"BB error, and customer says the washer has been sounding like a helicopter, increasingly since they bought it 3 months ago. I found the belt had come off of the rotor and motor, abd part of it was sheared off. There was a random screw between the rotor plate and the back of the washer. I removed the screw. No place I could find where it was missing from. Needs new belt. Tried calling speed queen tech support but they are closed for the Easter holiday. Customer has MAJOR concerns about washer. Its been nothing but trouble since they bought it, and they have had 3 service calls already. They are very concerned that the washer has been compromised due to the loose screw that was scraping between rotor and back of washer. "OVER FREEZING - FRIDGE IS NOT COOLING. FF compartment is 55F and freezer is -40F. Theres frost all over the freezer compartment and food. I removed the evaporator cover and the defrost drain is plugged and frozen over. I defrosted evaporator and drain pan and opened up drain. Theres white foam pieces all over from the insulation breaking down and falling apart. I advised customer that its going to work normal again, but because of the foam breaking down it will probably plug up the drain again at some point and cause it to do the same thing."

"Cooling fan is running really loud. Replaced the bad cooling fan. Also the error code that the range was giving was for something. There is a service bulletin for. Related to electronic interference with certain wires under the cooktop. Spoke with tech-support and they sent me the service bulletin. I took off the cooktop and did the relocation of all the wires, and also did everything else in the service bulletin. Lastly, the leg was not attached and the unit was not level which is not covered under warranty. Customer asked if they could pay us to take care of that. So we fix the leg and got the unit level. Charged $39 labor. RJ per our conversation. Can you submit this for authorization to the warranty company to see if they will pay anything for the extra labor of fixing the service bulletin issue. That added on about an extra hour of labor. Everything runs and works great now and there are no error codes.."

Removed the lower filter and vacuumed out the water and debris found debris in the filter, front door seal had buildup on the lower part of the seal, cleaned off the seal and the hard water buildup on the lower part of the door. The drawer itself is a little loose, so will order a new drawer ship it directly to the customer. Also called Techline They said it Hass to be too much soap in there, if for some reason that doesnt fix it, they said they do have a water pressure reducer.
