"The washer is leaking and will not spin or anything. I found the agitator dogs are broken, water is leaking from the drain pump, the transmission is loud and the basket does not turn freely. Getting H20 error and wont start. Found that there was a lot of crud built up in the pressure sensor. Cleaned it but still getting error. Customer wants to replace water valve as well. Ordering parts and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 WD21X25468 (Pessure sensor) and 1 WD15X26078 (Water valve)

Customer is concerned that one time she heard squealing a cricket noises coming from freezer. Also she has been keeping record of temperature and is lower than what the manual says that it should be when set on average.This is a new freezer that was shipped to her by Danby to replace her other freezer. This model has the evaporator coils inside the shelves and is not frost free freezer.Set at 3.5 at cold control should be about 0 to -2 degrees based on manual. she has recorded that it is getting to -8 to -10. I explained that it might read colder because the evaporator is part of the shelf and if you lay thermometer on the shelf it will be colder than the air temperature.She also said that the freezer shuts off before it is at temperature.Only thing that controls the compressor on this model is the cold control.I did not hear anything weird or abnormal noises as im here looking at it. It was at -2 based on her thermostat she using.If it was intermittent or out of range of temperatures the cold control would need to be replaced.But I also explained that since its is currently in the garage the ambient temperature could also affect the freezer.I dont see anything wrong as im here. From what im seeing is that the customer is obsessing and constantly looking at the freezer and listening it and taking temperature readings. I dont know that if we replaced any part that we would be coming back over and over because she will find something that is not right about it. I dont want to get stuck in cycle to where I am being continuous redos for something that is working as intended for this non-frost free freezer.But if we have to replace a part based on intermittent issues we will need to replace the cold control. "Customer says it is freezing foods, produce, eggs, milk even on separate shelves. Tenant said it started 2 weeks ago and has had to throw away food because they were frozen.As im here food is not frozen and I ran diagnostics to check damper and thermistors. All are fuctioning and working. Based on that, i would say the thermisor or control board is reading off by a bit to get cold enough to freeze foods sometimes.Customer said that refrigerator is less than 1 year old. They got it before Thanksgiving last year. Do want to move forward with repairing it or can we get GE to cover it dont know how we can prove if its less than one year.Model must be new enough to where i cant pull up parts break down from Dey or Sears part direct. Installed new elements. Once installed tested and made sure both are working properly.

The washer/dryer does not dry the clothes all the way. We ran the dryer and it heats and the fan comes on but there was no air flow. We took the dryer condensation tower out and it was packed full of lint. The inlet to the washer was packed full of lint. We cleaned all the lint out the back and from the tower. I cleaned the fan blower cage. We ran the dryer function again and now there's heat inside the washer.

The basket is broken on the bottom so its loose and spin and shakes. They will just replace the whole washer.

"Customer complaint is, THINKS THE ELEMENT IS GOING OUT OF IT. Inspected and tested. Found the bake element is fried. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake element and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed."

Water leaks down from the ice maker and into the bucket. Today I pushed the ice maker test button. The ice maker cracked the ice and only most of it dumped out. There was still some ice in the mold when it fills back up. I removed the ice maker and cleaned all the ice out. I put the ice maker back in and ran the test again. The ice maker is filling with the correct amount of ice and water is not leaking from the fill tube.

Customer complaint is the start button is hard to use. On arrival the button for the start is missing. He said it was had to hit the start the button came off and been using without the button but sometimes its takes multiple trys to get it to start. Removed the display and found the bottom is connected to the board. The button and board were a little loose tightened up the board and mounting. Reassembled and tested. Its working properly. Explained he needs to get the button to help it from shifting.

Unit not cooling properly. Unit was running when I got there. Found my low side at 38. Unplugged unit while I got my supplies ready it equalized at 43psi. Which is good on this unit its smaller then most. looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 200 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly

Installed new board from last diagnosis. Once installed had to pull unit out and reinstall the broil cable that was off. Once that was all correct. Reassembled tested all the features top and bottom. Everything is working properly.

