The freezer will randomly stop cooling and then just start again. When I arrived the freezer was not running and it was not stuck in defrost. I pulled the panel away and tapped on the thermostat. The fan and compressor started right up. The thermostat is failing and needs to be replaced. I gave a quote for the repair. ; ordrd 1 5304513033 (Thermostat)

"Customer complaint is, BIG BURNER ISNT HOT ENOUGH AND OVEN DOOR IS LOOSE. Tenant said the front right burner is not getting hot enough. Inspected and tested. I tested all 4 burners and there all working great. I put a pot of water on the front right burner and it boiled quickly. The door is falling off. The inner and outer frames are bent and nothing is lining up and the outer glass is falling out. The handle is broken and its missing screws all over. Range needs a whole new door and burner switch part number WB24T10058. I cant find the door as one assembly. Can someone see what they want to do with this range. ; saved tckt"

The customer said the washer was not draining and it was giving the OE air. I replaced a drain pump and ran diagnostics and the washer is draining perfectly fine no other issues found.

"The oven was making noises, and I noticed the igniter had 1 amp, which indicated it was out of spec. After replacing it with a new igniter, the unit heats up fast and works great."

Replaced bad main pcb. Old pcb didnt allow customer to select cycle and it would randomly beep. Runs great now.

"Customer states, machine will drain and then after draining, machine will hum and no water will enter machine. At this time, we ran a cycle and were not able to recreate issue. Customer was quoted for a possible valve replacement. After inspecting water line, and the way its run against the wall, we assume that due to last weeks cold snap, the line probably froze and has since defrosted. Informed customer of this possible issue, and customer confirmed they have had freezing issues before. At this time, no repair needed."

"Dishwasher was filling and overfilling with water when not in use. Found a bad water valve. Replaced valve. Works great now. It was dripping when running from bottom of door, we adjusted the dishwasher so that its not tipping forward as much. Dripping stopped when we did that."

"The machine was down due to the cold weather, which created an ice build-up, preventing the machine from functioning properly. After breaking the ice build-up, the machine started to work properly with no more issues. The customer will put more insulation around the area and the back wall."

Customer states oven trips breaker immediately when starting a bake in the lower oven. Inspected oven igniter and found it to have failed. Replaced with a part from van and tested. Ignites great now and doesnt trip breaker. Heats well.

I replaced the front left burner. I tested all the burners and they all work great.

Customer states that no water was flowing from inside dispenser. Tested dispenser and it was working properly. Customer states that she had defrosted and deep cleaned unit earlier in the day. Water tank in fridge was probably frozen. Also replaced filter for unit at this time. Machine working great.

"Dryer squealing. Found one end of roller shaft worn down, flipped it around, cleaned and oiled the shafts, and cleaned and oiled the pully. Now it runs nice and quiet.

Install new igniter from last diagnosis once installed tested make sure it was working properly. I also cleaned up the rollers and idler pulley. unit is working properly.

"Returned with parts, removed covers, replaced gas valve, cycled and tested several times the gas in the oven shut off and started when requested. Tested all lines for leaks found no leaks"

"The machine is back in operation after installing a new control board and water valve. After testing, the unit fills with water okay, and cycles start great. I noticed the main vent line is full of lint and recommended cleaning up the line that goes up to the roof."

"Customers complaint is burners seem a little bit too high and the right side burner seems not to always ignite. On arrival the right burner its working properly. Customer said she did clean it. I did explain that can take care of it. If they get dirty, they kinda can clog up the igniter or clog up the gas flow. So re-cleaned everything for them reassembled everythings working properly.

Today I replaced the bad motor on the washer and the hoses weee replaced. All tested good.

I cycled ice maker and it filled with water. I removed ice maker and its only filling 6 of the 8 cubes with water because of the low water pressure. I adjusted fill volume 2 full turns and now its filling completely. Ice maker is testing good."

The whole unit stopped cooling. I found the unit unplugged. I plugged it back in. Everything cycled on except the compressor. I found the compressor was not starting. The start device had failed. I replaced the compressor start device. The compressor is working good and cooling down now.

