"Customer complaint is, POP IN THE MOTOR AND NOW WON'T SPIN. Inspected and tested. Found the motor coupler was broken and the agitator dogs are bad. Installed new motor coupler and agitator dogs. Tested and washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Installed UI board from last diagnosis. Tested board and its working properly.

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Reassembled unit and tested multiple times for leaks to make sure everything is working properly. Unit is working great and no error codes

"Replaced bad sump motor. Ran it for awhile, no noise like last time. Runs great."

"Customer complaint is, THEY REPLACED THE ELEMENT, HIGH LIMIT NOW AT THE END OF THE CYCLE IT TRIPS THE BREAKER. Inspected and tested. Found its leaking from the heating element nut onto the wire. I tightened up the nut and its still leaking. This is not a OEM heating element, so customer would like me to install new heating element. Installed new heating element and tested. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Customer said that it was making humming sound when refrigerator is running but then stopped a day ago. I checked evaporator and is clear and evaporator fan is running good. I checked condenser fan and it is cleaned and running good. I cannot find source of humming sound. So must be intermittent. I explained to customer what to listen for if problem returns and that might pin point where is issue is coming from. Refrigerator is running and working good as im here.

"Customer complaint is, NO LIGHTS OR FANS. Inspected and tested. Customer said the lights went out a couple years ago and now the fan isnt working. Inspected and tested. Found the plug had come out of the wall in the cabinet above it. I plugged it back in and now the fan is working and the left light, but the right light socket is melted and one of the wires is completely disconnected. Needs a new light socket. Installed new light socket and tested. All the lights and fan are working. Vent hood is now fixed."

"I have done everything possible and tested the system multiple times. The automatic defrost system is not keeping up with moisture. The ADS works when you kick it in manually, the seals are good. There is either a user issue or a non detectable issue.

Tested and informed the customer that the unit has a dead UI board.

Was leaking from filter head. Customer said from when they moved in in September its been leaking. Its a new build. Replaced filter head tested about a gallon of water and not one drop.

"Replaced inlet water valve, tested and water dispenser now works and ice maker cycles and fills. Water is working for fridge.

Installed a new ice maker. I informed customer that ice maker should be making ice by tomorrow morning.

I replaced the user interface with a new one per the LG service bulletin. I also used a special sealant around the corners where there was a tiny gap on the left and right sides of the user interface. Everything works great now. I told the customer to give it 24 hours before running it on a cycle.

Installed new heat element from last diagnosis. Reassembled unit then test units now working properly

Installed motor from last diagnosis it was leaking. Once installed. Tested unit for few minutes made sure didnt leak. Reinstalled back under the counter where it was mounted tested again before installing toe kick panel. Unit is working great with out any leaks

"Water leaks randomly and it stops and gives UE when they only wash big loads. I advised the UE can happen on bigger over sides loads. I got the washer to leak when I did a tub clean. Water was leaking over the top of the tub bring. I removed the tub ring and cleaned it. Also water was not spray right through the front detergent cup , I also cleaned those holes. I tried tub clean again and now it did not leak."

The ice maker fill tube was frozen and the ice maker cup had ice in it. I thawed out the ice and turned the ice maker back on. Ten minutes later the ice maker filled with water. I advised the customer to dump out the first batch of ice.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump has failed.

The garbage disposal is jammed up and will not turn. I was able to free up whatever was jamming it up with the wrench and I cleaned it out with soap and ice and now the garbage disposal is working good.

"Not cooling well. Refrigerator temperature was 43?F, freezer temperature was 10?F. I defrosted evaporator and watched it for 20 minutes and it frosted over but looks spotty. I could find no issue while I was on site with air valve door seals. Everything looked perfect.

I replaced the light modules. The lights are now working as designed.

