The drain pump would not drain at all. The bottom panel screw was rusted and stripped. I had to drill the screw so I could remove the front panel. After I sucked all the water out I removed the drain pump. I found a bra padding in the pump. The drain pump was very loud and did not seem like it was going to work well. I replaced the drain pump. I also found the cold water was not filling only hot. I removed the cold water hose and found the screen was plugged up. I cleared the screens. The cold water works great now. ;

"Gives an LE error code. Cleaned some glass chunks out of the filter and drain area where the filter is. Took apart the drain pump and circulation motor. Drain pump did not have any signs of damage, but circulation motor is not working.

Freezer not cooling and fridge gets warm in the middle of the day. Upon arrival and inspection the compressor was not running although temperatures were in the 20s in the freezer. I expected the control board and found some bulged capacitors. I replaced the control board to begin running instantly. I also cleaned the condenser as it was blocked. I notified the customer she needs to give the unit 24 hours to cool back down then she should be good to go.
