Microwave not turning on. Found that the fuse is open and cut power. Microswitch is shorted and blew fuse. Also the turntable motor coupler cracked and not turning. Replaced fuse and microswitch, tested and microwave turns on and is heating. Shipped couplet to customer home.Microwave is working well.

Customer states the oven was not working as it should. Checked and found the igniter had a crack in the element. Customer approved the repair, replaced the igniter cycled and no tested the oven it now working as it should.

Customer complaint is that unit is leaking water / building up ice. Found tray frozen. Completed defrost heater probe install and unit is now operating properly.

Unit had a broken fill valve replaced inlet fill valve tested unit with lid off verified. Theres no other leaking components in the valves working great done no leaks. I had to remove with dolly cart dryer and re hook up with mounting brackets ! Tested dryer for air leaks from venting ! Done
“Omega Force responded quickly to our request for help when a mixing valve in our washing machine failed and flooded our main floor laundry room and the storage room in the basement below it. When we discovered the leak, we turned off the water to the house because we couldn’t get to the shut-off valves behind the washer (the washer and dryer are stacked and the connections behind them are difficult to get to). The dispatcher talked us through the process of finding and closing the valve behind the machine so that we could turn the house water back on. Then, they managed to find room in their schedule for us only two days later, which was very much appreciated. The tech who came out was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived with the part that was needed, verified that it would solve our problem and installed it. He was careful to check all connections before he left. The only flaw was that he apparently didn’t get the dryer vent hose reconnected completely and it popped off the first time we used it, but that was an easy fix for us.”

Completed temp logging. Unit is heating to temp. Advised customer on practices for testing temp and advised them to give unit an extra 10min after pre heat for a more consistent and for their bi-metal thermometer to read accurately.

Beko refrigerator has damaged ice maker and customer states the refrigerator has been running loudly and for extended periods at a time. Recommend ice maker replacement for damaged ice maker. Pulled refrigerator out. Checked condenser coil. Condenser coil is clear of restrictions. Compressor is running very hot to the touch. Compressor has service fitting. Found when compressor cycled on it is running very loud. Checked refrigerant charge and found is in a vacuum. Added small amount to get out of vacuum. Is still running very loud and compressor done is extremely hot to the touch. Suspect sealed system on the verge of failing. Due to cost of repairs customer will be replacing refrigerator.

Unit has intermittent L1 latch error - spoke with Speed Queen tech-support removed debris from latch catch lid was also popped in according to Speed Queen when the latest popped in can cause this error intermittently popped lid out advised customer on keeping lid popped out and that we remove debris from latch if customer calls back order latch assembly part number 205222