"Icemaker stopped making ice. Replaced the bad Icemaker. Called becko, walked through tests for Icemaker, and still doesnt cycle or fill. They said they typically recommend replacing the main PCB along with the icemaker. Needs part number 4934269501. Can the office please order this and schedule a return visit once we have an eta for the part? ; saved tckt"

"Getting e:23 error and not draining. I cleaned out water and took off pump, nothing is obstructing it. It worked for first test then when testing again it didnt run and gave error again. I tapped the drain pump and it started running again. Appears to be bad drain pump. Ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 00631200 (Drain pump)"

"The customer showed me the top ui trim is broken and coming off. The customer said it runs for 10 minutes then shuts down. I hooked up the Newfi tool and checked faults. There was faults for it not draining and for the diverter. Theres also broken pieces on the lower rack. When the drain pump comes on water drains slow and the drain pump is noisy. The diverter magnets are dirty and are beyond being able to be cleaned, they need to be replaced. Please submit parts. "Dishwasher not draining. Found that the there is a make shift drain hose extension that goes though the floor and up through underneath the sink. I disconnected hose from the extension and the dishwasher drains fine. Issue is that there is something clogged in the extension. The basement has finished ceiling, so i cant check. I recommended that the drains goes though the cabinet and run it along side the cabinet walls to the drain but cabinet would need to be drilled out and an official drain hose extension be added.Sending to office to see if we will do that and what would the estimate be for drain hose extension and labor to drill out cabinets to run drain hose. Schedule 2 hours for repair if we do it. Ill need drain hose clips to screw them into cabinet to run hose along cabinet walls. Call and let customer know if we will do it and estimate.; O-emld tckt"

Zero in freezer and 38 in fresh food when I got here. They had shut off the fridge for 36 hours to let it defrost. Has been cooling since. I installed the new main PCB and thermistor and clip. Everything is cooling nicely now. Steamed off evaporator before starting on repair.

"Found that ice maker was frozen as well fill tube. Water supply line will have to be reworked to a pressurized pipe for the refrigerator water to work correctly.

"I cleaned the drain filter on the washer. I took the dryer apart, it was pretty clean. I throughly cleaned the blower, vacuumed loose dust and oiled rollers. I cleaned the tops on all machines. I tested before and after the cleaning and they all sound good."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING WATER. Inspected and tested. Found theres staining running down the back side of the washer from the vent and on the floor. I ran washer through test mode and no leaking, but lots of soap suds in washer. I started a load of clothes on speed wash and did not see any leaks. Looks like its just a soap suds issue. I advised customer on using less soap and cleaning washer regularly."

"Customer complaint is, THE WASHER WILL NOT SPIN OUT THE WATER. IT HAS A SQUEAKY NOISE LIKE PERHAPS A BELT ISSUE. Inspected and found the belt was falling off and is shredding. Installed new belt and tested. Washer worked perfectly with a load of towels on a speed wash cycle. Washer is now fixed."

Replaced bad main PCB. Now it heats great with no errors.

Replaced all parts. Both burners ignite great now on the right side (and left).

"Replaced main board and display board. Checked voltage at junction block. 120 to ground for red and for black, same for red to N and black to N. 240 red to black. I put it on bake, after 20 minutes it was at 350. Watched it cycle. After 25 minutes reached 420. Everything working great now."

I removed the bottom cover and vacuumed the dust off the condenser. The temps inside are good.

Unit wont start, noticed the door latch was catching. if I pushed it in the magnets would read and start to work but wouldnt hold. Pulled unit out then found the latch was bad. Latch was prescreened/preordered which was perfect installed new part then tested. Unit is working great.

Door got damage by contractor. Customer inspected new door installed new door and swapped over everything that was need. After checked for error codes and leaks. Everything is operating correctly.

As I was installing door kit found that the door was still losing power. I assumed that it was the common power failure of the door latch kit. But it also needs the whole door as the electronics are in the door.

"Leaking saw discharge from door. I found evidence of leaking from the drain hoseadapter connections in the cabinet and from the door seal. The seal was dirty I cleaned it but unit was very moldy.

"Pulled out wall oven underneath cooktop and checked gas connections and found that inlet gas line connection had a small leak. I tightened connection, tested and no more bubbles and no more gas smell. Cooktop is working good.

