Customer stated that oven would not heat past 180. This indicates to the tech that the igniter was faulty. Igniter was replaced and over heated as it should

Customer states the refrigerator has a E33 code. Checked and found the code was for the ice maker, the customer has no water hooked up to the refrigerator. Cleared the code, showed the customer how to shut off the ice maker. The customer is not interested in replacing the icemaker.

Arrival open up the machine discovered I failed compressor remove the existing compressor and installed new and filter dryer. Charged with refrigerant and tested and she seems to be working properly now

Customer states the washer was leaking water. Removed the front cover and found the hose had come off front the tub, put the hose and clamp back on, cycled and tested, no leaks at this time

Took unit apart cleaned out blower wheel housing ! Did not use gas valve coils ! Found back exhaust thermistor was gummed up with burnt lint! Cleaned that off and that compartment out! Tested unit verifying heat is working properly for 20 mins

Removed the refrigerant, removed the compressor, installed the new compressor checked for leaks, pulled vacuum, updated the software, added refrigerant, made sure the unit was cooling. The refrigerator is working as it should.