"Customer states there is a noise in the dryer. Removed the covers and cleaned out the dryer, found the rear bearing was worn out. Replaced the kit, bearing, belt, idler pulley etc. found the there was piece of steel debris in the dryer. Cleaned out all the lift buildup. Ran unit. There are no noises at this time"

Tenants complaint not drying well or at all. Put unit at a time dry let it run. Compressor is running. All fans operating. I called tech line. We went through test mode and made sure each component is in spec. Also cleaned everything we could. From sensors to fans. Everything is working properly. Customer has been at the apartment since thanksgiving. It been acting like this from the beginning. Its in a closet. Techline said it will not dry with door closed or poor circulation. These do take long time to dry and all setting are on eco so it takes longer then it says. Explained to tenant also found the lint trap you cant even see through which will cause issue. We can ship the part to the tenant for that part 00656033 lint screen. Not sure if we can find it. None show available can we tack a look and let them know;

"When the oven door is opened the light does not turn on but sometimes it does. If you put it on bake and 350 nothing happens but for me it worked once but for only 10 seconds then it shut off. I pulled the door lock switch out and tested the micro switch. The switch tested good several times. I checked the outlet and the polarity is good. I plugged the range back in and right away. The cooling fan came on the lights flashed. The whole range acted crazy. I unplugged it and then plug it back in again and it was normal but the oven still does not work. I called the Beko tech line and he told me, the door switch is the problem and to replace the door lock assembly. Advised the tech line that the switch tested good, so what else could it be and he just said even though it tested good it can still be bad. I am ordering the rear main board the knob control board, and the door lock assembly. When I return, I will replace all three parts. Water is leaking from the dispenser drawer. Per the service bulletin instructions I replaced the drawer and dispenser assembly. I ran a test and there is no leaking.

"The customer complained that the oven would not heat up at all. After checking the igniter, I found that it was not responding, registering 0 amps. After replacing it with a new igniter, the oven now works great and heats up quickly."

Installed new evaporator cover with fan motor from last diagnosis. Once installed tested make sure it was Working properly. Unit is working great.

"Lots of condensation inside dryer, and it glitches and randomly stops, even on timed dry. I disconnected the vent, 24 mph airflow coming out of the dryer. Running it with vent disconnected, I took temps and it runs at a peak of 192 when it cycles. 102 on the low end. With vent connected, 225 on high end. I took dryer apart, cleaned a bunch of lint out of the dryer and blower wheel. Customer has 5 elbows on their vent. They will redo the vent so its shorter with less elbows."

Today I replaced the main board and tested the oven. The oven is heating up fast and all the burners work.

Installed ice maker from last diagnosis. Once installed put in harvest. Went through harvest mode and filled with water.

Customers complaint is leaking out the back of the unit remove the top of the unit and inspected. Found a hose undone from the drain hose to a little valve that goes to the basket tested unit was unhooked found that went in the drain it would leak from that hose re-hooked up hose test multiple time never fall off and it is working properly showed customer where it was that if you wanted wanted to know so if happened again

The dryer was making noise.Removed the covers and found metal debris rubbing on the drum. Put cover back on and noise went away

"The dishwasher does not fill with water. I first checked the float, and the float was working fine. I started the dishwasher and the water valve buzzes. I removed the dishwasher line from the valve and put the end of the hose in a Tupperware container and turned the water back on. Im getting no water coming out of the customers water supply line. Its very cold under the dishwasher so advise the customer. The line is probably frozen And the dishwasher is fine. Advise the customer to put a space heater or fan near the dishwasher so he warms up the waterline."

"Dryer continually runs. Found a bad relay on the control board. Gave the customer a few options including ordering a new board, they opted to do the on-site board repair. Did repair and it is working great.

Today I replaced the motor only and did not install the lid switch. The washer washes and spins good now.

