. The high temp when it cuts out is never over 190. ; used 1 6931EL3001E (THERMOSTAT ASSEMBLY), and 1 6931EL3003D (THERMOSTAT - REGULATING OR HI LIMIT) from stock"

The door boot was building up with mold. I gave the customer the quote and then replaced the door boot.

"Electric range. Customer said will like plastic or chemical burning smell. I took apart and checked all wires and circuitry and found nothing that was burnt or melted or any rodents.Tested oven at 450 degrees and cooktop and it smelled fine. I explained that any paint or staining in the house or near by in garage, etc. Oven could burn off fumes in the air and would smell chemically until fumes air out of the house. I informed her if it happens again and to see if she had done something recently with any fumes.As im here oven is working good and no weird smell. Range is working good."

"Customer said smoky smell but what she was referring to was the musty smell of the washer even when not using washer. I checked all functions of washer and cleaned out drain trap, mechanically the washer is working good.I explained that the musty smell is a common complaint of front load washers and gave some tips to reduce the smell.Reduce amount of soap, Leave door and soap dispenser drawer open when not in use so it can dry out, wipe down inside door boot with rag after use, run tub clean cycle often, use washer cleaner with tub clean cycle.Doing these practices will help reduce the musty smell that plague the front load washers.Customer had question about in line blower for dryer: Contact Dryer Vent Wizard"

Unit will make a loud clicking noise randomly. Waited till the noise happened and found that it was coming from a he damper in the fridge. WR49X10091 fan and damper. Schedule customer for now if they dont want to do repair we will cancel; ordrd 1 WR49X10091 (EVAP FAN MOTOR AND DAMPER ASSM)

The customer said that the washer would add a little water then he heard a hum and it stops and shows paused. I put into diagnostics. The most recent fault codes was 39. That says the soap dispenser was not rotating. I ran all the dispenser test and its working good. I removed the pressure hose and blew through it. I ran the complete diagnostic test and its working good. I put back on normal. The washer filled and started to wash. I ran the spin cycle. It drains and spins good. If they call back it may need the dispenser diverter per the tech sheet. Diverter WH43X10059Nothing was quoted.