Replaced bad door switch and castor/ft. Already installed new main PCB. Works great now. Temps 36 and 1.

Installed new compressor and filter dryer. Checked old on was clean. Unit blew through well once the compressor was installed so looks like no restrictions. Got a vacuum down to 50 microns. Filled with 5.1 134A. Updated the board and then buttoned everything up and it started cooling

Replaced igniter, tested and bottom oven heats up and is working good.

it is floating tub model that has the bad bearing. The rotor bolt is rusted on and stripped and wont come off and would have to be drilled out.

"Found that water line was clogged with hard water build up so when ice maker would fill it would spray over and leak on back of ice bucket and cause ice block. I cleaned the hard water build up, tested and ice maker cycles and fills and no longer leaks. ALso did software update on refrigerator. Refrigerator is working good."

The showcase latch is broken. Today I replaced the showcase door. The door is working good.

"The customer complaint was frost is built up all over the evaporator cover in the fresh food and the fan is making a noise. I defrosted all the frost and removed the rear cover. I inspected the fan operation and the defrost sensor placement. All looks good. I changed the defrost to a 8 hour run defrost.

"Washer has many issues. The valve assemblies have gone bad, and when the water hot water is turned on, it leaks consistently. The rear main is bad along with bearings and shaft.

"I replaced the rotor, stator, and bolt. I tested the washer the noise went away. It is now fixed."

I replaced the failed element and tested the range. The range is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, SUD ERROR. Inspected and found water in the tub. I removed the drain filter and it was plugged solid. Cleaned out filter and tested. Washer is draining great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, SAME AE CODE. Inspected and tested. Theres water in the pan underneath again. I removed water and ran dishwasher for almost 30 minutes again it was not leaking underneath.

The customer said the dryer makes a strange noise when it runs. I started the dryer and verified the noise was not normal. I pulled the front off and found a sock stuck in the blower. I removed the sock and vacuumed out the dust. Now it sounds better.

Unit is giving the F2E1 code. Which is for a bad control board and touch pad. Turned bake on. Preheated then the clock started to strobe and then gave the code and the back display got super hot started to melt the tech sheet in the back and burnt my hand. "Spoke with tech support. Needs new user interface, and once thats installed, will need to have it changed in settings to do a timed full instead of a sensor fill. Quoted for new interface. The upper oven will start a self clean and lock the door but a couple minutes later is stops and displays F96. F96 upper cooling fan low speed. The lower oven seems to work good. The tech sheet says to first replace the cooling fan and fan board. Im ordering both to replace. "Customer complaint is, BOTH SIDES STOPPED COOLING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was room temperature and freezer was 6F. Found the evaporator fan has failed. Water not dispensing and not making ice. Verified complaint. Could hear the valve inside the fridge working. Pulled fridge out on protective mat and had the customer hit the dispenser. Was getting 120 volts to the valve but couldnt feel it working and making no noise. Also had a small leak. Showed customer the small leak and quoted for new valve. "Customer complaint is, Lower oven does not work & the control board for it isn't working either. Inspected and tested. Found the main board is dead and the lower oven bake element is fried because the deflector is touching it. Needs a new board, deflector and ignitor. Parts on order. "Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Refrigerator is almost 9 years old. Inspected and tested. Customer had refrigerator unplugged when I got here. I plugged refrigerator in and compressor and fans turned on. I removed the freezer evaporator cover and theres no frost on the evaporator. The compressor has failed. Refrigerator is drawing about .63amps with everything running. I told customer we would check with Sears and call them back and let them know what we find. ; saved tckt"

Found that compressor is running and evaporator is wet but no frost pattern. Freezer is 40 degrees refrigerator is 50ish. I informed customer that we would contact LG and see if they send parts for free but he would be responsible for labor of roughly $660.Customer said if LG covers parts to proceed with repair and he will pay labor at that price. The customer said one day the freezer stopped cooling. The customer reset power and it stared to work again. I could hear it cycle on and off and there was a faint beep. I removed the control board and found a couple capacitors that were failing. I replaced the capacitors and put the board back in. The compressor and all the fans are on and it is now cycling and I dont hear the beep. So far its working good.