The customer complaint is when he closes the dispenser cover the cover does not stay shut. Today when we tried it the cover stays shut. We tried about 20 times and its working. I had a dispenser on my van from another beko dishwasher that I did not use. Since the customer was having trouble closing it I replaced the detergent dispenser

Installed new hose and housing. Once installed filled 5 large glasses of water. No leaks. Water pressure is alright. Unit is now working properly.

Replaced bad cooling fan. No cooling fan error codes now when it runs.

"Customer complaint is, E15 OR E13 ERROR CUST NOT 100 PERCENT SURE BUT LEAK DETECTION ERROR. Customer said that if they let it says Inspected and tested. I pulled dishwasher out and there a little bit of water in the float area and its really scummy like its been leaking for a long time. I started dishwasher and ran it for over 30 minutes and didnt see any leaks underneath and its draining great. Dishwasher is not leaking while testing. I opened up the door after it had drained and filled 3 times and there was suds in there. Looks like its a suds issue. I recommended customer run a cleaner through dishwasher and try using a different brand of soap."

"Dishwasher giving E25 error. Took apart drain pump and found glass stuck between the sump and impeller. Was able to clean that out, along with some other debris. Now it runs and drains great. Also cleaned out filter.

"We replaced the compressor, filter and updated the board. I leak checked and purged the system with nitrogen. I pulled a vacuum for 12 minutes then recharged the system. I advised the customer to give it 6 to 8 hours for it to cool then wait 24 hours for it to cool."

"Went to install motor from last diagnosis. Pulled old motor out had bunch of glass in there still replaced the motor. Reassembled tested working great. "Main issues is a delay to turn on oven. We find out that it has two igniters the left side was replaced 1 year ago but the right side reading was 2.9 amps we replaced right side and upon testing, only one side burner has full flame while the other side has very low flame and is the cause of the gas smell and slow preheat (see picture). Needs bake gas valve assembly? Cant pull of part break down.Also the left two burners continually spark even when burner is lit. Needs spark module and electrodes for those left burners.Office: please find part for gas valve/regulator for oven and spark module and electrodes. Customer might not want to fix the cooktop. Found that the drain hose was disconnected underneath and when it filled it would leak onto floor. I connected drain and now no longer leaks and dishwasher fills. But i did find that sink backs up when draining and that it is leaking underneath sink. Dishwasher itself is working but the water shut off to the dishwasher and the garbage disposal are leaking. Also found a lot of plastic debris inside dishwasher. I showed tenant make sure to empty plates before putting it into dishwasher. Dishwasher itself seems to be working good.Would need plumber to fix leaks underneath sink. send this to management company.; saved tckt

Customers complaint unit freezing items in the fridge. I took temps it was at 38 degrees. Also couldnt find any food or items frozen. Sounds like it was things also freezing right under the ice maker but it all looks good. All fans are operating correctly compressor sounds good and operating. Freezer temps are good. We are going to try new temp sensor. 12002355 sensor ; ordrd 1 12002355 (Sensor)

Found that the front left burner is always on full. Tested the switch first and found that it stuck full open or not. Will need switch WB24X25013; ordrng 1 WB24X25013 (Switch)

Installed new dispenser but the flapper on the door is bad. Once installed tested unit and made sure it was operating properly. Now unit is working properly without issue. she is still having a hard time with the controls. I explained them again. Also explained if she does the quick wash everytime she needs to use less soap. I recommend just using the normal cycle and let it go through.

We verified the compressor has failed. I replaced the compressor and the filter drier. I checked for leaks and pulled a vacuum. I updated the main board and recharged the system.

Customer complaint making noise during tumbling. Disassembled unit and found the back roller was siezed. Quoted for the repair kit. Which include rollers idler and belt. Installed parts. Reassembled unit. Then tested unit is working properly with out any squeaking noise.

