Customer complaint is unit not draining. Customer just replaced the garbage disposal and we found that the plug wasnt undone so it wasnt able to drain from the dishwasher. Knocked the plug out now our unit is working properly.

The auger motor assembly is melted from heat and the fill tube on the top is really corroded with hard water deposits. I showed this to the customer and he approved continuing with repair. Installed new ice maker and sealed ice room inside and outside. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.

NOT HEATING. Found the thermal fuse was blown. Customer approved repair. Installed new thermal fuse and vacuumed out inside of dryer and bulkhead. Reassembling I found the screws that hold the inside air duct are not doing anything because the plastic is broken. Customer is going to try and put some different screws in there. Tested dryer and its heating great and cycling between 205F and 110F. Dryer is now fixed.

Replaced main inlet valve which was the issue. Tested and water now dispenses and ice maker fills. Refrigerator water is working good.

"ST sent all spray arms. I replaced all 3 spray arms which were full of grime and gunk clogging the holes. I also found that the filter was not locked in place and loose, also no high loop on the drain hose.I did those fixes and replaced spray arms. Tested and all functions are working good. I recommended that customer use finish dishwasher cleaner to cleaned inside dishwasher of grease and hard water buildup.Dishwasher is working good."

The washer would not spin or wash. The main drive gear but came loose and the pulley fell off. I need the splutch kit. I installed the splutch kit and tested operation. No issues found.

"Returned with parts, installed new water valve assembly, cycled and tested for leaks."

Replaced control board. Tested and no errors and cycle finished. Washer is working good.

"GAS SMELL AND TIMER NOT ADVANCING SINCE REPAIR. Found the coils were failing when they got hot and timer is not advancing. Installed new coils, timer and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 230F and 110F on high heat and the timer is now advancing. Dryer is now fixed.

"Returned with switch, removed the cover installed switch, customer still had the knob, put knob back on cycled and tested. Burner now works as it should."

The idler pulley was locked up and squealing. I replaced the idler and vacuumed out the dryer. Tested good now.

Unit not cooling. I verified the compressor failed. I replaced the compressor and filter then updated the board . Recharged with 5.2 ounces of 134a.

"Found that the baKe and broil does not work. Checked board and found that there was a bad solder joint not making connection. Cleaned and soldered join, tested and bake and broil now get hot. Oven preheated and is working good."

1. ON SPIN CYCLE IT FILLS REPEATEDLY BUT NEVER SPINS. 2. EVERY CYCLE IS HOT WATER INCLUDING DELICATE. Customer said they started a delicate cycle and it gave a 4C2 error. This is a too hot of water error. I found the hot and cold water hoses are connected wrong. I flipped them around and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

"Unit only making 10 cubes and 48 hours. Went through all the test unit fills completely when using test mode but on arrival only had a little bit of water inside the mold, icemaker talking with our Techline we decided to replace the port we installed icemaker control board thinking it could be a sensor issue. Explained to customer dont touch it for 48 hours then we can check it if theyre still having an issue of not making any cubes put a thermostat in there for 24 hours and then give us a call with reading.; states that autho needed"

"Dryer has been making noise from the date of installation. Customer is requesting a swap out of dryer. He does not want dryer taken apart, but he said we could do what we need to do and he was ok with us taking bottom service panel off. We checked rollers, burner tube, drum, etc and couldnt find an item causing the loud noise. It seems to most likely be a structural issue. ; O-emld tckt"

"Customers complaint is open not always baking. Will hear clicking, but doesnt always ignite. "Customer states the unit popped the GFCI breaker, now the unit does not come on.Pulled unit out from the wall, checked the outlet for power(ok) removed the board cover checked for power to the board (ok) found the main fuse on the board and found the fuse blown. Called LG spoke with Mark at tech support, Case number tcc240307814518. Mark informed me the board needs to be replaced. Also if possible the unit should not be plugged into a GFCI outlet unless it is a Class A GFCI outlet. Quoted the customer. Customer approved the quote. ; saved tckt"

Returned and installed parts. Watch the water go down the deflector and it fell into the drumAs is should. The customer stated she noticed the drum was not level. The machine was level but with the front cover off you could see the drum wanting to tip back. While it was running a cycle I adjusted the front legs to get the drum centered in the case. This left the unit on the outside unlevel. Called tech support and was informed the 6 springs need to be replaced and the top friction ring. Spoke with Steve. Customer states that it is freezing in the two drawers in the machine. Called tech-support on this and they stated that the top of the two drawers is going to stay at 32? regardless of settings. The bottom drawer is adjustable by the slider and the air damper on it. Customer did have the slider all the way to the warmer setting. Tech support recommended replacing the air sensor at this time. Will need part for the top section air sensor. Please research part and contact customer.; saved tckt

Customer has a failed motor and broke the reversing switch while trying to investigate the unit themselves. Need to replace the burnt out motor and the start switch and also need a gear kit to replace the drive gear on the end of the motor. Please order these partsand schedule the customer for me. Mechanical defrost timer is clicky and rattling and causing machine to stop running on occasion. Need to replace the new defrost timer to get machine going. Roll return with parts from day tomorrow. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/8 FRI !