The customer said the dishwasher is not drying and not cleaning well. I found the filter was all plugged up and nasty. I hooked io the Newfi tool and it said there was a issue with the flood sensor. I removed the sensor and verified it was bad. I replaced the flood sensor and cleaned the filter. I advised the customer to clean the filter monthly.

"Found that the heater is open. Replaced heater, tested and dishwasher is heating and all functions are working good.

"Not working. I ran the machine through service diagnostic mode and found the motor did not turn or either hesitate or spin. I verified the water source and re-plugged in the Molex connector. I tested by running through service diagnostic to finish perfectly. We started a load as I left, and they waited to make sure it filled and begin to agitate before I left. The washer is now fixed."

Installed motor from last diagnosis. Tested multiple times and its working great with out any leaks

Unit had weak water pressure and ice maker not working. Verified complaint. Ice maker wasnt working and tray was dry. Also the water was slow. Removed water line from back and tested pressure. It has good pressure to the valve. Next tested ice maker found the ice try had a crack and was catching. Also found the water would just trickle through the fill hose.Will definitely need a ice maker and heater kit. Customer said they have had some items in the back freeze lately. No codes are present and everything is operating normally. Let them know it could just be from the door not be shut once all the way or something like that. When I had the fridge out unit didnt have the rust on the back from the ice maker freezing up.

"Leaking error, I found suds. I cleared them and tested. The dishwater is now fixed."

"Replaced tub ring, ran fabric softner water valve a lot and no leaks. Ran diagnostics and all functions are working good. No leaks as im here."

"Replaced water valve, tested water dispenser and ice maker. Both fill and no leaks. Refrigerator is working good."

"Vacuumed out a ton of lint. Found the vent packed full of lint. Cleaned out the dryer vent and replaced bad belt and thermal fuse. Also cleaned and oiled rollers and glued seal back onto back of drum. Runs and heats great now.

Found that belt slipped off idler pulley because idler pulley screw that holds it in place was loose. Tightened and added locktite and belt is now lined up and dryer is tumbling and working good.

"Found that the igntier is open and not getting hot to turn on gas. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is now heating and working good.

"Customer complaint is, NO INCOMING WATER. Inspected and tested. Found water is leaking through the seal and out the bottom, the actuator has failed and the lid isnt always locking.

I replaced the UI and tested the dishwasher. It is now fixed.

Leaking from front left side. Found that the door seal was pinched from the cabinet screw cover. I showed customer and adjusted cap and now door seals and no leaks.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element has failed. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 200F and 130F. Dryer is now fixed.

The customer said the dishwasher started to leak more than half way into the cycle. I checked the filter and found a part in the sump was loose. I out it back in the right spot. I also found the door was not closing very tight. I found a cup on the upper rack was burning on the 3rd level rack and was keeping the door from shutting nice and tight. I removed the cup. I ran the dishwasher and its not leaking. The dishwasher is draining good.

"The customer is concerned that the dryer may be using to much propane while it heats. The dryer is working good no issue found. The high heat is 197 and low is 130. The duct is short and the Air flow is good. I explained that before I fixed it, the dryer would only heat for a few minutes and now after I fixed it the dryer heats the whole cycle."

The washer shakes when it spins and there a lot of vibration from the motor. I pulled the motor off and ran it. The motor vibrates and it feels rough when I spin the shaft by hand. When I spin the transmission shaft by hand it feels very loose. I also found some oil leaking from the bottom. The bottom and sides are very rusty.

Water was leaking from the washer. I removed the front and found water leaking from the drain pump and the drain pump was loud. I went to pick up the pump. I went back and replaced it. It sounds good and does not leak.

"Found that the gas coils are bad and stopped turning on gas after 10 minutes of running dryer. Replaced gas coils, tested and dryer is heating and cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

I replaced the failed pump and tested. The washer now drains.