"Washer isnt draining out. After running the washer, the utility tub filled to the brim and the water then siphoned back down into the washer via the utility tub. Washer itself is good. I did show the customer how there is a little oil dripping down from the transmission, but it sounds good and spins good still."

Unit leaking on the floor right away noticed the water spot under the front of the freezer. The bottle drawer is all iced in and a big ice dam in the defrost drip tray. Its been doing this for a good amount of time. Steamed all the ice and removed all ice and water. Next cleaned out the defrost drain. Also cleaned out drip tray. Installed new crisp drawer in fridge also.

"Returned with part, removed covers install new sensor. Cycled and tested machine, operating correctly at this time."

No issue we find out customer have issues with the main breaker intermittent. We check voltage we read between L1 & L2 90volts seems that they need to call an electrician if they continue having issues they will call back after main power is restored.

"Vent had come disconnected. I reconnected vent with vent tape, and removed the old duct tape they had on it before. Dryer and vent work great now."

"Found that the pressure switch hose cracked and broke off the tub and was leaking from there. Customer approved estimate. Replaced hose, tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. No leaks. Washer is working good.

The complaint is the dishwasher does not wash and leaks from the air gap. We found the lower spray has a big hole and its not level. The customer will replace the spray arm and we leveled the dishwasher. I bypassed the air gap.

"Water gushes out from under sink. Found the drain line wasnt clamped up. Clamp was on wrong part of plumbing, not actually connecting the drain line to the plumbing: I used red glue for extra sealant, and used a second clamp. Also clamped in correct spot. Also looped drain line up under the sink, because it wasnt looped up. Now it drains great and washes great yet still leaked bad from rear of dishwasher. Found the waterline wasnt fully connected on the back and needed plumbers tape. Used plumbers tape, mounted dishwasher better, and tightened waterline. Now no leaks."

The customer said the washer slowly leaks out the back. We ran the washer and found it leaking from the water valve tube. We pushed the water in further into the inlet. Now it does not leak.

"INTERIOR DRYER CLEANING SPECIAL. I disassembled dryer and inspected and the belt is starting to crack and the front glides are pretty wore, so customer is just going to replace the dryer when they replace the washer and didnt want me to clean out the inside of dryer."

"Shuts off after a few minutes sometimes. Gave an overheating error too. Dryer runs even with the door open too sometimes. I found a broken door latch. Replaced that, and a bad belt that was pretty frayed and cracked. Vacuumed out a whole ton of lint, especially in bulkhead and blower wheel. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Air flow outside is 20 mph but vent has never been cleaned. Did a vent cleaning too. Runs and heats great now.

Not heating. Tested terminals 2 and 3 on the heat pump and its OL. Quoted and ordered new heat pump. Coming back Monday to install. ; ordrd 1 12008381 (Heat pump)

"Customer complaint is, FAILURE TO DRAIN ERROR. DRAIN PUMP WAS JUST REPLACED AND IT IS STILL AN ISSUE. Customer said hes also gotten a H20 error once. I removed the pressure sensor and theres some gunk in it. Cleaned it out and reassembled. I started a normal wash cycle and it gives a H20 error before it even finishes filling. I tried this 4 times and its doing the same thing. I put dishwasher into fault mode and theres no errors that come up. I ran dishwasher through service mode and everything worked perfectly. I tried starting a normal cycle again and it gave the H20 error. I had customer power cycle it at the breaker and tried again. Still giving the H20 error. He heard a crunch underneath from behind. I checked the compressor. Ohms at 7, 7, and 12. Condenser line and condenser coils are cool to the touch. Compressor hot to the touch and running. Unit not cooling the fridge. This is top mount freezer. Freezer is cooling fine. Ice cream hard. No extra froze on evap cover. First checked to see if the fan is operating. It is not. Customer complaint unit leaking water. Its leaking water now out the front. Found the door opening and closing properly removed the outer skin. Tested unit and found the seal isnt sealing any more on the corner she was saying there was water. Ordering a new seal for customer and rescheduled ; ordrng 1 W11483553 (Gasket)

Found that igniter is open. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is heating and working good.

