I removed the front and found 3 of the 4 shock absorbers are broken. When you push down on the tub it goes down real easy. When I filled the washer in a small load the whole tub sits so low it rubs against the bottom pan the bottom of the washer is cutting groves into the bottom. The customer said when they run the dryer sometimes the circuit breaker trips. The customer now thinks the breaker trips when they run the washer and dryer together. The washer and dryer are in a room with other utilities and has a freezer on the same circuit as the washer and dryer. I ran the dryer and washer at the same time. The breaker never tripped for me while I was testing. I took the front off the dryer and inspected the igniter and wire connections. The igniter looked good. When I put the front back on one of the door switch wires got in the way and was almost pinched. This dryer has been serviced before so its possible that wire was pinched and I did not notice it when I removed the front panel.As of today the dryer is working and does not trip the breaker. I advised the customer that with all those appliances on one breaker its possible the breaker is weak and may need to be replaced.

Dryer is condenser dryer that had a outside vent hooked up so was sucking in air but actually blocking air. Also the condenser was full of lint and hair build up. Appears that since vent was attached and it probably was blocking airflow and condenser was clogged also blocking air flow caused dryer to overheat and shut off until it cooled off and would run again. I explained to customer that condenser needs to be cleaned and not to use vent since the dryer is sucking in air and not blowing out air.I disconnected vent and showed customer where condenser is to clean it. Dryer is running continuously.

All freezer stuff ohms good. But when I try to go into forced defrost fridge beeps 3 times but i get no power at defrost heater. Appears to be main board that bad and not sending power.Water valve also doesnt work but appears that water filter is clogged. Customer said its not cleaning clothes well and not washing the soap out unless she does a extra rinse. Inspected and tested. I had customer put a load in washer and I started a quick wash cycle and watched it through the entire cycle and everything was working normal. Its filling, agitating, draining and spinning great. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. I tipped washer back inspected underneath and everything looked good. Washer is testing good. its operating normal, just different than what the customer is used to. I recommended customer try using less soap and see if that helps."

"Customer complaint is, NO POWER. Inspected and tested. Found the UI was unresponsive and the light on the board was on solid. After power cycling it twice, it came on. I ran it through service diagnostics and everything worked, but had low water pressure. I removed the filter and it was plugged solid. I cleaned filter and tested. Water pressure is much better now. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres a software update available for the unresponsive UI. Customer approved me updating software. I updated software and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed. I recommended customer run a heavy duty cleaner through dishwasher before using because its pretty slimy in the sump."

"Checked temps on fridge, 2 in freezer and 38 in fresh food. Leaking condensation on back of fridge where some insulation around the refrigerant line broke down, told contractor they will want to probably spray some insulation foam over the panel, so they dont get water leaking down. The filter in the fridge didnt leak any water when I hooked the waterline up. Valve didnt leak either. Dispenses water, no leaks from freezer. Everything checks out good.

"The customer said the washer was stuck in the rinse cycle and would not advance. I checked for faults and the lid lock fault was in the history. I cleared the faults and ran a automatic test. The washer locked the lid and ran through the test. Everything on the test passed. The washer finished by draining and spinning. After the automatic test I checked for faults, there are no new faults. I started a normal cycle. The washer sensed and filled. Eventually after filling the washer locked the lid and started to wash. I waited and watched the washer go from wash to rinse them from rinse to drain and spin. The washer is working as it should. I ran a calibration and checked again for faults. No faults.

"The customer complaint, the fresh food section is not cooling well. I verified the fresh food is not cooling as it should. The freezer is cooling good. I found frost in the rear freezer cover and ice all over inside the freezer section. I removed the bins and the freezer evaporator cover. I found some ice build up around the left evaporator fresh food cooling fan. The ice is keeping the fan from running and thats stopping preventing the cold air from blowing into the fresh food. It does not look like its a defrost issue or a mechanical failure. It appears that the freezer door may not be getting shut tight or sealing tight every time. I defrosted the ice around the fan and verified both fans are working. I put the bins and drawer back in and verified that they sealed tight. I raised the front feet, so the refrigerator leans back and the doors shut better."

Customer said that they couldnt get the door to shut last fall, so its been running for months with the door partially open. I dont even know if theres a issue, because it all started with the door not sealing. Refrigerator is going to need to be unplugged and defrosted before I can do anything. I advised customer unplug refrigerator for a couple days and clean it out and make sure the doors are sealing and then plug it back in and see what happens.

I put into defrost and I got 3.5 amps when I clamped around the brown wire. The main board is bad and is not going into defrost. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the main board and set it to a long defrost. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours to get back to normal.