"Was washing a rug and then it started smelling like burning rubber, and washer was smoking. I took front panel off and found a decent amount of stuffing from a dog bed inside the cabinet. Took drain pump off, the shaft of the pump was cracked and stripped out. Also found stuffing in drain line, coming from the pump. Belt was flayed. Replaced belt and pump after cleaning out pullys with alcohol spray. Reassembled, ran on a rinse and spin. Runs great now. No slipping of belt."

"The customer said he ran 2 loads after I replaced the bearings. He said it sounds better but it still leaking. The water is coming out from the left side underneath. The customer showed me a picture with the washer tipped back. The water is right under the detergent cup thats in the front left corner. I put the washer into diagnostics and ran all the valves. When I ran the detergent dispenser I did find that water is getting under the tub rig and is leaking down the side of the tub. I removed the ring and made sure there was no build up or obstructions. The tub ring is clear. I cannot find anything to cause why water is getting under the ring. There is no service bulletins for this issue. Its possible the suspension rods are weak and the tub is sitting lower when it fills that cup, so then water is somehow getting under the tub ring. It could also be a issue with the valve assembly. When it fills with cold water the cold water some times pulses on and off. I checked the valve screens and they are clean. Please get approval for the suspension rods and the water valve assembly. However these parts may not fix the leak issue. The tub ring does not have or come with a seal. From what I read the water valve is replace for water leaking issue when they secure in the front corners. Rods may be ok but thought I should replace them incase because they are common to fail as well. Suspension rods W10440786Valve log W10853723; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, AFTER DOING A LOAD OF CLOTHES IN THE WASHER, I PUT CLOTHES IN THE DRYER, AND A HOUR LATER THE CLOTHES WERE STILL WET. Inspected and tested. After running dryer for 5 minutes it turned off and gave a nP error. This is a power supply issue. I checked the outlet at the wall and found I only have 120V. I can see one side of the outlet is burnt. Customer is going to need to call a electrician and have the outlet replaced. ; saved tckt"

"Found that it is getting f9 e1 and f7 e1 errors. Ran test and motor is getting power but not running. Need to order motor/sump assembly and will cover both errors. "The breaker was tripped in garage. The customer had it plugged into a different outlet for 7 days and the refrigerator had been running and keeping cold and making ice. I reset breaker and plugged fridge back into outlet behind fridge and it is running and working good as im here. There is a outlet that shares with the fridge and I suspect maybe that a small appliance was used on the shared outlet and it popped the breaker. Or there maybe an electrical/outlet issue.I informed customer to keep an eye on the refrigerator and make sure it has power and to avoid using the shared outlet and see if that was the issue.; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Water not being diepsned and no water to fill ice maker. Found that inlet water valve is corroded and leaked at one time. Getting power to valve but not activating. Per PW order water valve and complete. PW will handle collecting payment.; ordrd 1 Aju72992603 (Inlet water valve)

Unit wont always spin out or drain. Removed the front of unit and look that the indicator light to see if any code on the motor. There wasnt motor is looking good. Next put unit in test mode to look at codes. Got one for the drain pump and one for the pressure switch. Next filled the unit with water. Filled good. agitated good. Next went to drain was making some noise and not draining then would start working after a minute or two. Took about the drain pump to see if something is stuck. Nothing was. Quoted customer for drain pump and pressure sensor. Also noticed the drain hose was leaking a little bit in the back. Unit is frosting up again. This time the fan is operating correctly. Checked in test mode the thermistor to see if it was good and says its reading correctly. Theres a service bulletin for the UI on this. Explained to the customer last time the fan wasnt working this time the fan is. So we know its not that issue again and explained the UI service bulletin. He said he is willing to give it a try ; schdld next appmnt for 4/14 FRI AM

Unit not heat and making noise. Verified complaint. Was able to access the diode with out taking it down so put a new one in just to see. Still having a issue. Found the magnetron is bad. I dont have the correct magnetron need to order and reschedule. ; ordrng 1 2M248J (Magnetron)