"Customer complaint is Unit randomly making loud noise during spin cycle. Customer had a video of the noise didnt sound like a Barry noise sounded more like a tapping and squeal here and there theres a service bulletin for the tapping noise. Which is for a new belt and idler. When I removed the front of the washer, found a bunch of shavings from the belt itself. Idler was free removed belt to inspect bunch of cracking on the belt and ready to break. Friction ring still look good. Dont see any signs of damage to that that can also cause some weird noises, same as the spring wearing out. Explain to customer would be best to start with the belt and pulley because it definitely needs it. They are sold as a kit. Quoted customer bluebook reassembled unit put unit in a high-speed spin and got the noise to happen with a high-pitched squeak here in there and tapping noise, sounds like a bad Belt and idler. "NOT COOLING. Compressor and fans are running, but refrigerator is room temperature. The compressor has failed. ; saved tckt"

"1 MONTH AGO ICE MAKER QUIT MAKING ICE - NOW IT'S NOT COOLING AS WELL. FF temperature is 52F and freezer temperature is 0F. The evaporator cover is covered in frost. I removed the evaporator cover and this has a split evaporator and the left FF side is completely frosted over. I put refrigerator into defrost and heater came on and fans are running. I completely defrosted evaporator and tried to get help from the office diagnosing, but nobody could help me. I called Bosch and waited on hold for 15 minutes and then I had to go. I didnt get a super accurate thermistor reading, because I dont know what the temperature was, but I compared the 2 sensors for the freezer and FF evaporators and they were very different. I dont know if this would cause a defrost issue or not because Im not familiar with Bosch and couldnt figure it out myself and couldnt get help. Can someone look into this and see what they think we should order and then give the customer a quote. I think we at least need a new sensor part number 00618543 and whatever else could cause a defrost issue. Please schedule me extra time when I go back. ; saved tckt"

"Customer states the unit is not cooling, customer has defrosted and had the unit unplugged. Found the evaporator fan grinding on part of the mount. Was able to adjust. After adjusting ran the fan in diagnostics mode and the motor sounds like it speeds up and down randomly. I called tech line and jumped the ice thickness thermostat. I replaced the timer. It still was not working. I called tech line back. He said run it and call back. I ran it for another 40 minutes and it still was not working. I replaced the ice thickness control. I started the ice maker. The building was closing so I had to leave. ; states that autho needed

"Customer states the unit is making a strange clicking noise. Cycled and tested, found the noise whenever the unit was agitating. Checked and found oil leaking from the gear case, the clutch plastic retainer was shifting back and forth on the gear case. The there was a lot of play in the main pulley customer wants it fixed. Made sure I could get the flex plate off. ; ordrd 1 W11454734 (Gear case) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch kit)"

Returned with button. installed cycled and tested.

Customer states the washer does not drain. Tried to start machine and confirm that it would not drain. Inspected the drain pump and discovered a broken wire. Replace terminals on the end of the wire and reconnected to the drain pump. Tested and everything works now and it looks great.

Machine had a failed temperature sensor. Returned with part from Marcone. Installed new temperature sensor and tested. Calibrated oven temperature and everything seems to be working correctly now.

Complaint is getting a CF code. Which is a condenser fan error code. Square trade sent condenser fan molder installed new fan once installed tested its working properly. Also noticed some frost in the freezer removed defrost. Make sure the fans are working. Everything is working in there no error codes for that couldve been just because it was overworking the compressor.

"Customers complaint not draining. Well that the pump sounds good. Remove the drain hose to the garbage disposal and found that they never undid the plug or the drain knocked the plug out and now its working properly. Also said after it wasnt raining it was leaking out front ran unit multiple times and never could get it to leak. Installed part. once installed, tested multiple times just to make sure it wasnt leaking. It is working properly now.

"The ice maker does not make ice, white stuff in the ice and the right door gasket is ripped. I replaced the right door gasket. I found the ice maker was off. I turned back on and it dump ice then filled with water. I removed the ice maker and removed a little bit of ice from the fill cup. Found a removed one small piece of styrofoam from the ice mold. All tested good now. I set temps back to recommended temperatures."

"Stops at 39 minutes on normal cycle and wont progress. It fills great with water. We picked up a main pcb today and installed it, but unit was non responsive. Put old board back in, and ran washer. Now after doing a hard reset it runs great. Fills, agitates, drains and spins great.

