Customer stated right ff door gasket ripped in two places. Replaced door gasket. Verified unit sealing properly and closing properly. Refrigerator in good order.

GE monogram built in refrigerator customer stated was not cooling well and could hear a grinding like sound coming from top of freezer. Compressor cycled off upon arrival and refrigerator at 36 degrees. Left doors open to cycle compressor on. Has a serviced fitting. Checked evaporator coil for any ice build up. No ice build up found and evaporator fan motor running as normal. Unable to recreate no cooling issue. Added small amount of refrigerant to see if this will prevent issue from returning. Suspect there may have been some ice build up on the coil that was making contact with evaporator fan motor causing the sound and fresh foods section not cooling well issues. Advised customer to continue to monitor and to call back if issue returns

Upon inspection motor to neutral was shot on lid, which took time apart after listening to the timer motor motor sounded a little rough and also had salt buildup on a couple of the contact lines throughout the timer molds ordered and picked up both installed. Verified. Unit is working perfectly on both cycles. Ran a test cycle to verify filling with no leaks. Unit is working great done. Verified 3 times no leaks anywhere

Arrival open up machine and discovered that it was not cooling properly. Pulled the evaporator cover and found a partial frost pattern. Told customer that they will need sealed system repair. Customer states that they believe its older than 10 years and they dont want to pay out-of-pocket cost for repairs. Customer is gonna replace the machine

Entire unit stopped cooling. When I got there, the lights were on, but nothing was running. I found a bad defrost timer. I replaced it and now it is cooling. Everything looks good. I used the defrost timer the office preordered.

Dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. Found that the heating element and thermostats were open. Replaced parts and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer running and cycling heat normally. Dryer is working well.

“As far as the technician goes, Delton was great. Just did what he had to do and that was it. Glad my dryer is finally fixed. Now, the company as a whole, needs to work on their communication. After a couple rescheduled appointments, I sat around 3 hours waiting for the technician to come and no one thought to call me that they weren’t coming. No texts, no email. Then when I said I was unavailable during a certain time during my 9 hour time frame window, they schedule me during my unavailable time. I had to find someone to come to my house and be here for the technician. In a nutshell, They just need to communicate a little better.”

Giving a flow sense message. Customer already did a good cleaning of the vent up to the roof. I found the lint screen was all plugged with a waxy substance from dryer sheets. I cleaned off the filter and then we tested it with no towels in it and it ran 10 minutes and then completed the cycle. Then we tested with wet towels and it ran for 8 minutes and did not give the air sense message. Customer said it hasnt been able to run that long. Errthing looks good.