"The complaint is the back left burner does not work, both burners on the right side do not work and the oven smells like gas when bake is on. I found the bake ignitor is weak only drawing 2.70 amps. The micro switch for the back right burner is broken. The switch board for the back left burner is bad. I removed the front right burner electrode and cleaned it. The front right burner now works. It will need one micro burner switch. The bake ignitor and the switch board for the left rear burner. I added pics. Please get parts and contact the customer. "Customer complaint is, GASKET RIPPED AND DISPENSOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 39F and freezer is -2F. The left FF door is leaning into the right one and has scratched it and damaged the gaskets. I removed left hinge cover and the bracket thats embedded into the refrigerator foam that the top hinge attaches to is loose causing the door to shift. This is not a replaceable part as it is part of the casing. Theres no adjustment that I can make to fix this. Both door gaskets are ripped now in the center by the mullion. I dont think it makes sense to replace the gaskets with the door like this. I took a video of the part that is moving if theres any questions. "Customer complaint is, DURING THE SPIN CYCLE OF A STANDARD LOAD OF WASH, MY WASHER STARTED MAKING A LOUD KNOCKING SOUND. Customer found a broken bolt in the washer. Inspected and tested. The inner drum is loose. I removed the agitator and 2 of the 6 bolts are broken off and the others are loose. I removed inner tub and the outer tub is cut up from the inner tub rubbing on it and theres holes in it. The tub ring is also cut up and broken. Washer needs a new outer tub, inner tub, tub ring, inner tub plate and transmission because the bolts are broken off in the plate thats attached to the transmission. They sent the customer 4 suspension rods that need to be returned. ; saved tckt"

Customers complaint getting a LD error code. Which is for a long drain. Filled unit full of water and put unit in drain. Unit has a great drain pressure. Removed pump cleaned some dog hair off the propeller. Reassembled tested works good. Cant find any issue at this time. Went through test mode made sure everything else is working properly. Customer said when it gives the error there is water sitting. Quoted for new drain pump. Customer is going to test after I cleaned it and let us know

The compliant was the washer would not spin. I checked for fault codes and the only fault code was for long fill. I verified the hot and cold both have good water pressure. I found the drain hose was laying on the ground and water was drawing into the floor drain. I put the hose back in the sink and then tested the washer. The washer is working good and spins just fine.

"Tenants complaint is unit not heating anymore will tumble just no heat. Verified complaint was tumbling, but no heat unit is in a tight closet in the bathroom. Im able to pull it out far enough hop in the shower and sneak behind the unit after I remove the door off the closet. Disassembled unit and found a bad thermal fuse. Quoted homeowner for a new one once they approved and installed new part. Tested working properly now units working great

"Customer complaint is, NOT MAKING ICE OR DISPENSING WATER. Customer has a reverse osmosis system and they checked it out and theres water to the refrigerator. Customer has also never replaced the water filter in over 3 years. Inspected and tested. Theres just a trickle of water coming from the dispenser. I removed the incoming water line to the filter housing and theres water to there, but nothing past the filter housing. Its either a bad filter, or housing. I installed the new filter and water is coming in a little better, but not great. Installed new filter housing and now theres a steady stream, but its still not great pressure. I think thats the best its going to be with the reverse osmosis system thats in the basement. I offered to bypass the filter and housing to see if its any better and customer approved. I bypassed filter housing and now theres a bigger steady stream. Its as good as its going to be with a reverse osmosis system. Customer was good with leaving it bypassed.

Replaced board and icemaker. Ran icemaker through test cycle.

Installed new lint screen assembly. Old one was broken. Works great now.

Noise was coming from the freezer. I found frost building up around the ice maker fan. I test the fan and it does work. I removed the freezer cover and defrosted the ice build up. I advised the customer that this can happen.

"Customer complaint is, RUNS FOREVER ON AUTO DRY. TIMED DRY OK. Inspected and tested. Heat is climbing really slowly and only got to the 130s after running for 20 minutes. With vent disconnected its no better. Airflow on back of dryer is 30mph. The problem is with the heat not getting hot enough to cycle off. I removed the front panel and watched the flame for 5 seconds and it looked normal. This could be a gas pressure or valve issue, but not completely sure. Customer is going to check the gas pressure at the valve and will let us know what he finds."