Replaced gas valve. Tested and bake is having full flame every time I test it. Oven is heating and working good.

Found that the rear rollers were locked up and rubber wore a flat side causing drum to make thumping noise. Customer approved estimate. Replaced both rear rollers and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer now runs quiet and is heating and working good.

"Returned with the grill assembly, installed, cycled and tested the code went away."

There is a rattle from the back and the fresh food door pops when the door is closed. I adjusted the copper lines by the compressor to stop noise. I removed the fresh food door and tightened the door stop screw. All test good no more noises.

"Dishwasher wont power on. Power cycled the dishwasher 7 times and finally powered on. I informed customer that is a known issue from GE and software update will fix the problem. Customer approved. Updated software, tested and all functions are working good."

"Found that the compressor would hum then click. Compressor relay is bad. Also customer wants ice maker fixed as its been broken for awhile. Customer approved estimate to replace relay and ice maker. Tested and compressor turns on and refrigerator is cooling. Ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good.

"Pulley seized up causing belt to come off. Belt wasnt broken but looked like there was potential for it to have stretched. Replaced belt and idler pulley.

The washer would not finish a cycle and not drain. I found a sock stuck in the drain pump. I removed the sock and washer tested good.

Found that the soap dispenser rinse aid was leaking inside door causing soap to get sticky and drip onto floor. Replaced soap dispenser and all listed parts shipped to customer. Tested and dishwasher is running and working good.

"Found a lot of black debris on outside of drum. Rubber powder from old rollers had redeposited onto felt seals causing black pinch marks on clothing. Replaced front and rear drum felt seals. Checks good, job complete."

WATER SITTING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DRUM. Customer said she hears water when she turns the drum and it smells. The water is just in the balance ring on top and is supposed to be there. I ran washer through service diagnostics and everything is working perfectly and I dont smell anything. Washer is testing good. I recommend customer run a cleaner through washer regularly.

"MAKING A LOUD NOISE DURING OPERATION. Its vibrating/shaking. I removed front panel and theres lint packed in the blower wheel. I cleaned out blower wheel, bulkhead and inside of dryer. Reassembled and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Not draining and wont advance into spin cycle. Found that the drain pump filter was clogged with a lot of debris, pet hair and gunk that as blocking water flow. I cleaned out drain trap. Ran quick cycle and washer drained and spun out clothes. Washer is working good."

Not cooling in fresh food. The evaporator is not defrosting. Needs defrost timer and to be defrosted. Replaced the timer and defrosted and now everythings working as it should.

"Returned after the stove was rewired and a new breaker was installed, programmed the new board. Cycled and tested, made sure the unit preheated. Worked as it should"

Sometimes the clothes are not dry when the cycle is finished. The air flow is good and no faults. I straightened out the duct and then replaced the duct sensor. The dryer is working and heating.

"Oven is heating well. Running low. Found a burned connector to the back element terminal. Replaced the terminal connector. Put on bake, reached what it thought was temp and then held temp. Was running a little lower than set temperature, so we recalibrated and then set to 400 and watched temps. Ran much closer to temp. Works great now."

"NOT CLEANING DISHES. Dishwasher is covered with hard water deposits all over on the inside. I removed the filter and it nasty and plugged and the flood switch is covered in nasty. The circulation pump is loud and theres black all over underneath from the motor bushings. The control panel is broken around the edge and missing the trim. This dishwasher is in rough shape. Its going to need a new heating element, circulation pump, flood switch, control panel bezel and main board. The number I have for authorization is not a good number. Blue book is $1251. for all parts. This dishwasher just needs to be replaced. Can someone call the warranty and see what they want to do? ; saved tckt"

They sent me a circulation pump, but I also need a control panel part number AGL75172632 and wire harness part number AGM76889607. Can someone confirm this part number for the wire harness. What I found comes as a kit with the main board, but I dont know if you can find it separately. I need the harness that connects to the circulation pump. "UI periodically goes out, and has to reset breaker to turn back on. Needs new UI and door seal. Parts: gasket is 426743 and the UI is 863037. Blue book isnt working to create quote. "Has a big ice ball on back of fresh food evaporator. Called tech support and put into service mode. Sensor readings were accurate, and were as follows: 56 in fresh food. 32 at evaporator. 16 inside freezer. All fans running. Compressor running. Clearance around fridge. Did amp draw on compressor. .23 amps on blue wire. Zero on black wire to compressor and zero on blue. Confirmed with Beko that it needs sealed system work. Also, there is a part on the right side freezer rail that vibrates when you open the door, and customer would also like that part added to quote. Please see photos of part. 82743 is case number. Customer states the hot surface indicator light is not coming on when the stove top is used. Removed the top turned on the back left burner. There is power going to the light. The light is not coming on need part WB27T10668. ; saved tckt

"Customer states the unit stopped cooling. Plugged in the unit and checked the compressor is running. Tested the temp sensor, the temp sensor tested ok. Found no oil leaking around the compressor. All the lights on the board working.Called the GE tech line spoke with Dan, non-repairable case # 12443125; saved tckt"

"Unit is not cooling. The fans are running, but not the compressor. The board is sending 5VDC and 120V to inverter. I removed inverter and compressor windings all ohm out at 6.8. The inverter has failed. Installed new inverter and tested. Compressor came on right away and started cooling. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer states that everything works except for when I try to heat the oven. Opened it up and found a failed igniter. Replace the igniter with a part from Dey. Tested and it works great now.

