"The customer said the dryer heats but takes long time to dry. I took a heat test and the dryer heated up to 245 degrees and it took a real long time. I used my tester and tested the air flow, the air flow is poor. I pulled the dryer out and removed the dryer duct. I then ran the heat test again. Now it heated to 205 and it got there quickly. It then turned off and the heat dropped quickly. The air flow out the dryer is good and the connecting duct is not plugged. I advised the customer to have the dryer duct cleaned ASAP."

"Customer service complaint is unit not heating. Looked through little window to watch igniter to see if it would blow and start. Unit with tumble but igniter would never engage. remove the back of the unit tested some of the thermostats and found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat, tested unit and working properly reinstalled everything tested again working great vent is too high up to check airflow properly. It is blowing the window open and it looks like its blowing decent temps are getting to 110 which is normal for gas dryer. Explained customer if it seems like things are taking longer to dry or anything and usual please get dryer vents clean.

I checked diagnostics and there are no fault codes. A couple times when I was running test the buttons on the panel stopped responding. I did find a service pointer related to a no power issue. Put washer into test mode and everything worked perfectly accept the cold water was just trickling in. I removed cold water hose and the filter is plugged solid and I couldnt get it out without breaking it. I removed the filter and hooked water back up and ran washer through a rinse and spin and it worked perfectly. Also washer has old black rubber hoses. Washer needs a new water valve part number W11210463 and fill hoses. Installed new water valve and fill hoses. Tested and washer is working great. Washer is now fixed. I tested the main lines for gas leaks using soap and also cleaned up the burners, ensuring everything was secure with no apparent issues.It is possible that the gas smell may have resulted from the pilot light not being in the right location or from turning on the gas before igniting the burners. I explained to the customer that if they pass the spark function for a few minutes without igniting the burners, gas might escape. Removed filter and then removed chopper cover. Once chopper cover was removed was able to find the chopper all gummed up. cleared it reassembled unit sounds a lot better.

Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 200 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly

The customer said she started the dishwasher at night and in the morning it was flashing the over flow error and the drain pump was on. I pulled the dishwasher out and removed both side panels. I found water in the bottom drip pan. I sucked the water out and then started the dishwasher. I let it run for 20 minutes. I let wash and drain. The dishwasher is not leaking at this time. I found the drain hose behind was kinked. I straighten the hose and pulled the rest of the slack through. The dishwasher drains really good.

"They couldnt cancel a bake cycle so the gas company red tagged it. The overlay on the control was ripped and the cancel button wasnt making good contact with button on board. Button on control board is worn down a little. I quoted for new overlay and control assembly but its 20 years old so they just want to get hopefully another year out of it. I used tape to reinforce overlay, on the back side of it, and added extra tape onto the button on the board. Now the buttons respond much better. Front right burner didnt ignite great. I cleaned terminal and now it sparks well and ignites great.
