"Customer complaint is, convection oven. After turning on the convection oven it trips GFCI receptacle. Inspected and tested. Turned on convection oven and it preheated and cycled great for almost 30 minutes. I even turned on the upper oven at the same time and it never tripped the GFCI. Theres like 4 outlets on this breaker, so I recommend that if it does it again to unplug everything else on this circuit and try it again. Also said they could try running a extension cord to another outlet and see if it works then. Otherwise oven is working great for me. Customer said it did it again as soon as I left. I took apart the lower oven floor and found the deflector is melted and hanging down onto the ignitor. I found a service bulletin for this exact problem. It says to replace the ignitor and deflector. This is not a redo this is a new complaint and I verified that it was not caused by technician error. If this issue persists and they call back again please order a control board for return visit as we will know that it is not turning on the heater at the rinse cycle to dry dishes.Customers complaints dishwasher now is not drying. "Customer complaint is, SY EF ERROR FOR EVAP FAN. GRINDING NOISE CUST DEFROSTED IT AND IT WAS FINE, BUT NOW NOT COOLING and error code is gone. Inspected and tested. "Customer complaint is, convection oven. After turning on the convection oven it trips GFCI receptacle. Inspected and tested. Turned on convection oven and it preheated and cycled great for almost 30 minutes. I even turned on the upper oven at the same time and it never tripped the GFCI. Theres like 4 outlets on this breaker, so I recommend that if it does it again to unplug everything else on this circuit and try it again. Also said they could try running a extension cord to another outlet and see if it works then. Otherwise oven is working great for me."

"Replaced the leaking wash motor, it no longer leaks and runs great. Cleaned out drain pump, installed new drain pump but it leaks. I will need to return that drain pump. After cleaning out the old drain pump it actually runs great and does not leak. Everything is good now. Cleaned out the drain line as well. Could not mount the dishwasher flat since the floor is curved from all the water leaking. Once they replace the floor the dishwasher should sit flat again."

"Unit makes a humming sound when the door is closed but its not in use. Upon arrival and inspection I found the magnetron is staying engaged. No lights or turntable operate just the magnetron. I quoted I relay board and explained to customer this could have many causes or it may just be a simple failure of the relay board. Latch in closed position door would jot close. I reset latch in its proper position and tested multiple times. The dishwasher now opens and closes as designed. Note the dishwasher is in a position where it contacts the range long term this may be causing the problem if it is slammed. I quoted new latch to customer. They will let us know if they want to move forward with that repair.