"Installed new, run capacitor and tested. Reinstalled dishwasher for customer. Everything looks great. Pump is running seems to be good."

"SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE IS RUNNING A CONCRETE DRILL, 18 MONTHS OLD. 48 DEGREES IN FRESH FOOD. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and completely defrosted when I got here. The evaporator fan motor has failed. Customer approved repair. Installed new evaporator cover and tested. Refrigerator sounds great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

None of the Cooktop burners are igniting when turning knob. Found that there is no power. Found that the outlet is chained off of GFCI outlet that was tripped. Reset GFI and cooktop now ignites and is working good. I showed customer what to look for if it happens again. Cooktop is working good.

Replaced diverter assembly kit. Tested and no leaks. I also did software update to dishwasher. Tested and all functions are working good and no leaks.

The washer would not spin. I found the splutch gear was stripping. I installed a splutch assembly and calibrated the washer. I advised the customer to not over load the washer. It tested good.

"Installed the console, cycled and tested the unit works as it should."

The creaking noise is from the right rear suspension rod. I was able to put grease around the ball joint. The noise is gone.

"Customer stated the drum was not turning. Disassembled and found the idler pulley bearing went out the pulley fell off. Quoted her a new idler and it was approved, replaced the idler bracket, lubed all the drum rollers and vacuumed the unit out.

INSTALL NEW D/W. Installed new dishwasher and tested. Install complete.

Ran drain pump with nothing in it and filter removed and was making an extremely loud noise. Removed drain pump, and found that the propeller is bent. Quoted for a new drain pump. Ran got the new drain pump from part distributor, came back. Installed part, tested, now working properly."

Spliced in and replaced terminal block. Customer wanted to leave their old dryer hooked up and leave the one I fixed in the garage until they need it.

"Replaced bad transmission, coupling, and clutch. Runs great now. Agitates, fills, drains and spins awesome."

"On arrival, customer was present and stated that oven seems to take a long time to preheat. Placed my thermometer in the oven and let the customer watch the temperature go up and down with me. Showed them that the temperatures were correct and the machine was operating correctly. Everything looks great. Both elements came on and machine preheated to 425 in 16mins"

"Returned with the lid switch installed, cycled and tested the unit.

Customer states that sometimes the igniters wont work on her range since she cleaned the burners. But they have been working recently for her. Ask customer how she cleaned the burners and she said she took the caps and burners off and wash them with water. Instructed customer on how clean them properly. She also was concerned that she was not not able to turn off the gas shut off on the appliance hook up. Informed her that we are unable to repair that valve for her and that she will need to call a plumber. I cleaned the two burner she was most concerned about and tested all of them to make sure they were all working. Everything looks good at this time.

Smells like gas when in use. Ended up finding bad coils. Replaced bad coils. Runs great now and doesnt smell like gas.

Replaced bad rail and adjusters. Now it is nice and secure.

Not heating. Found it heats initially but after 10 minutes stops heating. Has bad coils. Replaced the bad coils and vacuumed out dryer. Heats great. The vent has 16 mph air flow. Did a vent cleaning but not a lot came out. No charge for vent cleaning. Recommended moving dryer to have a shorter vent. Right now its long and has a number of 90 degree angles.

The washer wont start and has e65 code. The relay on the driver board is stuck. Needs the driver board. I quoted for the repair and replaced the driver board. Tested good.

Replaced nut and seal and tested machine. Ran for about 5mins with no leak detected. Everything looks good!

Install new control board on and cell test. Multiple times now unit is working properly. We are hooked up vent to under the cabinet. Not sure where it goes. I dont see any venting outside or where it might go so cant check airflow. Everything else is working properly now just like it did before.

Found that front rollers are worn out making loud racket. Customer wanted all 4 rollers replaced. Customer approved estimate. Replaced rollers. Tested and dryer now runs quiet and is working good.

Installed molder from last diagnosis once installed test and multiple times its working properly.

Bake not working. Replaced a bad bake igniter. Ignites great now.

"Customer complaint is not heating takes multiple times to dry. found that the coils were bad and then needs a repair kit for new rollers and idler. Quoted customer and installed all the parts now unit is working properly.