"Customer states the boil is not working, the bake works no broil. Cycled and tested the broil started fairly fast when turn on broil, tried cleaning between the broil tube and the igniter, started fine several times. One time it struggled changed the igniter and tried several more times had no issue"

The dryer starts and has power but when start is pressed nothing happen. I took the dryer and apart and tested the blower thermostat. I found the blower thermostat was bad/open. I quoted for the repair and then replaced the thermostat fuse. I started the dryer on a time dry high heat. The dryer heats up quickly and the top high heat is 202. I removed the duct and it was about the same. There appears to no air flow restriction.

Cook top sometimes will have all orange flames. They dont have a humidifier. They do burn scented candles. I inspected the burners and theyre good. Advised customer to try opening windows next time that happens to see if flames gradually turn blue. Nothing to fix on this.

Installed parts from last diagnosis once installed tested is working great there was a good amount of suds in the unit.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING, HAVING TO RUN A SMALL LOAD 2 OR 3 CYCLES TO DRY. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and dryer is heating and cycling between 250F and 135F with vent connected. I disconnected vent and now its cycling between 205F and 125F and airflow on back of dryer is 39mph. Airflow on outside of house is 21mph. The problem is with the vent. Tenant is going to replace the vent and outside cover."

"They smell gas after oven preheats sometimes. I put it on bake. The igniter glowed a soft glow, not bright. Not all of igniter glowing either. Replaced igniter.Took 3 minutes to heat to 350.

The customer complaint is the washer is full of water. It will not drain. He said it also does not fill with hot water. I called Techline to help me run through the diagnostics. He told me to move the dip switch number five and then we ran diagnostics. The washer drains and spins perfectly fine. And then I ran a heavy duty cycle with hot water and it does fill with hot water. The Techline tech said to make sure to use heavy duty and not normal Eco on normal Eco. It will not fill with hot water even if its selected. The tech line technician also thinks there might be an issue with the washer losing voltage. advised customer that if it happens again to dont touch it and just call us right away.

Water leaked from dishwasher after sump assembly was installed. Went through floor and caused flooring in kitchen to bow up. Went through ceiling in basement. Upon inspection realized there was a 1 by 1/8 section of plastic missing from housing where drain pump connects. This allowed water to start leaking through at some point. I uninstalled sump assembly and installed new one. No leaks.

"I replaced the dryer drum belt. When I ran it, it started to make a tumbling noise. I took it apart again and found the left roller was loose and not sitting straight. I moved it straight under the drum. I ran it for a while and its working great."

"Customers complaint is not draining. This was a stack unit. Customer had dryer removed from the top. Also on arrival customer had it tipped back filter out of it and was trying to get it so it would drain. I found that the drain pump was bad. The propeller is actually meant to the side colted for a new drain pump. Customer approved installed new drain pump, reassembled washer customer will reassemble dryer and everything he took off.

Stopped cooling. I ended up finding they had accidentally turned off the fridge at the control in the freezer. I turned it back on and it immediately started cooling. Everything running great now.

"Water is leaking out from the upper drawer soap dispenser. That water leaking down has damaged and corroded the wires to both soap dispensers. The water leaking down has also damaged the lower main control and the front display control. The lower dishwasher display is very dim and the lock light flashes repeatedly. I need a small control that sits under the main control. I could not find the part on parts page. I added a picture of me pointing at it. I also need the harness that goes from the dispenser to the main control. I need 2 of them. I also have a picture of me pointing at the yellow and white wire harness. "Customer stated the unit had flashing lights.Arrived power was off turned breaker on the unit was working normally. Started a cycled let run for 5 minutes, canceled cycle and unit drained. Customer says the unit normally beeps, and has flashing lights. Ran unit again, checked for leaks in case the lower board was getting wet, found no leaks. "Complaint is sometimes the turntables working sometimes its not sometimes its heating sometimes its not. Verified complaint open the door to turntable and everything stopped light came on, but could hear the fan going sounded like it might be a bad door switch this assembled with unit still mounted to cabinet. Found that one of the micro door switches were bad. replaced all three tested and now its working properly.
