Customer states ice gets white powder and is cloudy and clumps together. Also water dispenses slowly. Found that the water shut off behind fridge was barely open causing low water pressure then would cause small ice chips and slow water dispensing. The white powder is from hard water build up and during freezing process the hard water clumps together making it more noticeable. Also if ice is not being used often it will get freezer burn and shrink causing the powder.I fully opened water valve and now there is good water pressure at dispenser and I cleaned out ice bucket. Informed customer about hard water and only way to prevent is to get a good filtration system before the water gets to the fridge but it is an office building and not sure if that is possible.Refrigerator itself is working well and ice should be made within 1-2 days.

Dryer doesnt run. I found a broken belt. Also, a couple broken glides. Got approval from author to go over the limit. Quoted $340. Had a ton of dog hair and lint built up in bulkhead, blower wheel, lint filter area, and bottom bearing. I spent an hour cleaning all of that out. I used synthetic grease and greased rear bearing. Fixed glides in front. Now it runs nice and quiet. Customer said it was taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Now theres excellent air flow and should dry much quicker. See attached photos.

On inspection unit had a broken Mr. wire to icemaker assembly also had a mangled auger shaft and ice container ordered and replaced both components that test 82 got water to fill up Don working great no leaks

He got right to work, figured out what the issue was, realized there was an additional part required, found a place that had it and ran out very quickly so he could be there before they closed for the day. When he returned he repaired the ice maker quickly and went on his way. All in all a very good experience.”
Customer stated that the refrigerator section lost all cooling yesterday, the freezer is still cold, I tested the unit and all fans were working properly, the compressor was running, I tapped into the system and found operating pressures to be indicative of a high side restriction and found normal equalized pressure, I advised the customer of my finding and explained to him that there is likely a sealed system issue, customer stated that they would rather invest in a new unit
Upon inspection water damage in front of the fridge and behind the unit used floor mat pulled it out dumped water into drain pan found no leak leaks from drain pan went through tested water dispenser no leaks at valve or any of the waterlines coming from the valve found moisture coming from cap on lower right side that was compromised and had a hole in it and it was wet from the touch verified that leaking down the frame would run under the pan, causing the leak Used all weather, silicone adhesive and a rubber material covered spot filled void with silicone adhesive. Use metal tape around all seams and completely sealed it off called Assurian tech line and documented my repair and what I did with 5 photos and they confirmed a great repair

Replaced dented door. New door looks perfect. Transferred the gasket and door handle and shelves to the new door.

Not cooling in freezer cooling OK in fridge checked damper dampers allowing air circulation into fridge removed freezer evaporator cover found low frost pattern enough to cool fridge but not freezer. Client refused estimate on sealed system repair.

Upon inspection did test 82 verified its a frozen line use steamer to steam out obstruction and ran pest 8210 to 15 times to flush. The line. Unit should be working in great operations no leaks. unit in the process of making ice ! Done