Replaced replay board. Tested and light comes on and all other functions are working good.

"Replaced heater, fuse, thermistor. Tested and heater now turns on and is working. Should no longer frost up. Refrigerator is cooling and working good."

"Found that the moisture sensor was unplugged so the dryer would drop time because it didnt sense any wet load. Plugged it back in and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up, Tested and now adds time for wet load. Dryer is working good."

When you close the door and press start the dishwasher beeps indicating the door is open. I found the top of the dishwasher was bowing up so the door strike was not making contact with the latch. I pulled the dishwasher out and pushed down on the tub. Now the latch closes and the dishwasher will start.

Customer says will intermittently leak and have water in base pan. I ran test and found that the soap they are using has a lot of suds and would leak out the back vent . I showed customer and informed them to use less soap. Washer itself is working good.

"Found that the cold control is bad. Jumped it and compressor turns on and runs. Customer approved estimate. Replaced cold control, tested and freezer turns on and is cooling and working good.

"When I got here the washer was full of water and wouldnt unlock because of that. I drained the water out, and unlocked the door. Now the washer thinks its empty when its full of water. I drained it all out and unplugged the washer and disconnected the pressure sensor hose, reconnected it, plugged back in washer. Tried again on a rinse and spin, and now it drains all the water out. Runs great now. Water that was leaking through ceiling is not anywhere near the laundry area and the drain line is going down the drain pipe. No water on floor or sheet rock behind the washer. Everything good as far as we are concerned."

Icemaker has been leaking. Replaced bad Icemaker. Cycled it. Works great now.

Stopping after five minutes. Found the air gap full of hair and plastic. Not draining. Showed the customer how to clean air gap. Cleaned it out. Now it drains 200% better. Took the filter out of the dishwasher and the customer cleaned that all up. Then I filled the dishwasher and drained it again. Cleaned it out with paper towels. Also adjusted the right and left feet so that the door doesnt hit the cabinet anymore. Closes much better now. Level too.

"Arrived on site found the washer had a LE code. Ran a speed test found the washer was not functioning correctly. Removed the hall sensor and replaced. Cycled and tested no code ran speed test. The washer is operating correctly, leveled washer."

Tapped into the system and got static pressure of 45psi looks like just bad compressor and no leak. Removed the old compressor and filter. Installed compressor. Purged system. Installed one side of filter purged to make sure its flowing through both sides. Finished the dryer filter. Pressured to 200 held with blue bubbles for 5 minutes while I updated board. All good. Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly.

"Customer complaint is, ERROR CODE AE. Customer said the error started when her garbage disposal wasnt working and it was backing up into the sink when the dishwasher drained. Customer had a plumber out yesterday and the garbage disposal is now working. Inspected and tested. Theres a lot of standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. I canceled and drained and started a heavy cycle. Dishwasher filled, washed and drained 3 different times and was working great. The pan underneath is dry. Looks like the issue was with the garbage disposal not draining and backing up into the dishwasher."

"Freezer door not closing all the way. Found the rails needed to be adjusted and tightened.

Today I replaced the freezer compressor and the fresh food thermostat. I also replaced the filter drier and leaked checked the system. I found no leaks. I pulled a deep vacuum and recharged the system with 9 ounces. We installed the ice bucket and turned the ice maker back on.

"Customer complaint is, DOESNT FILL WITH WATER TO WASH CLOTHES. Customer said that when they went to switch a load over to the dryer it was full of suds and the clothes were still wet and they saw some water on the floor behind washer. I put washer through test mode and when it was agitating, there was lots of soap suds and the washer. I drained and filled it again and still got soap suds. Also I can see were suds has been running down the back of the washer from the vent. Washer didnt leak while I was testing. Looks like its a soap suds issue. I recommended customer run a cleaner through the washer before using and clean it regularly."

