I had a load of towels running and noticed with no detergent in there that there was a ton of suds. I told customer to cut way back on their HE detergent usage. I also recommended flood sensors. Theyll get flood sensors and cut way back on detergent usage. Since oversudzing can cause leaks, and also they will make sure to keep gasket clean."

"Complaint is that the dishwasher doesnt wash well sometimes. I checked water hardness level, and its a 1.5 on a scale of 0 to 25, so its soft. I put into test mode, and found that it fills great. Customer mentioned that sometimes lately when it runs, it hasnt been circulating the water loudly. In test mode motor is getting 120 VAC but not circulating water. And diverter is leaking. Grabbed new sump and motor assembly from Sundberg and installed. Runs great now.

"OFF BALANCE AND WILL NOT SPIN OR DRAIN. Customer was washing 2 pillows when it was banging around and wouldnt spin out the water. They never tried it again. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. I found a service bulletin for it being off balance/walking/vibration. I checked everything they said and the only thing I found is theres no QR code on the drum. It says to replace inner drum if theres no QR code. I dont think theres anything wrong with the washer, I just think they had an off balance load. I explained everything to Wil and said that if they continue to have problems that we would need to replace the inner drum."

Customer complaint is water on the floor in the front. This is a built-in unit with a separate refrigerator and separate freezer. The refrigerator part is the one acting up and getting the water. Remove the bottom drawer inside the refrigerator and found water traces on the bottom of the refrigerator inside. This is common on these for the drains to get clogged. Customer does have two shedding dogs. Remove the evaporator cover. And found the drain is plugged up. Grabbed the long wire fished through and then steamed and blast nitrogen through it. Unit is now unclogged and cleaned out and now draining properly tested with a cup of hot water and then removed water from drain pan. Unit is now working properly. Also showed customer what I did so they know if it happens again.

"Some frost on lower left evaporator cover in fresh food section again. Verified with Ed at Beko tech support that its the correct cover per the service bulletin. Ed asked what kind of clearance there was around the fridge. Theres less than an inch on each side and above it. Maybe 1/2 above (not the required 2), and not an inch on each side. Ed said that the compressor has to run longer when theres little clearance, and then frost builds up in fresh food. Customer stated that drawers open and close fine now actually. We pulled fridge out further to allow it to breath better. I steamed off all the frost in ff section. They will potentially consult with a carpenter to remove the trim above the fridge to give it more breathing room."

"Customer complaint is water inside the filter. And once had water above the filter on arrival, unit was completely drained and was sitting properly for water level. The unit is draining into the drain not into the food disposal. Tested multiple times to drain sounds really good and healthy strong. I explained there should be some water inside the filter area also explained that if they have the food disposal backed up or if its plugged and water inside of it that can cause this issue, also customers using seventh generation soap and complaining about it stink and being a little milky in there. I explained that that soap does not break down and if theyre going to use it, they need to use a dishwasher cleaner at least a month anyway. If this happens again explained theres a streaming offer and they could probably do that to make sure were not coming back out just for a user error."

Removed unit on protective mat. Disassembled the one side so I can watch for a leak right away when I started it found that the case break was loose and was leaking from that. Tighten that up. Let it run and couldnt find any other leaks. Also tightened up the sump assembly cause its no one for these to get a little bit loose leak from there water valve look good motor. "MAKES A GRINDING NOISE. Customer said its been doing it for a couple weeks, but stopped the last couple loads. It sounds like it was doing it while agitating. I removed wash plate and everything looked good and no coins. I tipped washer up and inspected underneath and all looks good and motor nut is tight. I ran washer through test mode and everything sounded good. I started a speed wash cycle and watched it through to the last spin cycle and it sounds great. I cant get it to make any grinding noises while testing. Washer is testing good."

Uninstalled burner and electrode and inspected it for cracks or debris again. Can someone please find part numbers for the electrode, wire, and spark module and quote for all. Told customer I would start with electrode and if that didnt fix it, replace the spark module. Wolf also said it could be a bad knob control switch. Update: I swapped the spark module wires, for the left and right front burners, and now the left burner continually sparks. So it looks like a bad spark module for the front right burner. "REFRIGERATOR IS MAKING A NOISE. Refrigerator sounds normal when I got here. FF temperature is 35F and freezer is 0F. Customer had a video and the noise is coming from behind the refrigerator. Evaporator fan sounds good and theres no ice buildup around the fan. I pulled out refrigerator and inspected condenser fan and it looks good. I started reassembling and found the noise is coming from vibration from the compressor causing the back panel to vibrate and be loud. I added foam strips to the back cover to make sure its tight and it sounds great.
