"Customer complaint is, TUB ISNT ATTACHED- BELT OR SHAFT DRIVE- WONT SPIN. Inspected washer, found one of the suspension rods had come off. It wasnt the same one as last time. I was able to reattach it and tested washer in service diagnostic mode. Everything worked great. I put a load of towels on and ran it through a rinse and spin. It agitated, drained and when it went to spin out it started banging around. Needs 4 new suspension rods and top tub ring. Installed new fuse and cleaned out bulkhead. Tested dryer and air flow on back of dryer is 33mph and heat is cycling between 195 and 110F with vent disconnected. With vent connected I get 18mph air flow on outside of house and the heat is cycling the same 195-110. Dryer is now fixed.

I installed them and leveled the machine as it was tipped forward a half an inch. I tested by running a rinse cycle and machine stopped leaking although I did see signs of suds. I left instructions on dealing with suds and recommended they use a citric acid-based cleaner to help with heavy mineral buildup in the unit. The dishwasher is now fixed;

Customers complaint with the fridge is that after a power outage it did not come back on and restore power or cool. Upon arrival and inspection I found no physical evidence of power. There was electricity at the outlet so I inspected the control board and found many of the capacitors were swollen. I replace the control board and unit begin cooling instantly. The interior lights unfortunately are still not working. I spoke with the customer and at this point they want to hold off on pursuing repair for those. Do you wanna begin cooling I watched an over 20? temperature drop over 15 minutes. I advise the customer to leave it empty and let it run for 24 hours. The fridge is now fixed.

"Oven taking a long time to heat, and doesnt get to temp. Found a broken terminal block. Replaced that. Also, when using front right burner, she hears sparks sometimes from the back of the control panel. Replaced a bad infinite switch. Ran oven, both bake and broil elements receive consistent 240 from board. Both elements ohm good. Ran on 350 bake, watched temps, it bakes perfectly. When running at 450 her thermometer only says 250. Her thermometer doesnt work. Showed her how warm it was. Runs great now.

"Dishwasher leaking. Found the turbidity sensor out of place. Seal and sensor look good. Used special red glue to give it an extra good seal. Reset sensor in place. Ran dishwasher, no leaks. Could see that the way the water line was running next to the sensor, is what knocked it out. Also found a wire that was rubbing against the door hinge, because of how the wire was mounted. Moved the wire and wrapped electrical tape around the exposed wire section. Runs great now."