Installed new heater from last diagnosis. Once installed. Went through test mode to make sure unit is operating correctly. During the test mode cycle checked for leaks also not a drop. Unit is working properly now.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING NOISE AND NOW ITS WORSE. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 37F and freezer is -1. The ice room fan is pulsing and making a humming noise. I removed it and theres no ice in it. Customer approved repairs. Installed new auger motor assembly and tested. Auger assembly fan sounds great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Washer is said to be having problems washing. Not going through a cycle. I took it apart and there are belt shavings everywhere. I called SQ and they had me take the pump off and test the belt for agitate and spin and it moves normal. Nothing stuck between tubs. They said their motors rarely, ever have to be replaced. But if theres shavings it only happens because of over load. I called maintenance and told them that. Also, belt is damaged now from overload, and pump needs replacement too. Called maintenance and gave them quote (attached). They will call our office later to let us know if they have approval to order the parts. The belt and pump kit. ; saved tckt"

The complaint is when they run the upper oven then start the lower oven the 4d22 fault code appears. The code means No Reverse Airflow Fan rotation (no/low RPM). It does not specify the upper or lower. ITs recommended that the upper and lower fan are replaced at the same time. I was unable to locate the lower cooling fan. "Dishwasher has E01 error. Found the flood pan full of water. Wet vacuumed out flood pan, and checked and made sure flow sensor was connected. Also, control panel got damaged when the retail company they bought it from installed it. Needs new UI panel . DW can you please look up the control panel? Order it and schedule return visit? Also, dishwasher is super wedged under counter top. Not easy to get in or out. Thats how control panel get damaged in first place. Found that water wouldnt drain and that caused over flow. Had a large seed stuck in drain line/ removed seed, now it drains great. ; saved tckt"

"The customer just says it doesnt heat. Again when we run it, it heats. We let run for about 20 minutes and its cycling on and off. The air flow is very good, 20 mph. We removed the ignition coils and replaced the coils with new ones. We ran the dryer again and its heating up good. The invoice includes the part from today plus the labor/trip charge from today and the labor from cleaning the 2 dryer ducts last visit. Please bill the customer for the total repair. "Customer complaint is, ALARMS ARE GOING OFF. IT IS MAKING ICE. WONT DISP ICE OR WATER. Inspected and tested. Found the right FF door switch is flaky and only sometimes working. Replaced ignition board. Tested and now bake and broil spark and gas turns on in the oven. Oven preheated and is working good.

"Customer complaint water dripping out fridge and under the crisper drawers. Removed the evap cover and found drain clogged. Installed drain kit to solve this issue and found the sensor was off a bit also so replaced evap sensor. Reassembled tested unit is working properly.

Customer complaint. Light on board and wont respond. Customer said they tried to trip the breaker still didnt work. The control lock button is the one that is lit. Customer said it happened when unloading and heard herself bump the button because made a different noise. I held the button for 3 seconds. Lock light came off and it started to work. Tested button a few times and is working properly. Explained to customer what I found she said she held it for 3 seconds but didnt try today. I explained if it happens again make sure hands arent wet and clean.

Dryer still squeals according to the customer. I ran it and confirmed it squeals. Took dryer apart and found the bushing worn down on the idler pully. Replaced pully, and also found a ton of lint inside the dryer. Made sure no holes in the filter. Cleaned out all the lint. Also cleaned out other random objects like spare change. Runs nice and quiet now.

Replaced user interface. Tested and Display is bright and all buttons work and are functioning. Refrigerator is working good.

Replaced motor assembly, tested and dishwasher now runs and water is sloshing around. Dishwasher is working good.

"Replaced control board, evaporator fan motor, door switch since customer said the food thawing was intermittent. Tested and freezer compressor turns on and fan is running. Freezer is working good as Im here."

"Taking a long time to pre heat and they smell gas. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 350 within 5 minutes. No gas smell.
