"Every time they plug in dishwasher it trips the gfci. I ran it for 90 minutes, only tripped it once, and that was when I tried putting my amp clamp around the black wire in the junction box. I took cap off that wire and it was loose inside the cap. So I tightened the wires and ran it for 20 minutes with no trips. I pulled out unit, no leaks, no tripping when heater comes on. No known issues. Amp readings are good.

I had customer put a load of clothes in washer and started a speed wash and watched it through the first rinse and spin and it gave the UE randomly when it was spinning perfectly without shaking. I never saw it shake or get off balance. Im not exactly sure whats going on, but looking on appliantology it looks like it probably needs a new board or rotor or possibly both. Customer is just going to replace the washer."

Fresh food section to warm. Verified complaint. Noticed the evap fan not running customer stated the evap fan was making some noise then it stopped working. Tried to remove the evap cover but was frozen in. Turned defrost mode on and test with an amp reading to make sure it was working properly. It was. Steamed out ice then got evap cover out. The top had a ice build up around the fan. Removed the ice then tested fan. The fan is working properly. Next tested sensors and they are working properly. After steaming I notice the defrost drain was plugged. Steamed out and cleared the defrost drain. Someone once before installed the defrost drain kit. Reassembled unit its working properly.

The customer said the dishwasher does not clean the dishes. I started the dishwasher and waited for the motor to come on. The wash pump just hums. I pulled the wash motor out and then took it apart to inspect it. There was nothing stuck in the pump. I cleaned the shaft and put some grease on the bottom of the motor shaft. I put the motor back in and put it back together. I reset the control and ran the dishwasher. Now it fills and washes. Its working good for now. I advised the customer to use it and if it happens again it will need a new motor W1161232.
